I stayed here for a travel assignment and it was very pleasant. My neighbors were amazing no complaints. One of the best place to be at especially if you are a travel tech or nurse!

I have a lunatic that lives above me and they stomp over me constantly. It also smells like marijuana in the hallways. Then there is holes in the ceilings by the elevators. And building management is useless and is only interested in taking money instead of dealing with resident issues. It is all about money and nothing about peaceful enjoyment of good residents! Move in here then you will find out, I will be out of here ASAP.

Me and my wife who is a nursing student have lived here for a year and one-half. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with their staff and have been been treated well. They have a great workout room, fast convenient elevators, excellent maintenance people when needed, free coffee, great deck and barbecue for cookouts, place is kept very clean, wonderful view of downtown Peoria. They are extremely well located right across from OSF so my wife can walk to their nursing school there within a couple minutes and if need any health care it is right at our door step. We rate it a five and plan to live here for another 2-3 years.

The reason why EMR apartments has been a great experience for me is simple: convenience. I work at the nearby hospital complexes, and the staff here have worked very hard to make this an easy, nice place to live for people who just have too many things on their to do list. Pretty much every cost is bundled, the water is clean (I checked the kitchen tap water via a series of independent chemical tests: it's just a little hard, because of normal levels of Calcium Carbonate for the area), the place is essentially spotless and very well maintained. The carpeting is nice, and the air conditioning/heating system is extremely effective at maintaining whatever temperature you want. Oh, and the other apartment residents are all quite pleasant: I've had no one to complain about in the slightest. I've had only two hiccups. First, the stoves are electric rather than gas - and as a big fan of Chinese stir fry, this was quite a disappointment. It's a lot harder to cook stir fry on an electric range. Second, make sure you visit the laundry room before doing a load of laundry. The laundry is the only thing not bundled, so you need to download the app that they use to your smart phone and link a debit/credit card to the app. It's easy to do, but I didn't stop by beforehand and ended up needing to run an extra trip on my first laundry day.

It has hard walking tenants and they are either LOUD TALKERS ON CELLPHONES! Or they are smoking marijuana and the smell is all in the hallways. The brick walls does not keep out the noise. Then as for the bbq area....that is only a small pit that they have in the parks. The only thing keeping me here is convenience to my job. When my lease is up I am moving.....p.s. They never keep the same apt managers 4 since 2018. What does that tell you.....

It is awesome to live right across the street from OSF. Lounge is nice and the brick walls in the apts is a nice touch
