Emblem at Conyers

Nice Place to stay! Well lighted location at night. Noise level is great. Need a consistent Trash Collector. Everything is close by that’s accessible which is a great feature for the Complex.

A great quiet neighborhood with very respectful and considerate neighbors. The community is very involved with each other as well here. I highly recommend.

Enjoying my stay and i LOVE the monthly events for the community. Staff and neighbors are warm and welcoming. Looking forward to continuing my stay here.

I like it so far, however there is trash in the bushes all around the apartment complex. Other than that, it is a very nice and quiet community

I love the community. The is a quiet and well kept community. I have definitely enjoyed having access to the pool. I would also like to add that the gym has amazing equipment. The gym also has 24/7 access so I can workout whenever. The staff is very friendly and punctual.

The lack of parking is frustrating. I’ve brought it to the attention of the agents on more than one occasion but still the issue has no remedy.

Living at Emblem Conyers has been a mostly positive experience. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and the layouts are spacious—perfect for both individuals and small families. I especially appreciated the updated kitchen appliances and the in-unit washer and dryer, which made day-to-day living very convenient. The amenities are a big plus. The pool area is clean and a great place to relax in the summer, and the fitness center is decent for a quick workout. There’s also a dog park, which is a nice touch for pet owners. The property is generally quiet, and the grounds are kept up nicely. One thing that stands out is the location—you’re close to shops, restaurants, and I-20, which makes commuting into Atlanta or nearby cities pretty easy. Plus, it feels safe, with gated access and decent lighting at night. If you’re looking for a modern apartment in Conyers with solid amenities and a good location, Emblem Conyers is a solid choice.

Maintenance team is great. They make sure the work orders that are placed are done quickly and professionally. Leasing office agents are really kind and listen to any concerns you may have.

Good people. The office staff is cool and helpful. And they’re making a concerted effort to keep this new property in tiptop shape which is an absolute plus. Who wants to live in a dump. Glad to be here, No issues…

I have been here for almost a year and i love it here. Everyone in the leasing office is amazing. The community really nice. Everyone is so nice and i feel safe here.

Community is nice and well kept. The leasing off staff is always communicating and updating their residents on property concerns and updates regarding events. Overall this community is one of the best in Conyers.

So far so good. Previous concerns immediately addressed and communication with residents is up to par. I’m unsure of the response time for the maintenance team but I am about to find out. Email response time from the office staff needs a little work though.

Amazing community, staff members are very professional, love the community events we have once a month as well. Quiet for the most part, curtesy sheriff available and pool is also open year around!

My overall experience has been okay. There are a few issues that I wish management would have addressed or taken more serious but overall it is an okay place to live

Dogs--dont have a dog. There's one above me--plenty of noise. I know he's there. It's like a pay rent. Walls are paper thin. Also not enough handicap spaces. Residents park in handicap spaces. And residents that park on a regular basis don't have parking stickers in there window. Visitors should not take up parking spaces that the residents need.

I've been having a really positive experience since my move-in in September. My only main issue is with the valet trash pick-up, it is never consistent, I have a problem with that because a service paying for should be provided, if not, then that fee is reimbursed. With a new schedule being implemented I look forward for good change. I am however, pleased with the management staff and everything else, keep up the good work.

Lovely community, great staff , the maintenance team does an amazing Job up keeping with the property . Quite hours are respected & overall just a great community. I would say my favorite extra perk would be all the lovely holiday / random events in the front lounge .

I love the friendly staff and monthly community events! There is always a warm environment and smiling face. I appreciate it when people are genuinely kind.

Parking spaces could be larger. Trash company is unreliable and come after 10pm some nights. It would be nice to have camera's posted near the entrance of each apartment stairs for safety. Over all a great place to live.

So far, I’ve been enduring. The apartment is nice and the gates are working better than they used to work. I have been here for almost one year now. The thing I can say is that the rent is too expensive and if you cannot afford to pay everything at once or in the third day, the interest they add to it is ridiculous. Even the electricity bill is off the roof.

