Enclave at Madina has beautiful, modern homes with granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and fenced yards with landscaping included. However, rent is high, the $75 community fee feels wasted on poor landscaping and delayed home security access, and construction quality shows issues like cracking walls and odd-sized doors. The neighborhood can be noisy and crowded with parked cars, though interiors remain stunning. Overall, it’s a mix of elegance and frustration.

The Enclave at Medina is a good place to raise a family!! The community is nice, the neighborhood is fantastic! The only down side is no community pool and the drive to the city is long.
