Ellicott Oaks Apartments

Went to look at an apartment was horrible experience. Called the property manager didn't hear back from her till almost three days later at dinner time. Finally scheduled a showing and she couldn't even be there in the morning because I'm pretty sure she is sleeping all morning since I have only talked to her after 2pm. The pool isn't working and she said won't be so thats falsely advertised, the laundry rooms stink like mold, my room smelled liked cigarettes.

No pool as advertised, buildings smell wet or something. Carpets dirty, buildings half painted, appliances ancient, white paint on everything including door moldings. Parking lot horrible, property manager sleeps all day.

Upon moving in almost every appliance was broken. Carpet was dirty and smell bad in room and in hallway. Pool isn't work even though website said it is. Lady said pool has been broken for years and won't fix too expensive. Parking lot bad and management hard to get ahold of.

No pool as advertised, horrible parking lot, utility rooms are disgusting, management based in NYC never returns calls. Half of the buildings smell like mold and cigarette.

The landlords are absolutely ridiculous, lazy, and cruel people. They will laugh at your maintenance requests, dodge your calls, accuse you of breaking contract, and do absolutely 0 keep up with the property or buildings themselves. These people should be ashamed of the job they are doing.
