Emblem Shakopee

It’s a decent experience living here but it’s just not for me. The apartments are nice, but without quality amenities and a lackluster location, I can’t justify the price tag.

I have been very impressed with the management and facilities of Emblem Shakopee. Additionally, the design, layout, and features of my apartment are perfect!

It’s very good, I love everyting the Pool, the patio, the social club . Its to quiet , cleaning , the people is very friendly and respecten .

Been good so far. Just moved in the area. I like how open concept the place is. It is nice to have 4 units per level feel more like im home. Elevator would be nice to have but I don't mind the stairs.

My experience has been great so far! The community is always having fun events at the club house that are inviting. Everyone I pass in the Emblem community is kind and welcoming.

We moved in about 2 weeks ago and I can already tell that this place is so awesome. We have enjoyed the amenities and we also love how friendly everyone is here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something that’s not just affordable but also because of the amazing community!

The property common areas are well kept and make Emblem feel like home! Office staff friendly and helpful. All the updated electronic apps make things super easy.

The apartment unit is great. Very spacious and home-feeling. The inside common areas are kept clean. The outside common areas have many cigarettes and nicotine products lying around. This is very unfortunate and not really monitored. This creates concerns for children and pets. Otherwise, great place to live.

Move in was smooth but internet will not work upon move in and have to call Xfinity to get it fixed. The building was also incredibly hot and was frustrating while trying to move things in.

It's a nice, quiet area, and the apartment is nice. I wish we could have plants on the patio. It's easy to move in, and there are lots of parking spots.

Excellent apartments and very comfortable to live in. We love the layout of the single bed apartment. It feels like we are living in our own home.

I've lived here a year and no complaints. The apartments are quiet amd clean. The amenities are great and well kept. Maintenance does a great job at keeping everything in working order. Package deliveries have sometimes been an issue, but that's not the apartments fault.

It was an easy process to move in here and the units are very nice ! I would recommend this place to anyone ! The staff was easy to work with and answered all my questions and concerns.

The leasing office is extremely helpful and kind. The apartment we got is well put together and this place has great amenities. I would recommend the Emblem to anyone looking to get a great apartment for a great deal.

Overall it is pretty good, enough for us to renew. I will say the parking situation is annoying and we often have to park far from our building. The trash is far as well but that is partly our fault for choosing this building so I don’t blame anyone.

I just renewed my lease. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They communicate well & offer fun community events for residents to attend!

Great place to live, and would highly recommend it. It’s in a safe area and you’re close to everything you could need! We’ve loved living here and would recommend to anyone.

Need assigned parking. If someone from your building has a party, all their friends park in the spots in front of your building. So then you have to park all the way down form your building. Pretty annoying.

Living at Emblem Apartments in Shakopee has been a great experience! From the start, I’ve felt comfortable and at home. The apartments are modern and well-designed, and the amenities make life easier and more enjoyable. The management team is friendly and always helpful, making sure everything runs smoothly. The community is quiet and welcoming, and I love having access to the fitness center and lounge areas. Plus, the location is super convenient with plenty of nearby trails, shops, and grocery. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Emblem Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Shakopee!

Is perfect, very nice and beautiful. Always clean and tidy. It’s so quiet here ideal for resting. The neighbors are very friendly. And the shops are very close

The lease signing and move in process were really smooth! Eugene was a great help and we were able to get everything set up really easily. Community is pretty quiet so far, but construction in the nearby neighborhood shows there’s growth in the area!

Love the layout of my unit, nice neighborhood, friendly staff, and friendly neighbors! Maintenance is really quick with responses and addressing concerns.

Complex is great. Maintenance is really quick to get out and help with any problems. Walls are a little thin but not much you can do about it.

Living at Emblem has been awesome so far! We’ve been here for almost a year now and are transferring our lease to a bigger apartment. We’re excited to keep living here and building a community!

Staff has been absolutely fantastic and extremely courteous! I am very excited to try all of the clean amenities once we are completely moved in! Repairs were made quickly and accurately

I have liked living here, it is a nice location, the staff is friendly and there are good amenities. The one drawback I have noticed is the price.

The apartment staff work to keep a clean and safe living space. Multiple dog disposal posts and a dog park area makes it a great place to live with a pet.

Experience has been going well, maintenance is very nice and quick to respond to calls. Package pick up is lacking as many pkgs end up in a closet and we don’t get notified they are there.

Love this place and all the staff is super friendly so excited to call this place home! Lots of community events and stuff to do near us! We are so thrilled to be here!

Great place to live. Really nice and quiet. A lot of space, especially in the living room and kitchen. A lot of natural light from the large windows which is great.

We are still very pleased with our home, and it is very quiet here, it is very relaxing. And I love that you guy's do nice events for us the tenants. Like for example tge valentine's day stuff you guy's did.

The staff here at Embelem are incredibly welcoming and always there when you need them. I truly appreciate how there's always some type of event going on—efforts to strengthen our sense of community are evident and make living here special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Apartments are nice but not setup with a good flow. Thin walls Parking is not great. Garages are very small. Anything bigger than a compact car or small suv will not fit.

Great community relaxing calm location to live so far since I been looking at the location every thing looks clean and new doesn’t smell like smoke

A very quiet place to live, we love all the amenities that the facilities have. That they have pets, a park for them, that it is smoke-free.

Just moved in about a week ago. So far everything is great. It is the perfect size for us, plus our dog. The only thing I wish they had would be assigned parking spaces. Other than that, it’s great!

I haven’t had much complaints. Besides the cold weather lol. But I love my new place. I’m looking forward to the warmer weather and getting out more

I love my new apartment complex at Emblem! My boyfriend and I are loving the space and the gorgeous fixtures and finishes throughout our new space!!! I can’t wait for morning coffees on our balcony and swimming at the outdoor pool in the summer when it’s finally warm outside again!

So far I’ve had a mostly positive experience living here. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The community is well-maintained, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The apartment itself is spacious and updated, which I really appreciate.

The experience here is alright. The doors to get into true buildings sometimes don’t close all the way unless you pull them so anyone can get in.

I love all the futuristic technology. Beautiful views in the residency. Great amenities. I love the Rewards app something new different and refreshing
