I’m not sure where to begin. Getting into the complex was so much stress on me. I had two different people send me two different lease information with two different amounts. Paid the lager of the two. First night here the facet for the tub flew off the wall at me,(fixed the next day), the next following night was awoken by water all in the dinner room from the water heater, they shut off the water heater that night (I had to clean up the mess from the water heater) two days later they had a big fan and a dehumidifier put in My apartment for three days straight, they fixed the water heater a few days later, they put a hole in my wall and did a crappy patch job, the hall bath had no hot water for 2 weeks before someone actually fixed it, the washer didn’t work. The dishwasher didn’t work, we had a leak under the kitchen sink, the ice maker in the fridge never worked, and from 0600 am to about 2400 it’s so loud above us it’s hard to sleep and I get up 5-6 days a week at 0400 for work. When you call the office it takes forever to get someone. I cannot log into my portal at all. The gym is always locked (can’t get it) took almost 2 weeks to get the mailbox keys. There’s a smell coming from above us that is absolutely disgusting. The pool hasn’t been open once since I have been living here. I’m highly upset with my first three weeks here. I wasn't going go leave a review but everything has been piling up. After three weeks no peace at all. So unhappy about this move. I looked forward to this place and now I’m not happy at all.

Look Elsewhere !
The leasing literally makes the experience here 100 times worse. The manager’s attitude sucks, and they are never on one accord. The complex is riddled with stray cats and they continuously tear through your trash (that valet is supposed to get but that’s only when they feel like it of course) & leave a big mess to clean. The property is not secured nor is the mail room, and that’s why packages get stolen. Always expect little to no response with any issue you are having. They even lied to a detective about a stolen package case, (which the detective confirmed) so understand they are not above lying. They also don’t mind switching you to a different unit after one has been solidified if you haven’t moved in yet. The maintenance issues is a whole other problem. The maintenance staff is decent, but a lot of things in the unit seem looked over and it’s been a lot of unnecessary inconveniences. Aside from extremely clogged and dirty drains, the toilets randomly (nothing clogging) overflowed twice and the water soaked through to our bedroom. The first time I was told it wasn’t an emergency as if the water wasn’t literally flooding the bathroom; so I had to use my own towels, blankets, etc. which of course had to be thrown away. The window seals CONSTANTLY produce mold because there are so many openings and cracks that need to be filled, they just aren’t. It’s so many other things, I’m not sure if they’re just cheap, don’t care or what; but they seem to be more concerned with the landscaping to make it “look” good. 0/10 !

I would say the leasing staff is very professional. The apartment itself is fully upgraded. Move in was really easy. They are updating the property also is a plus (ie roofing and resurfacing the roads). The grounds are clean. Neighbors are respectful and very friendly. I love the resort style of the pool. The lake is beautiful and well maintenance also. Highly recommend this property.

Hello i recently applied for this apartment. Khia the employee who helped me was very nice and answered all my questions. However, if she wasn't in the office the phone never got answered. One day i was in following up on my application process and called the office while sitting in the office and seen the two employees one who was with someone couldn't, but the other employee said out loud "they would be okay they will call back." Seriously? Well, it took two weeks after I first applied to hear anything from the office. One the biggest reviews I read that the office staff never answered the phone. I paid $600 for application processing and deposit I was told that I would receive for $300 of the $600. Here it is going on 45 days later and still I have yet to receive a refund, or I called over fifty times and took off my job more than several times to only discover that the office is closed each time I went. I'm a bit concern are you guys running a business or a Burger King where the employees get to have it their way?????? This is ridiculous. I will keep writing reviews until something changes. I hate an embellishment that shows a like a care for people.

The Oxford’s have went down a lot since greystar has taken over. I’ve been a resident for years and I’m not pleased at all! Higher rates and nothing back in return but minor changes to our community! It’s seem like with the new projects that they are try to do here, the more they find reason to penalize residents!

