Enclave at Winghaven

My experience has been very nice! I’ve been here 15months now and plan to be here for awhile. My daughter enjoys playing on the playground and swimming. The grounds are taken care of and landscaping always looks great. I’ve had no trouble with the maintenance team. They’re prompt when I submit a request and always fixed my issue. No trouble with the leasing team. They’ve always been understanding and work with me. This year , I’ve used the gym and pool and enjoy it. I enjoy working out and looking out the window to the pretty pool view. Pathways are usually clean for the most part. I do notice dog poop here and there. Overall , I love it ! I’m glad I made the decision to move here.

Everyone is so kind here. We moved from a small town and wasn't sure what to expect, but everything has been amazing so far. Our home is exactly what we were looking for and we cannot wait to be more involved with our new community!

I have lived at the Enclave Winghaven for the past three years. It is a beautiful community with many options for walking, picnicking, and enjoying nature. The pool at the Enclave is large and very enjoyable during summer months. I am moving because I want more space/backyard. However, there have been many management changes in the past year that have resulted in various issues around the complex, including but not limited to, excessive trash buildup in dumpster areas, poor execution of snow/ice removal in parking lots (leaving many residents trapped in their parking spaces for days), poor communication and record-keeping in the office, and failure to reinforce policies such as using grills near building (resulted in building fire(s)) and allowing residents to spread birdseed (resulting in disgusting outdoor spaces that are overrun by hungry birds and mountainous of bird poop). Though I am sad to be leaving, I am slightly relieved to be exiting when things seem to be declining here.

Love the leasing staff and the updated unit. Melissa made the move in process very smooth and stressful. My unit was beautiful as pictured and the amenities are amazing.

A maintenance staff and quiet little neighborhood right off the highway but not too close to the city makes it perfect for a smaller family or just a couple

I have no complaints. Friendly neighbors, quiet complex. The new management has seem to focus more on fun adult activities. Ready for the pool to be open and enjoy the summer.

It’s been great so far and the neighbors are really nice. The people so far have not been any type of nuisance and the conditions are very comfortable.

Clean and nice staff, living at the enclave proves you can really enjoy an apartment. The lively community keeps every morning and night joyful.

The staff here did the big one! Very welcoming very open very honest and they made my decision to move in very easy! I credit Shannon for everything she’s the best!

Property is good. As it getting old need to renewed multiple things . Property manager is very helpful . Got good discount . Near to mastercard . Clean property

Apartment community is a very nice place to live. It is close to shopping and numerous highways. The local school district is very good. I have lived here for several years.

Really good lawn care they always keep the place looking nice and a very peaceful area to live. Is quiet and the lawn service is very attentive

Maintenance have done nothing but help! They continue to make a relationship with me and my other roommates. We love our maintenance team! The office has continued to answer all our questions and make us feel welcomed.

I am older so I appreciate a quiet yet friendly place to live. I like all the activities I see online but I am stuck in a wheelchair a lot and have chronic pain but I do like living in a place that has fun stuff going on. I have not lived in an apartment since college and I can’t bring myself to remember how many years ago that was but I was used to living in my house so I was kind of anticipating it would be hard for me but this place is great.

This community is well located with easy assess to Mastercard office , I64 , schools, shopping and shopping centers It’s a friendly and safe community

Loved the set up here. Calm and peaceful. Had a few minor issues in the beginning with the referral system but it was aptly resolved. Definitely would recommend.

Maintenance sucks but overall a decent place to live. Perfect for collage students but wouldn't advise if you don't have proper transportation available to you

Nice apartment ; however, mold growing on siding and peeling paint on doors and buildings in common areas and balconies need pressure washed

It has been almost a year living here. I still feel it was a great choice for my family and I. It’s 3 minutes from my job and close to my parents. Charming , beautiful neighborhood , especially in the spring summer and fall. Quiet and grounds are well kept. I haven’t used the amenities yet but there are a variety at our use. No problems with maintenance or staff. Everything has been smooth sailing !

I like the playground and it's fun to play in. I like the leasing office and we enjoyed watching polar express,while eating sweet treats. The snow view was beautiful in the patio. I like the fun activities the leasing office plans. They're just too fun. It's unpredictable to guess what fun activity you're planning next time!(Might be an Easter egg hunt)

Great and easy. I love using this app, it makes paying rent a lot easier and it’s always up and running well for me. I’ve never had any issues with it

Listen to the negative reviews, not the positive, as they most likely pay people to leave the positive ones. They raise rent prices while having dated amenities, appliances, flooring, cabinets, etc. The water pressure is abysmal. If you don't live alone, you better hope nobody flushes the toilet while you are showering or you will be left with nothing but a trickle of water for next 1-2 minutes. If you think maintenance will do anything about it, you're sorely mistaken. They will just tell you "that's normal" and mark your work order as completed. I've lived in a roach infested apartment without AC in Florida in the middle of summer, and I'd take that place over this one because at least the management made an attempt to fix things. Management's most recent blunder was hiring a new trash company (probably cheaper). We used to have 2 valet trash cans; one to use while the other is outside waiting for pick up. The new company only provided us one and didn't take the trash, but instead left trash bags in front of our door. What a great switch Enclave! The new management company is standoffish, rude, and completely incompetent. They will do anything to cut their costs and make you pay an arm and a leg while doing so. Greedy management at its finest. Look elsewhere because you will get better things for the same cost.

