Emerson At Celebration

The condominium was the worst place to live until July 2024. They finally changed the management and some employees and it seems like it is getting much better to live and interact with. Mrs. Tracy is the new condominium manager and unlike the previous managers and office administrators, she helped me the first time I asked for help to solve several problems in my apartment. It seems like the condominium will now be a much better place to live. Mrs. Tracy is very helpful and friendly. There are still some details to be done, in my opinion, but I am sure that Mrs. Tracy will solve them.

Emerson at Celebration. The place that couldn’t care less about their tenants. You think that maybe the reviews were over exaggerating? I’m afraid not. Won’t even allow paying tenants who are already suffering enough as it is to have their rental car parked on property after facing a car accident that wasn’t even their fault as their car is facing repairs in the shop. Nope, they don’t stand up for their tenants. They WILL have your car towed. Lol…Do not. I mean DO NOT give this place your business. You will quickly see that it’s even worse than what people tell you when you’re actually living it. Not to mention the raccoon problem all around the property every time you want to throw something out in the trash on top of a whole list of a whole other things. Terrible people in office who will not have your back. It’s about greed, it’s about their own personal gain. Have tried to reason with them and they will not listen enough to care. They will ignore you and your needs. But they want us to leave a review for the property right? Here’s your review.

Find another property. Been dealing with MOLD. Doris from the leasing office team will gaslight you even though the evidence is in her face. She’s deceitful, unprofessional and disrespectful. She claims she has 24 years experience, but has yet to take any accountability towards any issues. 24 years wasted. Save yourself the headache and spare your health. RUN!

We have had issues with Emerson apartments ever since we moved in. This situation though, has been the icing on the cake. We got our car towed randomly a few days ago. We were not contacted at all about it being towed, and we were given no warnings. Our car is registered with the apartment, and we had our parking sticker exactly where we were told it should be. We did everything right. We still had to pay over $200 to get our car back from the sketchy towing company they decided to employ. Emerson let this scam of a towing company take advantage of their residents. If you want to live in a complex that actually cares for their residents, do not live at Emerson. They are unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. They are an absolute horrible complex to live at and we are counting down the days until our lease is up.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO, but there is no such option, so I’m giving it a ONE. If you live here, be prepared that your car can get towed at 2 am in the morning even though you live and your license plate IS REGISTER WITHIN APARTMENT COMPLEX. If you don’t have a sticker, they tow your car from your own parking AND DO IT A SNEAKY WAY AT 2 AM, without any working, and they don’t care that you miss work next day dealing with the terrible problem. I repeat, even if your license plate is registered. EXCUSE me, What century do we live in? No one uses stickers anymore, everything is done over the phone and I’m sure the license plate can be EASILY verified online (that’s what they do at all the UP TO DATE places) but no, here at Emerson they tow cars at 2 am just to make money off the residents. Maybe that’s why they claim themselves “exceptional” on the website? Maybe. It’s severely overpriced for the experience that you get here, I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.

I haven't moved in yet but if living there is anything like the Class A service I received in the process. Its Class A living. The office staff was supreme, especially Felix who showed so much professional attitude. I have lived in the Washington, DC/ Maryland area and you would never find such service and Class A appartments for the price. I look forward to a long stay. Dr. Ivin Moody, PhD

We've been here 10 months--we moved in when the complex was under construction. I moved here from Philadelphia where housing is incredibly expensive. We paid $1600 for an old 2 bedroom with a heating bill in the hundreds, and people said we got a bargain. When we got here, we were astonished at how much you get for your money. The appliances are amazing, the countertops are beautiful granite, the floors are terrific and brand new. We keep the AC running to keep our home under 70 because we like it cold, and our electric bill is never over $100. The people who said it's unsafe are crazy; this is one of the safest complexes around. Of course police are always here-THEY LIVE HERE. 3 officers live in my building and they even say they've never had any reports of incidents here. Seriously, look up the crime report for the area instead of listening to malcontents on the internet, check out the Celebration crime report--you'll find nothing there for this complex.

DON’T LEASE THERE!!!!!!!!! VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE LITTLE THEY OFFER, VERY UNSAFE, NOT ENOUGH PARKING, VERY LITTLE STORAGE IN THE TINY APARTMENTS, A LOT OF MOLD, FOR ALLERGIC PEOPLE, NOT HEALTHY!!. BESIDES THAT, YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE SCHOOL TRAFFIC RIGHT BY YOUR DOOR!!! I signed a one year contract and started to have problems on the second month. A lot of noise from the second floor and nothing was done about it. Noise from 5:30 AM until 11:30 PM. Then I started to have mold problems, a lot of mold in our clothes and I am highly allergic to mold. Nothing was done about it. They wanted to charge me a $300 Pet fee just for my daughter come with her dog to VISIT ME and spend a couple of hours with me. They make you pay for trash valet, even if you take your trash to the dumpster, you leave your trash outside, the next morning you see all the garbage, leftover food around the floor, the raccoons and possums come every single night. They charge you a fee to pay your rent online, they charge you fees everywhere! In may, I told the office that they had a criminal resident and the same resident started to threatening my daughter and I. The office DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I called the police, made a police report and gave the office notice that I was breaking the lease for the unhealthy and unsafe conditions. When I brought the notice, they made me scratch the date I was returning the keys and write the date that was on the contract (so they could charge me the full contract). You see the police there all the time!!!! I moved out, they called me 9 times to collect the last month of rent and said they will send my name to collections. I contacted the corporate office and ONE VERY RUDE PERSON CONTACTED ME, SHE DID NOTHING BUT OFFEND ME! I've been out of there since the beginning of October (which I paid the rent in full) and they still send me emails to pay rent! This place is awful, they don’t care about your safety, well being, ONLY ABOUT MONEY. In the same area there are a two more apartment complex, beautiful, worthy and with better administration.

