DONT MOVE HERE! I'm currently living here and I can't wait to move out! One of my bedrooms is flooded with water coming out of the toilet! It's been three days!!! Carpets soaked! And we are starting to feel sick from the smell!!!! I went up to the office and the lady at the front desk was on the phone with her mom and made me wait until she was done! Then when I asked her what was going on with our plumbing she said someone in a different building was flushing diapers down the drain causing all the other buildings to back up.They still haven't told us when or how it will be fixed. Three days no one has come to fix it. DONT LIVE HERE!!This place is terrible!! The work orders are saying they are completed and they are not! I wish I could give it zero stars!
I have been with Marietta Crossing for two weeks. They are kind, dedicated and move quickly with maintenance issues. I love the valet trash and the constant email updates! A little improvement in the laundry room and I would definitely rate the apartments 8/10!
The condominium is of excellence, very pleasant and with a beautiful view, I also really like the peace I have here, I really like your concern to keep the streets and the entrance clean.

Marietta Crossing is the only apartment complex I would live at in Cobb County. I have resided here 11 years,
This was a great community until new management took over. Maintenance takes forever to actually fix things. This apartment complex has gone downhill. No one seems to know anything whenever you call the office or they just tell you some bs.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind and fixed my issue in a timely manner.
My life is quiet, calm and calm. The environment is very clean and very beautiful, the care for the condominium is spectacular and the reception is great.
I love our staff at Marietta Crossing Apt especially Angela and tia and all our maintenance crew.
I really like living here because our neighbors from near and far are peaceful and placemakers. We have a harmonious and very clean environment that makes the condominium very beautiful and appreciated. Also the office staff are very friendly as well as the maintenance staff. Marietta Crossing is a great community, but I feel for the money we pay and the gates always open for anyone to have access to coming in is false advertisement. I have been in the apartment for 7 months and maintenance is very slack when you put in a work order and takes weeks for them to come, and they do not clean up after themselves or correct the issues. The weed smell that lingers from one apartment to another for non-smokers is ridiculous the ventilation system should be better or make sure to put nonsmokers in areas with other non-smokers and not tell the residents they have to call the police.
Dirty balcony, horrible paint jobs. Paint comes off tub and ceiling. Dogs crap everywhere. People park in fire lane. Not a safe community. The pictures online are deceiving.
My daughter and I stumbled across Jasmine while looking for an apartment for her during Grad school. Not believing the great location, price or staff we kept looking but finally came back and have been happy ever since. The pictures on the website are what you see during move in, maintenance quickly addressed items found during inspection and the staff are so nice. Wonderful place to live!!
I have lived here for over an year. The staff is extremely friendly and my kids really love their school. I got a huge two bedroom apartment with new appliances and carpet. That's a plus in my book. I rarely call maintenance for anything, but whenever I have an issue in my apartment, maintenance takes care of it quickly. If you are looking for a nice place to live at an affordable price, then Jasmine at Marietta Crossing is the place for you.
This is a cheap but fully loaded apartment community. Oh did I say fully loaded. Yes loaded with roaches. When we leased an apartment here in the month of June of 2013 we saw few roaches during the tour itself. The leasing guys assured me that their every Monday pest control will easily take care of this. Days past and roaches started showing up more & more. There was never any significant help from the pest control measures after multiple attempts. There were numerous cracks around the joints between Kitchen walls and floor which even after repeated complaints was never taken care and they kept saying that I was the trouble maker. Irrespective of how clean we used maintain the apartment these bugs to used to leverage those cracks to come in. I checked with neighbors and they also had the same issue. Finally in Sep 2015, I had to move out. So beware of this community. I would never recommend this to anyone. Pathetic apartment and even more pathetic management.
