Property Ratings at Elsa Terrace
Clean and decently maintained, but there is a high level of turnaround in the management office and that can cause issues. Closet space is nearly nonexistent, but room sizes are good (bathroom is very very small). Extremely walkable location, Giant, the light rail, CVS, Royal Farms, and many restaurants and small shops are an easy stroll. Great, safe neighborhood, with only the occasional issue (car break-ins, reports of suspicious/drug activity....we're still in the city). Close to some great parks and trails, and a very pet friendly location (I see the same neighbors every day on my morning walk, and everyone is very friendly). Bottom line: The neighborhood/location is wonderful, but you may want to shop around a little to get a better value for your money.
My apartment is located in historic Hampden in Baltimore. In a quite residential area that is pet friendly and close to public transportation, my apartment is also within walking distance to an amazing variety of restaurants, great museums and art galleries, plus a great park and public pool. Johns Hopkins University is only 5 minutes away!
