Maintenance has been very prompt and friendly. We have been having a few issues regarding plumbing and electric and the team as always shown up ready to help.
Great Location, Great Maintenance Staff, Quick to Fix things. Management is rude beyond belief, all but Diago.
I’ve really enjoyed living here! The location is great — easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and the library. The pool and hot tub are both well maintained and perfect for relaxing after work. Parking is convenient and never an issue, which makes day-to-day life a lot easier. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to live.
Overall the location of the apartment community is in a great/convenient spot. I have been treated with nothing but kindness from every member of management and maintenance since the day I moved in. The maintenance guys always wave to me as I drive into the parking garage and the management staff always have a smile on their face when I visit the office. Best of all I love my neighbors and I have made many friends here!

Perfectly located in the heart of Scottsdale, walking distance to many of the best local shops and eateries. Quiet and secure despite its central location. The pool and fitness areas are excellent. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of Emory Old Town.

Great location! Reasonably priced! Newly Renovated Units. New Gym Equipment. Pool and a Hot Tub. What else do you need for $2k per month in Old Town Scottsdale? The Palladium is a great place to live for young professionals looking to socialize and live close to all that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer!

Loving it here. Jayden and Diego are awesome! When I first moved in I was having trouble with the move in date and my work schedule, at the last minute they went out of their way to change my lease to coincide with my work schedule. The unit itself is very nice and clean, the layout is perfect. I've been here for about a month now. I've submitted two maintenance requests. The storage door lock wasn't working and one of the outlets in the kitchen, the maintenance came and fixed them right away. The neighborhood is perfect, walking distance to everything!! :)

Love it here! Lived in the palladium for about 6 months and will be resigning! Definitely the best complex for the price in old town. Love the community and management is very friendly and helpful. In a renovated unit and love it definitely worth it!

Not a pleasant experience. Rude staff that doesn’t do their job correctly then they punish you for it. The place isn’t kept clean but they will fine you for not putting trash in a bin. There’s been melted ice cream in the hallway since I moved there. Very loud you can hear your neighbor’s conversations through the walls. Installation sucks.
I haven’t moved yet but I’m excited. I’ve had friends who lived here. I’ve lived in Scottsdale for a few years and excited to get to old town

The apartment layout is great; the building is nice and clean. I have lived here for a few months and have had no issues. Maintenance responses are super quick if you submit a work order (within a few hours). I wish the complex put on events tho. So many people are around the same age in the building, and the complex does not have to hold a single event to meet your neighbors. That is really the only downside of living here. I know other Graystar properties host events constantly for their tenants; even smaller events with a would-be awesome, but none...

Easy application process and the staff were very helpful. Great tour that highlighted different floorplans and everything you need to know before making a decision.
I find this complex to be the ideal location for me. Close to all amenities, the local parks, and Old Town Scottsdale. The complex is always being upgraded and kept in a beautiful condition.
Moved here recently. Overall I think it’s a very nice complex. I always see people taking care of the grounds, the pool is always clean and seems like a relatively tame community of residents. Extra perk for me is a brand new gym. Have had some issues resulting in some maintenance work, however I will say that the leasing office follows up in a timely manner to ensure that issues are resolved.
Maintenance never gets things done. Don't expect things to get fixed. Paperwork gets lost, you'll get charged for not having renters insurance even though you've submitted proof multiple times. Also, make sure you send your 60 day notice multiple times as well otherwise, you'll get charged. They won't call you either to remind you of your notice. I've been living in a apartment also that I'm pretty sure has mold as well. Simple things such as closet doors never got installed the 13months I've been there. So, if you like stress and dealing with constant issues this is the place for you

I have lived at the Palladium for about 5 years now. I love it! The maintenance team is always quick to come solve any issues that may occur. Everyone who lives here is extremely friendly, and the location is the very best being in walking distance of all the night life and old town entertainment!

the staff is usually very un-helpful (although very nice). they ar e ever able to answer question we have or will tell us a manager/supervisor will be in contact and they never are. we have to march down to the leasin office every time we need help even after using the portal to talk to someone in person because most of the time no one picks up the phone and if they do they inform us someone else will call in regards to our issues and they never do. even just trying to get my lease started earlier this year was harder than trying to pull out every strand of hair on my head…

Cannot recommend the Palladium. Over a month since my washer broke, absolutely no response from anyone. Construction trucks and trash dumpsters constantly blocking ingress/egress to parking lot. Area not policed, trash in parking lot and public areas not addressed. Resident parking not secure; security has not been operational for several months.

Thank you for taking rime to leave a review. We are working through exterior projects that require the dumpsters and company vehicles and unfortunately these vehicles do not fit in our parking garage. We are working diligently on making sure the property is trash/pet waste free on a daily basis.
The Palladium had two things going for it ; location and reasonable rent Given the recent rent increases the Palladium now has one thing going for it In over 50 years of renting I have never encountered a more incompetent staff Hope this helps

Overall, my experience in Palladium Apartment has been a disappointment and a dissatisfaction. I will most 100% will not be renewing my contract nor am I recommending this facility to any of my friends. How the ramp structure is designed to create damage to the car wether you go slow or fast and it creates more tendency for people to get into an accident for trying to avoid the speed bumps. The customer service is aweful from the management side. There is a lack of tenant representation. As well as the overall structure of the building and apartment itself. There needs to be a major renovation in your whole campus. Only good thing about it- is that it’s walking distance to place.

I am sorry to hear that you will not be renewing and did not have a pleasant stay. We are working on renovating interior and exterior at this time.
Overall I like living here due to the location but there is a lot of wear and tear on the building inside and outside of the apartment. Security is poor as some gates do not have locks or locking mechanisms on them.

Palladium is great for those who love to be within walking distance of all essentials. There are not only several groceries nearby, but the nightlife surrounding the Palladium in Old Town is so much fun! Also, a perfect place for dogs as there is a dog park, lots of places to walk, and many friendly dog neighbors.

Management is very friendly, however, it takes a while and multiple follow-ups to get repair requests taken care of. A little too expensive for what it is, but the location in old town Scottsdale is great! There have been multiple car break-ins in the parking garage this month and at night and on the weekends there are always random people walking through the complex since the gates leading in and out of the complex don't lock.

Complete 180 since I moved here in January. Zach is also very helpful and Rae is doing a great job of running the show! The place has extreamly improved since the new team has taken over. I suggests potential residents read recent reviews because the previous ones do not apply anymore in my experience! Great location friendly staff great parking. It's amazing
