It may not have the flashy reputation of San Francisco or Los Angeles, but Sacramento embodies the very best of what makes California so unique. The city is well known for preserving its history, from early settlements like Sutter’s Fort to the gorgeous 19th century architecture of Old Sacramento to the artifacts in the Sacramento History Museum. Pop culture and the fine arts are well-represented, with local stages hosting symphony concerts and rock shows and galleries displaying works by the old masters as well as modern upstarts. The local restaurant scene is famous for its heavy emphasis on “farm to fork” principles, making it one of the best places to find fresh, locally sourced food.
Those living in Sacramento love to take advantage of the mild climate, whether that means biking the River Trail, taking the kids to Fairytale Town, or heading over to Sutter Health Park to catch a River Cats baseball game.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Enclave at Tiber Station
This review is long overdue! I have lived here almost 3 years and there have been so many incredible and positive changes implemented. I cannot speak highly enough about Ashley and Angel. They are extremely hard working, genuinely kind, and truly care about what they do. Anytime we need something to be fixed or just have a slight concern, there is always an immediate response. We never have to follow up or ask twice. The apartment grounds are kept very clean, and they are constantly updating things (such as repaving the parking areas, adding new concrete to the dumpster locations, etc.) They are also very thoughtful around holidays and usually put some sort of appreciation note and treat bag on each tenant's door. May seem like small things, but all of these small things add up to make it a very nice place to live! I have also seen great improvements to the laundry facilities in my time here (wanted to address this since some older reviews mentioned issues). Like I said, Ashley and Angel are amazing and hopefully they are appreciated for the level of work and care they put into Enclave. I would highly recommend this complex if you are looking for your next place to move!
Ashley and Zach are absolutely amazing! All the assistance they provided from initial inquiry through move-in was above and beyond any assistance I've ever received - I signed for an apartment from clear across the country for my son who recently.moved to Sacramento. The rest of the team I was able to meet during move-in were also very professional and polite. The property itself is kept very nice and clean. I can't express how happy I am that my son chose the Enclave at Tiber Station!
I've been here since April 2018 and I love our corner section upstairs apartment. Our apartment was re-modelled with brand new carpet, cabinets and the bedroom blinds are gorgeous. What I wanted to notate here is the front counter people at the Enclave. The manager Ashley and her crew always take care of our needs and concerns and during the holiday's goes the extra mile by placing nice holiday candy bags on each door. It makes the living situation a little comforting and more personal when we come and see that staff at the Enclave acknowledged the residents with a small gift of appreciation. I've found the maintenance men: Angel & Dave quick to respond to our maintenance needs also. Their work doesn't go unnoticed. Keep up the good work Enclave and I'm hoping to continue making my home here in the future. Thank you, Ray.

Okay, Angel and Dave (maintenance) are awesome! They get to know the residents and when you have a problem they fix it right away and with a smile! They really are the best maintenance crew I have ever seen in an apartment type setting. And Shawna in the office is always friendly and approachable. She gets to know the residents and she is always planning fun get togethers like barbecues or picnics by the pool. It really is a nice place to live.~Donna #8
I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to the Angel and David. I submitted a work order the night before and problem was resolved the next morning. I have to say they were very professional and quick at replacing my garbage disposal and replacing light bulbs. I have to say that everytime I run into them they always greet you with a smile. That to me means alot. Thanks again guys for all of your hard work. : ) Laura
The apartment is beyond great! I am 8 and a half months pregnant and have nothing but extreme support and help from the faculty and other tenants. Boyfriend and I are first Time renters with our first child due within the next week. We had such a hard time finding a place that would accept us and our loving puppy. The enclave did so much more than just accept us, they welcomed us and made us feel at home and at ease with the entire process of getting our new home. The leasing manager is a wonderful and smart woman and the apartment has a lot to offer from the fitness room to the pool to multiple laundry facilities. I am glad to call the enclave our first home.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We know how stressful moving can be; our mission here is to help people find their new home and go through as little stress as possible. I'm so happy that we've made you feel welcomed and I hope we continue to make your experience here nothing but pleasant!
I guess this is true for people who don't live here! 3 weeks ago I found a dead must on the freeway common area, and this morning....It's much more dead and still there. There it's always dog doo in the grass. The laundry room looks as if it had never been clean. The washers and dryers work but have never been cleaned and have a scent of stagnant water. The gym is a closet with a treadmill and an elliptical in it. They keep speaking of renovations to come but apparently all that meant was put New paint over really old problems. The pool looks...Just gross. I know, you want to call the front office and complain right! Well to bad they don't answer or call back when you leave a message! As soon as I get a raise I'm leaving! You should just not waste your time! :-)

We appreciate your concerns and would love to speak to you if you are willing to come into the leasing office. I'm extremely surprised to hear that you've had such a horrible experience at the Enclave. We pride ourselves in our customer service skills and find your accusations shocking. I'm not sure what you were referring to that was dead in the common area, however, I can assure you that our maintenance staff would never leave anything dead in our breezeway once made aware. We are a pet friendly community and sometimes dog owner's are forgetful picking up waste. Our staff is constantly reminding and sending out notices to our resident's giving friendly reminders to clean up after their pet. Our grounds keepers clean up any pet waste that is left behind! Our laundry facilities are cleaned daily except weekends. Our fitness room is exactly that, a fitness room and we are adding a new piece of equipment next month. The Enclave pool is absolutely crystal clear and beautiful year-round. We have a pool service twice a week and during the summer months the staff tends to it daily. Again, I would love to speak to you personally and try to work out any issues that you may have.
