With its spectacular mountain views and numerous palm trees, Chino is a favorite city in San Bernardino County for good reason. The city is adjacent to Chino Hills State Park, a popular area in the Santa Ana Mountains foothills for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Chino is also home to Prado Regional Park, a popular park with a fishing lake, hiking and biking trails, campgrounds, a disc golf course, picnic areas, horseback riding, and a shooting range where shooting events were held during the 1984 Summer Olympics.
As a key city of the Inland Empire, Chino has a long history as a hub for agriculture, especially dairy farming. The city's slogan reflects its agricultural roots: Where Everything Grows. While it is much more suburban today, the city still retains some of its rural feel. The city is award-winning and is often used as a filming location. Downtown Chino hosts a variety of events, including a weekly farmers market.

Property Ratings at Enclave at Town Square
Do not move here! You will pay a monthly fee for pest control. Even though the whole complex is covered in snails. So much so that you walk on them all the time. There is dog POOP EVERYWHERE! They towed my guest car at 3pm on a Thursday. There were plenty of spots open. $500 later to get the car out of a lot less than a mile away. I am sure the apt complex gets a cut of this. The place claims all spots are resident parking only. However, as I work from home I can see that all day there can be up to 10 or so extra cars from staff and construction crews parked. I understand space is limited, but maybe it would help if the staff DID NOT PARK in the resident parking. Moved in 2 months ago, just gave my 30 day notice. Avoid the headache and the extremely over priced rent; don’t move in here
Property Manager at Enclave at Town Square, Responded To This Review
Charles, we're very sorry to see this review. Although it happens infrequently, we never like to hear that a resident is departing their apartment with negative feelings about our community and our service. We would be more than happy to discuss the concerns raised in your review. Please reach out to us at your convenience. Thank you.
The management team is really nice and understanding. Even though there is a lot of families in the complex the nose level here is really low and for the most part it is always peaceful around here. The groundskeepers come 3-4 times a week so the property never looks unwelcoming. The only complaint that some residents had with the property was the laundry facility but in response management quickly replaced our old machines with new ones. The maintenance is also very punctual and fills most requests within 24 hours. With that said the apartments location is not within walking distance of most stores and business so a car is almost required.
The Enclave is on a busy street. Although gated very noisy traffic. Apartment is comfortable but not a good location if you work nights.nightshade
