Awful roach problems that they do not fix or acknowledge.
Let me just start by saying that I paid my rent early, in full, every single month and had caused no problems on premises. I know it's not always the norm at complexes. That said, the office staff has zero organizational skills and I never received my move-in lease agreement or cost sheet until the DAY OF getting my keys, only AFTER continual emails/phone calls to push things along. The fact that I had to keep asking for things to get accomplished instead of a smooth process (since that's what the leasing office is supposed to be good at) was super frustrating. Black mold in every bathroom and AC intake area. The spa/hot-tub was often closed for maintenance. Pool bathrooms were always locked. The grills barely worked. My heating/AC unit went out at least three times and I had missed work because of it. Then my washing machine broke, so there's another two days to diagnose and then fix it and no laundry for weeks. My move-out should've been simple, but the office never sent a reminder of the leasing ending, and I thought it was a 30-day notice that was needed, not 60 days (my bad). They even had my leasing agreement in office that showed 2/3/23 as my move out date when my physical SIGNED copy said 2/10/23, so it's concerning what kind of record keeping their doing... When I contacted the office about the Notice to Vacate, I was told the property management company "American Capital Realty Group" was running behind on their renewal letters. When I emailed that company, they claim they don't HAVE to send those notices, it's just a courtesy. So I got hit with an extra week of paying rent at a higher rate. It was the holidays and I'm a single mom, but no one was willing to help me. So I reluctantly paid what I owed, even moved out over a month early because I just wanted to get out of that place and into my home. When I got sent my final bill, I was charged $50 for water WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN LIVE ON PREMISES FOR 6 WEEKS. I asked for an explanation from the office the day I received the bill and received zero correspondence. It was like they completely washed their hands of me, then sent me to collections while I waited for a response. I tried to contact their property management company via email and phone, no response at that point either. I had nothing but conflicting information from the office staff members, none of which knew the real answers, probably because they were always revolving employees.
I have been a resident here for 10 years. I can tell you from experience, There is no better value in this area then Enclave at Arrowhead. I recommend the experience that Enclave offers.
Living at Enclave, where the staff is responsive and consistently acts with integrity, has been a great experience. The grounds are well kept and the floor plans and features dont leave you feeling like you are renting a box to live in.
It is in a very good location surrounded by food and activities
Enclave has always done me well! Had a lot of fun staying here, beautiful pool and spa that I was at very often and a lot of great cook outs that took place at the grills they have to offer. I recently moved out of state but I’ll never forget my time living here. It was truly the best! The ladies in the office and the maintenance guys are seriously the best. Excellent customer service! Best Peoria Apartments! Look no further. They have a killer renovated apartment and it’s dope! Granite counters, stainless steel appliances and I have a bay window in my nice 2x2. Love it! The staff is excellent too!

The office staff are the best part of living here. Shannon, Megan, Jessica & Kayla are all amazingly friendly and responsive. The apartments are conveniently located close to Walmart and Costco and next to Harkins pretty much right next to everything. The complex is well maintained. For the pricing they offer very good services and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

I’ve lived here a little over a year. The complex is well taken care of and very nice. The staff in the office and the maintenance guys are wonderful. They are always so friendly and helpful. The staff are all amazing. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. The grounds are well kept. Neighbor noise is practically non-existent, and the amenities are great. It really is a community, not just an apartment complex.

I loved living at the Enclave. I was there for over 2 years and this last year there was by far the best! Excellent staff and they always appreciated me as a tenant. I recently had to move due to a job relocation and it was bittersweet. This really is an excellent community, in a great location, for a very reasonable price and the staff will take great great care of you and anything you need!

You’ve found the right place! The people here are so nice and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. Kayla, Megan, Vina & Shannon are all amazing and always greet my family and I with a smile. It’s nice to have them here in the office. I always enjoy coming to get my packages and saying hi to them. The property is very nice and the pool is huge! We love going swimming! My honey and I enjoy the fitness center as well, great hours and works great with both our schedules!

The best customer service and that is the most important. I am always greeted with the friendliness smiles when I go into the office or if I'm out walking my dog and see the maintenance guys and they always ask how we are doing. I love that they actually care. The complex is very nice and well kept. I love working out in the newly renovated fitness center. It has everything I need and a punching bag, which I think is super cool. I love living here!

I toured here after seeing several places and I fell in love with the place. Kayla toured me and she did an amazing job! When we got back to the office, Vina the manager came out and introduced herself. She asked me one question that made me decide to rent here, she asked me how the customer service was at other places that I had gone to tour. That's when I realized how different our experience was at at Enclave verses the other places I went to. Here they took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't rush me. I love this community because it is truly a beautiful place to live. The apartment is beautiful and the grounds looks great all the time. I see the staff always working so hard, from the maintenance guys to the ladies in the office and they are all so friendly and nice. Enclave has a great location too and I save a ton of gas, since everything is right here.