I have enjoyed my stay at Emblem. Valet Trash is a great amenity. The gym and clubhouse are well kept and my packages are always secure. I feel safe and secure here

I am truly grateful for the prompt resolution of issues by the staff. Having resided here for a year, I can attest to their dedication in ensuring residents' satisfaction. The community liaison organizes events for both adults and children, enhancing the overall experience. Despite the parking issue, I must acknowledge the significant improvements since my last review. If residents could assist in managing trash disposal at the compactor, the property's appearance would be impeccable.

My only two issues currently are the lack of parking spaces & the inconsistency of the valet trash pick up. I have not had any other complaints so far.

The apartments are spacious and luxurious, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into the design. I feel right at home, and the sense of comfort and luxury is evident in every corner. One of my favorite features has been the app it’s so convenient! Being able to unlock my door and adjust the AC settings all from my phone has been a game changer. It really adds to the ease of living here and makes me feel like I’m truly getting the most out of this amazing community. Overall, my experience has been outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call Emblem Conyers home. I look forward to enjoying this space for a long time to come!

We have enjoyed living at Emblem! Nice community, friendly staff, lovely ladies, the best! We love our walk around our wooded pond Daily and the convenience of the community as well! Close to shopping and near by entertainment such as hiking, and most if all our church!

My experience with moving into the Emblem has been smooth and efficient. Each person outstood and provided excellent service. I really like the apartment I chose, and I have lots of sun coming into my apartment which is important to me. I’m not too keen just yet on the way you get into your apartment thought maybe it’ll grow on me. The option of having a key as well as keyless is the better option

The staff at Emblem Conyers is very pleasant and prompt when addressing inquires. The move-in process was seamless. The property is very clean and has great amenities. The apartments are beautiful with a ton of closet space. The only downfall is the walls are too thin. We can hear our neighbors talking, music and kids crying from the apartment above us.

When I moved in back in November 2024. They would send out emails about quiet time , I haven't got an email in awhile. And my neighbors are extremely loud .The tenants are not picking up behind their dogs and we have dog waste stations in place for this. They will throw trash,straws, napkins, cups,water bottles out of their car and want pick it up. You walk out of your apartment and smell weed. This place is to nice for this.

Emblems Conyers Apts has been awesome! Top notch maintenance and a staff that cares about its residents! The monthly events are always great! They try really hard to keep the property clean and inviting I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment community!

Great experience so far. Very quiet place I love it. Staff is very nice and easy to get in touch with. I love the how clean it is and how fast maintenance comes if there are any issues.

Been here 3 months and everything is very enjoyable. The management team is always available and help keep our community enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Emblems if you are looking for a great place to live

It’s great I already love it here! Everything is great stores and food is a skip and a hop away, everytime I show my family and friends my apartment they say they love it. Also Alexandria was very nice a professional, I don’t know how to give her a review so I hope this can count as 1 5*

The complex is very clean and nice. I do however wish there was an easier way to get to the top floor and the ladies in the leasing office can be rude.

I love the community and the events every month hosted by Emblem! The area is clean and well kept, it is quiet, and those in the community have good energy towards one another. Can’t wait to see what 2025 behold!

I still absolutely love my apartment and the garbage pick up is getting better. I appreciate the efforts from apartment management they stay in top of our concerns and efficiently Expedite.

My experience has not remained consistent since I moved into the community. Residents smoke weed, and it smells terrible through my apartment and outside hallways; residents do not curb their dogs, and I see waste on the premises. I almost got run over by a fast-moving vehicle exiting through the incorrect side of the gates because it is constantly open, and people do not exit properly. If this continues, I do not see this community maintaining its luxurious appeal in the long run.

So far so good. My only issue is with the “valet” trash pickup. We pay for valet yet there are days when the guys just skip over my trash that is placed in accordance with the rules provided for trash pick up.

I absolutely love it here!!!! The staff is amazing. Maintenance is great. I can't imagine living anywhere else in the city of Conyers. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
