Enclave Apartments

My home! Love living here and much nicer than other student housing options in the area. Super fun resident events and the pools are beautiful! Me and my friends love the enclave community!

I absolutely love living here at Enclave! The community is beautiful and the staff is always very kind! I am so excited to be living here another year!

Management here is unreasonable, they do not care about you at all! Also the community is not safe, there were several gunshots that occurred there and nothing was done. It is also impossible to talk to them about any issues. If you send them an email regarding an issue expect 5-10 days for them to respond and say, “sorry there is nothing we can do.” Also, they do not care about any roommate issues so if you get stuck in an uncomfortable situation good luck figuring it out. They also offer “free” amenities but the amenities are closed currently and there is no compensation. They offer residents gifts to leave good reviews, so think twice if you read a good review.

The managers are very rude and unfriendly... not fun to deal with. Maintenance requests often go unchecked-- I was without hot water for three days because they "forgot". Ended up living right by the EXTREMELY noisy factory, Laser Dynamics, which slams sheet metal into bins all hours-- and yes, that includes 3 AM. It's very expensive to live there but everything was built cheaply-- my friend's sink fell out of her counter TWICE and we have had several problems with the water and with appliances. The students who work there are always nice but the "adults" are just horrible. Installed speed bumps last year that definitely did damage to my car, and did nothing to stop people from speeding once past it. Just live somewhere else.

This review is from the viewpoint of a parent. My complaint is regarding management not having a genuine concern for all tenants. Tenants should be able to reside in their home without passive aggressive behavior, bullying and harassment from their roommate. A tenant should not be uncomfortable in their home because of their roomate's and their live-in boyfriend. It is difficult enough living with someone you don't know but to have a strange male around the house consistently is unacceptable. My daughter moved into a two bedroom apartment not realizing that her roommate's boyfriend would be there five to six days a week and with ACCESS to the apartment. The boyfriend enters the apartment at all times of the day and night. The roommate and her boyfriend: ? Intentionly leaves the doors unlock ? Turned up the heat to 88 degrees (it wasn't cold outside) ? Recently she turned the heat completely OFF (it was cold outside) ? She blasts her music through her speakers (they are enormous) ? The apartment and the kitchen is left in a mess for WEEKS ? They leave their dishes in the sink piled up for WEEKS ? She slams doors throughout the day and night ? They argue and fight ? Loud guests ? Frequently washes her (their) clothes after midnight (The washer and dryer is outside of my daughter's room) WARNING TO ANYONE signing a lease at Enclave, make sure that your roommate will not have a live-in. The two bedroom apartments are not designed for three people. Also, inquire how management handles conflicts and what are the consequences for the violators. Enclave apartments are expensive, but these are brand new units. The community is nice including the landscape, you would think Enclave would want decent tenants that care about their property as well as their tenants. Frustrated Parent!!

I'm part of the first batch of tenants to live here. Even though we were kind of guinea pigs for some stuff. Enclave was quick to correct any problem. I enjoy having the size of my closet and the luxury of my own bathroom. I also like that it is conveniently located by the bus to campus and the Main Street Pub. There's also awesome office staff like Lexi and Nick who make you always feel welcomed and at home! :)