Best Apartments In Peoria. You can't beat the location, the price is a little high but you get what you pay for that is for sure. The place is real nice and the people running it actually give a care.

I love my town home. It is a 3 level and it is newly renovated and it is super nice. The best part is that it is right by my job and the drive is short in comparison to where I used to live. I moved here about 4 months ago and the office staff is so wonderful and nice. I love living here!

Great place to live! I renewed earlier this month, going on 3 years here and this is the best this place has been by far, from the grounds to the staff. They are very friendly and I love my cozy apartment. Great location too!

I love it here at Enclave. The new staff is amazing. I moved in when renovations were taking place and it is beautiful. I must say I love the smell of the office every single time I walk in. Management works with you on any issues you may have. The only thing that kind of sucks for me is that pool hours had to be changed because someone was stealing from the gym.... I'm definitely a night owl especially on the weekend so it would be cool if on the weekends we had some extended hours..... especially with this AZ heat. Other than that. I love it here. I travel for work so I am not home as often as I would like, but when I am home. I never want to leave.

I’ve lived here for a few years & the staff currently here is the best by far. The customer service & friendliness is refreshing. I renewed back in June with Megan and she is wonderful, helped me set up my renters insurance & always prints anything I need. The grounds always look great, even from the storm last week they were on it & cleaned up all the mess. They take pride in the place & it shows. I’m a very happy tenant & I don’t plan on going anywhere. Thank you Enclave Management.

You have many neighbors consistently moving in and out . Feels more like a hotel than an apartment complex. You can hear neighbors hammering away at 1:00am like they are building something, dragging furniture and slamming doors or yelling!! Horrible!! That’s something that you hear at cheap motels! Don’t let the remodeling fool you, the experience here has been unpleasant and I cant wait for my lease to expire. I don’t recommend living here. If you are looking for a good nights rest it wont happen! Another thing, Management NEVER answers phone. Noone in office can give you a straight answer about anything! Too overpriced for the lack of sleep and privacy!!

I have lived here over 7 years. Beside the ideal location for anything, Enclave has been renewed and re-created. Recently, the finest ownership and management team has established Enclave Arrowhead as the envy of Peoria. Now coming into it's own, Enclave offers the best environment for modern comfort and relaxation. This maintenance and staff is the best I've ever seen. This is a safe community. Living here is easy. The extra touches is why I stay.

I just recently moved from Cali to this property! And I’m super happy I made this property my choice to move into... upon moving in I was told it was under new management and talking with my neighbors I’m glad it was new! So many changes have been happening recently!! The management team always make you feel welcome and are very good at getting concerns taken care of rather quickly! The newly remodeled gym is amazing! The pool is being remodeled also... can’t wait to enjoy that this summer!! I was worried about my service animal moving with me cause it would be a new environment for her! But once again the management team in the office spoil her with treats LOL and I’ve never seen my puppy be more happy! I highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking!!

Worst Experience Ever! I normally try to only give good reviews unless the experience is so bad I want to warn others. It would go against my better judgment to not warn others about this complex. They released me from my contract with no penalties after going to the Owner of the complex due to all the issues I was having. First I lived in a townhouse, so I had no one above or below me. Only on each side and behind. I could hear everything and even feel my neighbor walking (my floor moved)!!! The first month my neighbor would be at my door every night thinking my TV was too loud telling me they could hear everything. Well it was me their were hearing as well as the TV. There were soft spots in the floor. One morning I woke up to my neighbors alarm clock - and my bedroom window was closed so it wasn't coming through the window but the wall!!! In the 6 months I was there the office management changed hands 3 times. And unfortunately during this time they ran off the only 2 good employees they had. The current office manager is too young for the position and doesn't understand what customer service is. I never received any follow up from her. I had to follow up. Half the time the office would not answer the phone. The grounds have gone down hill. I had to repeatedly week after week (about 6 weeks total) tell them there was a swarm of bees before they finally did something about it. They are way over priced so I personally do not recommend them! Worst 6 months of my life. I preferred to be a work during this time!

I lived here for a full year and I am very disappointed that they would charge me so much on move out. Around $700 bucks. I had a 1 bedroom apartment with a garage. I dealt with a broken door most of the time I was at this property because the maintenance staff is just useless. I did most of the repairs to the apartment myself because when you called the maintenance staff the fix was worse then the actual problem. Just FYI if you move in know that they will charge you for paint, carpet cleaning (even if carpet is clean) garage door remote (even if you turn it in), etc. They will nickle and dime you on move out. Excessive and unjust. I have never experienced this at any other apartment or place that I have rented. I feel very upset that I use to call this place home and now that I moved into a home I have a nice move in welcome from Enclave to pay $700 bucks within 30 days or they will sue me. Nice threat from their office huh? Payed rent on time every month and sometimes early and I get threatened to be sued. I will pay them but buyer beware!
