This community is so cheaply built that I can hear everything and the neighbors above me are the worst when it comes to stomping, jumping, banging, all type of noises you can think of. I emailed the front office and was completely ignored, I spoke to one of the team members face to face and was told they were going to look into it, still nothing, I then called and spoke with someone who practically told me there’s nothing she can do about it unless it’s after hours smh. I like the place but just that part makes me hate living here. I cannot get no peace of mind living here.

The leasing office is helpful when needed. The property is quiet and clean for the most part. I renewed my lease this year because I like my unit. The halls have build up and debris as well as oil stains from basket trash.

The property has gone downhill. I live next to the pool and they literally have large pool parties every single night till 12 o’clock at night and management does nothing.

The property is beautiful. My initial experience was not so good and I am paying more than I expected due to having to get a bigger unit because of lack of 1/1 and not being able to move into that apartment I initially signed a lease for due to issues out of my control . Management is working on something for me. I guess. Over all love the apartment community.

Love the apartment and how spacious it is, there was some minor inconveniences like a handle was missing, the island chandeliers weren't matching, dishwasher was not attached. Luckily maintenance was quick to respond and came in to fix those things. We did just move in so still getting adjusted to how far things are from here. However, I understand that is what you get for having a peaceful quiet secluded area.

Wonderful so far, haven't had any issues besides people not picking up after their pets. The ladies in the office are amazing. Maintenance crew handles repairs in a timely manner.

I've lived here for just about two years and overall, it was a positive experience. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Most issues were addressed within 24–48 hours. The complex offers solid amenities — a well-maintained gym, 2 pools, and secure package lockers.

Communication with property staff has declined. They are not responsive. There’s an increased concern for cleanliness and noise complaints. Exterior hallways need to be cleaned and maintained.

Very unhappy with Emblem Riverside and the service at this apartment complex. They charge you trash violations caused by your neighbors and other residents, there are pet droppings littered across the apartment complex, they don't have monthly resident events like they did under the old management. This apartment also gives significantly cheaper monthly rents for new tenants than for ones that have been here for years. They charge you exorbitant fees if your trash bag "looks" like it's over 25 lbs. When I moved in, I was told the valet trash will take two of your bags for you nightly when the service is operating. I even presented the flyer I received when I moved in to the management, but they dismissed it. Please do not consider moving here - Story Riverside is a significantly better apartment complex for the location and price. Emblem Riverside is a very shameful apartment complex ever since it was taken over by new management. Please save yourself and choose to live elsewhere.

I enjoy living at Emblem Riverside. The units are spacious, with a sizeable kitchen, a nice balcony, and a laundry room—which I personally appreciate. The rent is fair for the space you get, and the neighbors are generally quiet and respectful. While the walls are a bit thin and it’s easy to hear noise from upstairs neighbors, it hasn’t been a major issue. Parking can be somewhat limited at times, but it's manageable. The fitness center is a great amenity, and I’d love to see more equipment added in the future. The staff is responsive, especially in emergency situations, and overall, the community feels safe and unproblematic. It's a solid place to live with good value.

The apartments are nice. The staff is nice. Maintenance issues are handled promptly. I do wish the property landscaping was maintained more often. The bushes and mulch needs to be groomed and refreshed, the breezeways could be pressure washed more often.

I enjoy living here. It’s quiet and for the most part, the neighbors are respectful. I’m not one for a lot of rules, especially with the amount of money we spend to live there but I can respect that.

I love living on this property. Haleema is the best leasing manager ever. She handles problems with ease and in a timely manner. The key to a successful property is the Manager who is the head with competent staff who supply the support. This is the best community. I love the Emblem Riverside !!!!!

Have lived at Emblem since it has opened, it has been pleasant for the most part…. Over the years things have changed a bit. Noise throughout the living buildings has caused concerns. I believe having a peace of mind in your residence is essential, neighbors being considerate of one another is KEY.

I recently moved into Emblem , and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by how well-maintained and clean everything is. The leasing process was smooth, and the management team was incredibly helpful and responsive, making my move-in experience stress-free. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is well-equipped with updated appliances, and the natural light from the large windows creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The building amenities are a huge bonus.

My experience here has been decent! I can’t complain about much other than valet trash no coming when they suppose to but get mad when people are above bag max. As if we don’t pay. Other than that. Everything is cool. No roaches! Clean. Management is cool

The trash still doesn't get picked up and we have to pay for this monthly service. Management has been claiming for months that it is being worked on, but it's not. I do not recommend living here at all. There are so many other apartments near by that are significantly better.

It has been nice... little to no complaints. Parking and keeping the rent feasible. The halls need to be cleaned, from just build up on the walls and the concrete from Valet and trash.