Avoid renting here if you prefer just paying for what you use in water. The community management team recently notified residents that they will no longer be paying for their own individual water & sewage usage, and will now instead be paying for a portion of the total community water & sewage usage (making you responsible for paying for neighbor’s additional water usage). The Enclave at Winghaven management team elected to switch the community from a sub-metered water & sewage system to a RUBS utility management system. RUBS uses a factored occupancy formula to determine water & sewage bills for residents. This means that tenants are not charged for only what they use, but rather what they and their neighbors use and dividing that among the tenants. RUBS is commonly used among rental companies to hide and pass company costs onto tenants. By tracking water usage at the community level and not individually, community landscaping water costs can now be passed onto tenants. RUBS billing formulas are often not made transparent to tenants, allowing companies the opportunity to subvert lease agreements and increase rent through marking up water usage for tenants. Additionally, RUBS makes tracking down water leaks difficult at an individual level, which leads to underreporting of water leaks to the maintenance team, thus giving the company lowered maintenance costs at the expense of tenants living with increased water bills and decreased building upkeep. When I emailed the community management team and with questions and concerns about how we could get transparent breakdowns of our utility bills once switched to RUBS, and how exactly the factored occupancy formula would be used for calculating our water bill, the team declined to answer my questions.

We arrived to MO recently last winter. It was very cold, grey and gloomy after WA. First time we came to see Enclave in winter, and we were not impressed. We were looking for a place with a playground and some stores nearby in walking distance. But the playground looked dangerous, and we couldn't find any store around this place... So we found another apartments community in Chesterfield where we lived until summer. Before we chose Enclave we had visited about 10 apartments. And finally we are here. The main criteria that affected our decision were closeness to work, playground, washer/dryer in unit, relatively new apartments(2001). After moving in we found a spa (we didn't even pay attention to this fact before) in pool area, gas grill, free car-wash and vacuum, and sand in volleyball court. We also found a library in walking distance. Here you can feel safe, because of gates at entrance, and no random passerby in the yard. Our unit is St Peters plan. Sizes of rooms are perfect, spacious kitchen, bathroom and closet. The maintenance team and managers are very helpful. I highly recommend this place. And I would say do NOT make a decision under the influence of EMOTIONS and double check before making decision because first impression is not informative. We made a great choice to move in here.

I have been living here for more than three years now. Very nice, clean and spacious apartments. Unlike other apartments in and around O'Fallon, apartments at Enclave at Winghaven have very good cross ventilation for fresh air and ample sun light entire day. Maintenance and service requests are completed within an hour of contacting leasing office. The entire staff from leasing office to maintenance team are very courteous and helpful. The community is very safe with all amenities such as pool, gym and an in house theater room, which are also well maintained. I would highly recommend this place!!

We moved from Irvine City, CA and been here since August 2017. It is a quiet, safe place. My children have some friends at here . They're so nice and family friendly. When I call to have something fixed they come right out. The staffs are friendly and helpful. So far, we are very satisfied with the maintenance and everything. I have highly recommend to my friends when they have rent in the future.

I have been living in this apartment since 2013. The apartment has a great community. I feel very safe. There is an amazing pool, gym and play area. There is a Gas grill as well to enjoy the leisure time with the family during the summer. Maintenance request are fulfilled on the same day. All the staff in the office are very nice and helpful.

Beautiful place, good amenities, prompt response to maintenance requests, staff is good. Very close by to library. Good location.

We are living here for closer to four years. Its very nice and calm to stay this apartment. Having all the facilities.

I am staying here nearly 4 years. Easy access for shops, schools, office, airport and downtown. Near to highway 64 and highway 70.

we moved in on the mid of June, I contacted the leasing office and the agent sent me the pictures of the actual apartment that I am moving in, this is exceptional. I contacted a lot of apartments before that and only enclave agent was able to do it, this is very important for people moving from out of state. so far, we are very satisfied with the maintenance and everything. it is quiet and family friendly, and i recommended to couple of my friends.

The staff at the enclave is excellent. My move in was very quick and easy. No issues and this is a very clean complex. The maintenance crew does a great job.

Moved from Kansas City, Mo and been here since April. So far this place is amazing! The ladies in the office are the best and very easy to work with! The maintenance is superior to any place my wife and I have lived at. When you call to have something fixed they come right out and actually fix it! I would highly recommend to coming out here to live!

I moved into the Enclave in Winghaven in Feb of 2019. So far, property management and staff have been extremely helpful. The place is beautiful.. including a pool, BBQ pits, fire pit, volley ball court, tennis court, ect. I love it here!

The Enclave at WingHaven is a great place for all. The three bed, two bath set up is great for families. Yearly, we have Thanksgiving and Christmas in our apartment and there is plenty of room for our entire family of 15! I would highly recommend the Enclave at WingHaven!

By far the worst place I have lived. No communication between residents and staff, everything is cheap, maintenance is a joke. Not worth the price.

Nothing about this apartment is luxury. Don't be fool by their display room. Everything is old and cheap.

This apartment community provides excellent service and communication. It is in a great location and a safe place live.

For work or play, this is an outstanding location for access to Interstate 40, Winghaven, close shopping, movies and play. The complex is showing it's age such as brick and sewage line replacement work ongoing. The pool is also showing some age and could use an updated filter system. Otherwise, these are affordable apartments with a beautiful, pet friendly complex.

These apartments are well maintained. I only had 2 problems the whole year I lives here...First, was a leak, the second time was a wobbly toilet. Maintenance arrived within 45 minutes both times, and fixed the issues very quickly. I'd renew my lease in a heartbeat, if I wasn't moving out of time.
