I came in looking for an apartment and had the easiest time surprisingly! Ariana was so attentive and hands on with helping me definitely made this process much smoother and I’m so grateful to her for it!

DO NOT COME HERE!

This place is one of the worst places to live! I've had to be moved into different units multiple times because of leaks that they have refused to fix properly! Maintenance is terrible and management is RUDE!

Regret!

Typically when I see posts/reviews headlined as such, I'm skeptical at how bad it really is... Well, since moving here, now I see why. This is one of the biggest regrets of my life. I rushed to move here without researching many options. When I showed up for my appointment, the lady I was supposed to meet with wasn't even working that day. The rest of the staff just looked at me like they didn't know what to do. At first glance, the complex seemed well kept. Upon actually moving here, I see that, that is not the case. If you live near the leasing office, around your complex will be maintained, if you live near the front, good luck. Lots of violence and gun shots. In my two months of living here, the police have been called several times. Also, there is also an overwhelming smell of marijuana. If that is your thing, you'll love it here. Good luck... but I'm out. I cannot stay here.

A money racket scam for fees!

A Money Racket Scam! Do not move here. The employees are disrespectful and condescending. They treat tenants like criminals. Also the heating and air conditioning never works. I had to put in orders almost every month. But to top it off, they like to charge fees, while not providing drop box access or online access , so they could create a racket.

Fo I have been living here 5 years but the last three years has been awful lately the AC unit has been going off repeatedly it has not been working you keep calling you keep sending emails no one is returning your emails or your calls it's a hundred degrees outside no one is concerned about that my daughter has asthma no one is concerned about that they doesn't care everyone is able to go back to their home and their AC this is redundant I've been needing someone to come and fix my AC for the last three to four days this is crazy

Joshua was AMAZING!

After such an annoying apartment search, I’ve definitely narrowed it down to two places. At first off of what I saw online this wasn’t one. But I decided to go take a tour, because after all you can’t believe everything online. I called and set up an appointment with Joshua, and from the moment I arrived it was the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. He spoke with every resident we saw on a first name bases while viewing the whole complex. He was very upfront, and honest about things I had questions about. He’s truly amazing & I’m officially considering moving here, Thanks Joshua!

HORRIBLE DON'T MOVE HERE

This is a HORRIBLE place to live. They have a bad roach and cockroach problem. They are too expensive to be so old. It smells bad and cats are having alot of kittens everywhere. They recently installed a gate that is to small for cars to turn around and it's always a line at night. I truly regret signing my lease. These are just horrible,ran down apartments. But they are convenient if u are looking to move quickly. But run while u still have a chance. I have had a leak in my ceiling in the living room that leaks every time it rains for almost the whole time I have been here. I have been waiting for the contractors for months.

When I needed it most.

After many moons of searching for an apartment with less then desirable credit I happened across this gem. Joshua is definitely the man to see. He kept me up to date with everything I needed. The whole process was enjoyable and it was quick and painless.

Lovely renovations, atrocious safety/security

I moved without doing any research, I saw the newly renovated units (hardwood floors, kitchens, etc, which go for $1,000 ) and the proximity to the airport and was sold. Two weeks later a triple murder happened during the day. Regardless of the reason, the only thing that has been done safety wise is add security patrolling. I failed to realized there was no gated parking(I have never seen another building without a gate), nor are their parking tags to ensure that only community members/their guests stay there. The current manager is trying to remedy the situation, and during the day I feel fine walking around,taking out my trash, etc. At night there are always people loitering around my car, outside my door, smoking pot, etc. I also believe a driveby or two happened last year. I mention this because I failed to do my research and other than the potential for violence, the community has greatly improved. I adore my apartment when I am in it, but the fact that I am legitimately scared to leave at night and other times when people are parked outside my building smoking in their car makes me unable to recommend it (also my mail gets stolen a lot). If the current manager and security continues cleaning the place up (and they are doing a great job) then I would recommend it. However I would definitely visit several times (day, night, weekend, etc) before making any decisions. Also, for over $1,000 you can get a decent apartment in many better places in Atlanta. I don't have an issue with the price range, but compared to what I'm having to deal with it is ridiculous.

They don't care about you

I would give them zero star if I could. Do never ever try to live here. You can find way way better with the same price. It's the fourth time that my A/C break down within two month. My carpet may never have been changed since they built this property. I went to the leasing office exactly on May 31 to make the report. The agent told me she was gonna stop by to take a look. You know what? She never keep here promise. I went back again to remind here about this Issue as my A/C broke down for the third time. They send a technician who fixed it last Monday . Wednesday here we are , coming back from work. the home temperature is 82 . And do you wanna know about the carpet? Nothing is still even though the lady at the leasing fell on here promise to stop by and take a look for the second time. Stay away from this property you can find way way better for the same price.

EMBARCADERO

Ever since I signed the lease, I felt right at home. The employees are nice and maintenance gets the job done when needed. I have no complaints. And it is in such a convenient area!

Good first rental

My apartment is conveniently located near to the airport as an airline worker and public transportation. Apartment complex is relatively quiet and close major highways and stores. It's a good starter apartments.

Embarcadero Club Apartments

I would say these are a great apartments the best in the college park area the only thing I don't like about these apartments is that their maintenance men lack on their work they half do their job. But other than that, Embarcadero Club is a great place to live.

Great Experience!!

I looked at several apartment communities before I finally chose Embarcadero Club. I have lived here for 2 months and I love it!! I'm minutes from my job at the airport. I love the convenience of having great access to both I285 and I85, close to entertainment, grocery stores, shopping, and when I want to avoid traffic I can walk right outside the complex and catch Marta!!! Cleanliness is one of my biggest pet peeves, so I am very impressed by how beautiful the staff here keeps the grounds so clean, that is very important to me.

This apartment complex is one of the best!

Super gr8 location, staff is very helpful & friendly, and maintence order are taking care of within 48 hrs and followed up with email.. It is truely one of the best.