Lack of concern for resident concerns. Poor communication and clarification outside of mass emails sent to residents. I don’t feel management would even care or do anything about my concerns since I tried in the office and I was cut off by an associate to ask a question to a fellow co worker. My experience here is less than satisfactory, however, inflation and technicalities have me locked in a lease.

The Oxford Apartments are highly overrated. It's to much money to be paying to live in a dump. The entrance where the trash compactor is located is unkept and hazardous. The so call Concierge service is a joke. The breezeways are filthy. The stairs are filthy. They put down new carpet but they must have painted over cigarette smoked walls. Our property smells like smoke. This didn't reveal itself until a month or so after moving in. The smoke is probably coming from the walls or the popcorn ceiling that should have been scrapped off. I could go on........

Don’t live here
They show you a beautiful apartment when you tour but that is not what you get when you move in. There is always trash all over the place the only time it’s clean is over the weekend when they know they will have people touring. My A/C went out 7 times over the summer and each time they said they fixed it it would quit running within a few days. I talked to the manager about the issues I have in my apartment and she said she would get things replaced and do a walk through with me but never did. Now I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can get out of here.

Keep looking
The ladies in the front office is nice at first but months later they treat you like crap. Laurie has a hard time listening to people concerns. She to busy talking over you or replying back to you in a smart way. They ready to demand possession after 3 days late but take forever to fix things maintenance people are decent but is slow and fix things when they feel like it.

I’ve been a resident of the Oxford Apartments for over a year. In the last few months we had a new management team take over and they made some wonderful upgrades to the apartments. Brand new modern appliances were installed giving the apartment a sleek appearance. Previously it took forever to get any maintenance requests fulfilled but now all repairs typically take a day at most. The office staff (hey Anna) is extremely helpful with addressing all concerns. The grounds are well kept and it is really peaceful here. The only issue I have is the car wash area’s vacuum needs fixing, other than that the Oxford is where home is!

I have been staying here for over two years now and I am now at my wit ends with this place. Every time I put in a work order it literally takes a month before it is fixed I have to go behind them and have certified letters sent out just for it to get fixed ASAP. I now have an issue with my a/c we all know how hot it is in GA and how heat travels when your on the top floor so you can imagine how disgusted I am with management I will not be renewing my lease. LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOUR APARTMENT HUNTING!

Well kept apartments and grounds. Pleasant, quiet, peaceful, family atmosphere.
I have lived here since July 2017 and LOVE it. Friendly staff. If there is a problem in your unit, response is very quick.Pet friendly which was a MUST for me. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and interstate. I love my nice peaceful view of the lake from my patio and living room. Pat L.

Jasmine, the Community Manager is refreshing. She is not only a people person, but she makes sure she meets the needs and surpasses the expectations of her clients. I would definitely refer all of my clients to Jasmine or her staff assistant, Marquita. I have lived here for 3 months and I love it. It is quiet and peaceful.

PLEASE AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!
The management has changed a few times and the current leasing manager, Nicole, is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and curt in her conversation. She spoke for Lori, and if I were Lori, I would not allow Nicole to say two words for me. I arranged for my mother to live here, and when I spoke with Nicole today she has no business dealing with the public. She was not helpful, she was too busy speaking over me and sold on the idea that her voice was the most important voice, not to mention, her listening skills are incredibly underdeveloped. My mother has been a fantastic tenant, and Nicole has been less than welcoming and has a poor tone when speaking to people. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE. Avoid this place at all costs. U-haul trucks are arriving by the day, and if Nicole remains at the office, the exodus will continue to occur. They also do a terrible job with removing the garbage, it is a mountain of garbage on most days, and it is unsightly and disgusting. Please, please, if you're still reading, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I will make a concerted effort to share this message with all websites that allow users to review this company. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and not worth the hassle.

Summerset Apartments
Summerset is a very quiet, family oriented apartment complex. I enjoy the family atmosphere, the property is nicely landscaped and maintained. It is also pet friendly. The staff is friendly and eager to please its residents. If there's a problem in your apartment, maintenance is always prompt to respond. It's convenient to shipping, restaurants and Atlanta, but far enough away to get away to relax.