I've been a resident here for about 6 months and there are a few things I wish I'd known before moving in. Since you can read all about the good points at this place above, here's the not so good. First of all, beware the listing price. For a term shorter than 18 months you'll pay various fees. For living on the first or even 2nd floor you'll pay $15-$30/month fee. For valet trash, not optional, you'll pay $25/month. Sewer and 'water service' charges are outrageous, from a Texan's point of view anyway, usually costing around $50/month. (Funny because the charge for actual water is usually less than $2?). All together, add $100 to the base price and you'll get your actual total/month. Second big problem is the abysmal soundproofing. Any time anyone so much as walks across the floor in the unit above, you'll hear their footsteps -even on the carpet! Anything louder? You bet you'll hear it. Even way back in college my dorm room was better soundproofed than this place. Also, remember how you have to pay extra to live on those lower floors? Guess you're actually paying for the pleasure of listening to your neighbors footsteps, which could or could not get pretty old depending on the neighbors. Bottom line: if you want to live here, get a top floor unit. Third issue is quality. As others have pointed out, some of the appliances aren't the most reliable. We had a water leak, a faucet fell apart, and some minor electrical issues. I know these are new apartments and there could be some kinks to work out, but I expected better. Fourth issue is staff. Some are pretty nice, but others can be downright unhelpful and even a little rude. Also, the maintenance crews sometimes do some weird stuff. Such as the time the other day when they decided it would be a good idea to hose down all the apartments and sprayed water under our door. Another issue is with location. If you want to live in Celebration then Emerson really isn't your place. You -can- walk downtown, if you happen to have long legs and a spare 50 minutes both ways, but it's not exactly comfortable walking distance. Biking is comfortable enough, but mostly you'll probably end up driving everywhere. All in all, I would say this place is decent enough, but a little overpriced for what you get. Probably better to spring for a higher quality apartment elsewhere in Celebration or venture into the central Florida wasteland in search of cheaper places. But, if you're ok with compromise, then this place will suite.

The community looks very nice on the outside and the apartments are gorgeous. But when you actually get down to the bottom of it the apartments are cheaply made and the brand new appliances break. The maintenance staff is great, but the staff friendliness ends with them, and believe me you will use the maintenance staff often. We were one of the first residents and we were told within a few weeks they would be installing a swipe key entry for the bathroom and gym after hours. We're still waiting for that special door, 10 months later. The community is supposed to be non-smoking, but it's not. In our building alone there are four smokers and we have been in the office and heard people from other buildings complain about the smell of smoke. Even their brand new bark park is lousy. It is right next to a swamp, where an alligator has been spotted several times. The fence is so cheap that small dogs can fit through risking running right out onto I-4. It is very nice to live in Celebration, a gorgeous place to live, but this is definitely not the normal crowd of people who live in Celebration. This is for the poorer people of Celebration. Beware. There are two other complexes right next door which are light years better than this place.

Great New Smoke free luxury Apartment Community across the street from High school. If smoking is your thing than its really not bad to take a walk down the street with the nice views of celebration. Because the first class finishes of the apartments with large balconies make it worth it to live here. Hard-wood floors in living areas, carpet in the bedrooms, stainless appliances. Amenities include pool, gym, and office capabilities.. The only issue is dealing with the Highschool traffic during the morning and afternoon, but you do get the Friday night lights. Small price to pay to live in Pleasantville USA!

My family and I were relocating to Celebration for the new job I was taking. When we researched the area we decided on Celebration because of it's unique location and closeness to the job. We looked at several apartments while in New York finalizing the moving details and had picked several places we wanted to see once we arrived in Orlando. As we had 30 days to find a place to live, we didn't want to wait too long and started to visit the complexes we found on apartments.com. The first place we visited was the Emerson Apartment Enclave in Celebration. And we immediately fell in love with the complex, the apartments we saw (both 2 and 3 bedrooms) and are minds were instantly made up. It's less than a ten minute drive to the office, our youngest daughter has a fifteen minute ride to middle school and the high school where she will be attending next year is right across the street and viewable from the bedroom windows and balcony. Shopping few close by and we're minutes from Disney, Sea World and Universal.

Situated right at the end of World Drive, Walt Disney World, Emerson at Celebration has unparalleled access to the Disney Parks. The apartment is also right off I-4 exit 62 with easy access to most of Orlando. The complex is brand new, having been completed this summer. The Resort Style clubhouse has a pool, internet café, meeting space and gym. Receiving a Celebration resident ID gives users access to several other clubhouses and discounts at many stores and restaurants in downtown Celebration. Celebration is a master planned community started by Disney in 1994 with tree lined streets, front porches and miles and miles of trails for walking and biking. Emerson at Celebration is like living on a Disney vacation, living in a picture perfect small town and living with easy access to Orlando all in one.

My husband and I have been looking for a new home, one that combines family, friends and fantastic floor plans. Emerson apartments Enclave in Celebration was the perfect fit. I have always wanted to live in Celebration - a community with that small town feel, just a stone throw away from Disney's Magic Kingdom. We love the wood- like floors, the French doors and amazing stainless appliances, such a feeling of luxury within our budget. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the pool and fitness center so clean and convenient and my neighbors so ...neighborly ! Emerson apartments have made our dream of living in Celebration come true and I highly recommend it as your next home too.
