Enclave on East Apartments

I recently try to apply I was shown an apartment and looked great. I was even email the quote for the application fee and admin fee. I sold my house in Ohio and told the guy that I’m a littl worried about my credit he said they look at other factors as well not just my credit making me feel a lot better about applying. So I applied. Paid the $225 dollars. I asked him how long the application would take he said it depends on how long it takes to review the bank documents which the application didn’t even ask me to send. About 4 hours later I get an email saying my app was denied when I asked him when I would get my admin fee back he said it’s non refundable because I am still on the lease as a resident all background checks must be passed. How am I still on the lease when my application was denied? I believe they scammed me, I emailed called texted asking how to send additional documents and they didn’t tell me how to do so. I thought this was a great place but all they care about is getting that admin fee and application fee.just be careful.

Going on my second year in the 2 bed/ 2 bath Delta. I really love it here. It quiet and comfortable. Sometimes I feel like I am living in a rural area with all the oak trees, squirrels, birds, and turtles. The office staff are very helpful and really nice people, and the maintenance staff are quick and skillful. I look forward to another year!

When life throws us curves, most leasing offices treat a tenant horribly. The leasing office here, is by far, the best! I can't say enough about their patience and kindness. Add to that a beautiful community that's tucked away in trees, good neighbors, and a great maintenance crew that takes care of issues quickly. Even if I have to leave here, this will always be the best complex I've ever lived in. I don't know how someone can't love living here.

Worst place ever. Dirty over priced, tennis room never work, swiming pool is an alcoholic area with out bathroom. Garden are a mess. Managment is rude and useless.

I just moved in 1/12/18, the property manager and office staff were extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process. The excitement for upcoming renovations, transparency on what to expect during the repairs and a practical timeline for completion all make me very happy with my decision. I see the contractors working from morning to night to get things done as quickly as possible. My unit is great with an awesome view of the woods, location couldn't be any better unless there was a stop light (but that's not Enclave's fault), and maintenance came out right away (on a Saturday) to resolve a minor issue that wasn't noticed until after I moved in. My only minor inconvenience is that the storage doors outside on the patio are off the hinges but it was pointed out during the walkthrough and I was told upfront that those were being replaced by secured metal doors and the porch screened in (hopefully with a screened door for easy outside access)- I'm confident they'll be fixed soon enough! I may be new to the community but I'm excited about all of the changes and I'm pretty sure that I've found a good place to call home.

I came to the Enclave on East apartment from Bolder Colorado ad i loved it when they have showed me pictures that was sent via email the place is really nice, close to every thing tjat yoi might need, some of the people are nice they take their time to help but others are not examples i been having a problem with my Airconditoinging unit they came out about 5 or maybe 6 times to fix it already in a period of 2 or 3 month. They give you a number to call i call the number for emergency as of units dont work. The guy keep argue and tell he cant make it tonight it has to be tomorrow, i really don't recommend that you consider this place so many issues you are being charged for trash but never collected and garbage every where in the community not clean and not healthy environments besides i was first put in an apartment was full of smoke my kids almost died and could not breath from the smoke was in the apartment. So many issues did i mentioned snakes and scorpions that i found my self.

I love this complex! It's really quiet and well priced! I have lived here for 2 years and I will renew for a 3rd. I gave it 4 because my neighbors downstairs by the pond don't like the fact that there isn't a wall surrounding their patio and they feel like bugs come in easily, I'm on the second floor and don't have that problem!
