Convenience to highways and Anderson station is a very big draw. With amenities of Market Basket, TJ Maxx, quality restaurants in Woburn Village along with Target, Dispensary, Liquor store, Starbucks etx. a minute walk away its true resort living. Next level would be completion of restaurant which seems to be going very slow. Everyone that comes to visit feels its like living in a hotel. Most of staff is fantastic! Very clean!

We noticed some broken parts in the unit that need to be fixed. The maintenance staff Brian got it fixed on the same day and came back to finish some other repairment early morning the next day. We are super happy with the quick turn.

We really enjoy living here. The building's common areas are beautiful and the property is well maintained. Our apartment is very quiet and that is often unusual in a big building.

It’s nice. Space is livable. Very well taken care of. I would complain that the walls are way too thin. Can hear everything. I would say the doors need to be quieter in the hallways and not so heavy. Also there should be more parking for guests. There’s only 3 in a 7 story building.

Has been a very positive experience overall. The building is generally tranquil, and the neighbors are respectful, which creates a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. I truly appreciate the sense of privacy and tranquility here. The only downside is the noise from the garage gate opening and closing, which can be a bit disruptive at times. However, apart from that, it’s been an enjoyable place to live, and I’m happy with my choice.
Everything has been great so far. Only complaint is with the control of the EV charging stations. People use it for long periods and don’t unplug their cars after charging is complete

The amenities are a bonus. The elevators could use cleaning, mostly the floors, but work efficiently. The residents are nice. The maintenance staff is extremely attentive and respond to a request in a very timely manner

The building itself is beautiful and well kept up. My usual complaint is that the tenants are basically very unfriendly. I don't know what the answer is...perhaps smaller group events based on a similar interest where people can really talk to each other.

Emblem 120 is known as "The Resort" to my friends! A gorgeous place to live, in a convenient to just about everything location. I'm the first resident to live in my apartment, and love how it still feels new. The state-of-the-art gym and beautiful common spaces are things I utilize nearly daily. One drawback is a lack of guest parking.

Move in was such an easy process. Management made the welcome tour very informative and showed us around. Everyone has been very friendly as well. We even had to have maintained come and check something out and they came right away. So far so good!

not thrilled about the garbage shoots always being full and overflowing, the early morning dumpsters dragging back and forth, and the lack of guest parking but the apartments themselves are modern with good building amenities and helpful management

So far good experience with moving and help from the leasing team is good, Also on the first day I had to raise a service request and it was resolved pretty quickly.

Just moved in. So far the residents seem helpful and happy. The leasing office is very accomidating. There are a few oversights when planning for the building such as no overnight parking for guests, location of the trash receptacles could have been planned better in terms of having multiple zones. The loading dock isn't much more than a typical size elevator in a different location. The dumpsters are overflowing with trash and boxes and the parking garage is very narrow. I can imaging many fender benders occurring. Most of this is what it is and one will have to adjust. Overall I would say the good outweighs the bad.

We've been here a few months and the new management is good. They are responsive and haven't had major issues as of yet. Very clean and responsive with maintenance. New management seems more on top of things so hoping it continues. Only cons so far is the trash could be bigger or at least have more options for larger trash. There isn't closet space in some of the living room or kitchen areas to put things like brooms or vacuums. I would like to see the no smoking and no smoking weed more enforced. There have been times where we smell it and had to make complaints.

I just recently moved in I had some issues with the hot water and maintenance came and fixed it up quickly! Everyone’s been kind and outgoing so far this place has a great community.

Great place to live with great amenities and friendly staff. 4 stars instead of 5 because dog park needs an additional light-very hard to see at night to pick up after pet. Package room often a hot mess. Fire alarms go off too often.

This is a very convenient wellrun building. It is very easy to get into Boston or the surrounding towns as we are conveniently located near with 95 and 93. The building is extremely quiet which is wonderful.Repairs are done quickly and the maintenance guys are wonderful to work with. We are very happy here!

Friendly receptionist and helpful. There are people working even on Saturday and Sunday. Refrigerator is a little too noisy though. Like the car charging at parking garage.

The building itself/amenities and apartments specifically are absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail is truly admirable and makes for such a comfortable space and home to all residents. Having been a long-term resident, however, I have to note that there have been some kinks. Previous management was slow to take action to community concerns, but that seems to be improving recently... I'm glad to see our community doing better so far.

The Emblem is a great place to call home. The spacious 2- bedroom unit had plenty of natural light and a modern kitchen. The maintenance team was always prompt and friendly, addressing any issues within 24 hours. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained and very clean. However, the parking situation could be challenging during peak hours. Overall, I would recommend Emblem 120 to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Woburn.

In general, it's been great. Love the amenities. The gym is spacious, and the lobby has coffee and a pool table. Staff communication can be improved.
