Property Ratings at Emeralds Apartments
I have been here since October 2018. The people who manage the apartments (Stephanie and Ben) are kind and friendly all the time. If I ever have an issue, Stephanie is only a message away, and she handles things promptly. Don't be fooled by the dated outside or the hallways; inside, most of the units are newly remodeled and are really nice. My unit is spacious with plenty of storage space, a great living room, reasonable kitchen, and good sized bedrooms. The pool is huge (and looks even bigger once you are in it), and though the paint is chipped in some areas so it doesn't look sparkling blue everywhere, it is clean. I had shopped around the area for several months before settling on The Emeralds, but I have been happy here since the beginning. I, too, was nervous about some of the reviews I had read online, but when moved in, those reviews have been largely unfounded. Could it use some updates? Sure. But it is a pleasant place to live, and everyone who visits me is always in love with my cute apartment.
I have rented for 13 years in 4 different states. This is by far the best apartment I have ever resided in. The location is fabulous, quiet and clean. The manager is amazing and the owner is working on updating all the buildings. Need a place for dogs to play unleashed though
Updates are never ending. The rooms are massive and the location can not be beat! The manager, Stephanie, is super attentive to all the needs of the tenants. So glad I gave this place a chance!!
The vaild reason for the 1 star is that my girlfriend and I have gotten ignored and sent to voicemail for more than 1 week after you stating we were approved and sending our check stubs in. You responded to us through text message the entire time and told us we were all good and ready to have first dibs on the apartment. You ignored us for a week and then finally got back to us after sending us to voicemail and never wanting to speak on the phone. You said that we now didn't get approved and said we didn't make enough when we easily make over 3x the rent. So, to sum up the 1 star review, I learned my lesson to never give $50 to a property manager that I've never even met. Thank you! I will be sure to never recommend this place to my family and friends.
They lie and steal. My husband and I tried to rent a apartment and after finally getting ahold of someone(by text) I turned in my application of $50 plus my husband gave $10 extra bc no one had change. It took me 2 weeks to get a reply after I had to make a review on Facebook where they stated we will not get a apartment for false reasons. DO NOT rent from them. I am not the first person they have taken money from and never returned a answer.
Excellent management wonderful place to call home ??
