My husband and I toured a 2 bedroom today. The office team was very personable and extremely helpful. The manager even came out of her office to greet us and ask how her employees were treating us and did we love the apartment we toured. We will definitely be applying. Thanks guys

I had everything together and she denied me really didn’t give me a good reason … the building is really old … the staff is very unprofessional they eating while trying to do thing… it’s unorganized… since they did not have a good reason to why I was denied they will not give me a refund. I also asked for corporate number she act like she didn’t know it

I just moved in a week ago. ROACHES EVERYWHERE YOU TURN !!! I can’t even put food in here because it’s invested. Don’t let the renovations fool you !! Please don’t move here if you don’t want to live with bugs. They claim it’s pest control WEEKLY I haven’t seen him yet. and I’ve bombed the place 4 times there still here smh RUN ! FYI this is all with new management

When this was The Life at Lakeview the place was on point. Constantly saw East Point Police on the grounds, maintenance requests filled quickly, groundsmen picking up trash, the whole nine. Since Elite has taken over it has turned into a slum. My A/C was broken for NINE DAYS and the office staff was rude and unprofessional about the matter. Plus they STILL have not fixed the A/C despite three trips to the office, an unanswered email to the property manager, and a plethora of phone calls. I was in a very hot apartment and they could care less. The put a cheap wall unit A/C in, leaving the window open. It will be winter soon and I won't have heat plus I have an open window. Trash no longer gets picked up off the ground and there is no longer a website to pay rent or make maintenance requests on (not that they fix anything anyway). I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the City of East Point and will do the same thing with every regulatory agency I can think of. Do NOT move here.

This complex is so trashy. There is constantly trash all over the parking lot, the roaches are outrageous. My grandson lives there, and I visited hi for a few days and he keeps a clean home, ....he doesn't leave dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher, and the critters are everywhere. I had to leave because it was ridiculous and his air conditioner went out. And apparently, the air conditioner is still out, and it has been over a month. That is not good service. Especially during these Summer months, it gets extremely hot in the apartment and the kids could not take it. That is an emergency. They continue to say corporate has to approve it he says, this is unacceptable!

Well I have issue as far as repairs, that haven't been taken care of since I been there (little over 2 year). When I moved in, there was a big hole in the bathroom door, electrical sockets not working, fan over stove not working at all, these I can deal with but what I can't deal with is the noise nuisance. Kids some even teenagers running in the building. After reporting this numerous times to security and the East Point police the seems to be unable to rectify this problem, the kids are playing them as chumps. Now I'm forced to move out breaking the lease and considering suing against the Rental Property.

I’ve been here for 2 years I’ve had this leak in my ceiling since forever it took them forever to fix it and then they didn’t even fix it good it still leaks til this day when it rains hard on top of that when I moved here there were roaches already living here it wasn’t til I moved the refrigerator and a roach nest was behind it there are roach droppings left in the cabinets and I’ve had to treat the problem myself every now and then I see baby roaches come out of nowhere the gates never work for real and the trash is always over flowing and trash everywhere they over charge for this dump

It’s took them 7 months to come fix the hole in my ceiling in my bathroom. They didn’t even take out the installation and etc to see where the leak was coming from they just patched it up. They never answer the phone. It was ROCAH CITY in my apartment for the first couple of months till I found a product to get rid of them. The apartments have bedbugs.

Today I decided to call the rent office to give them a heads up about the closing on my house. I reached out to the office to ask a few questions about possibly going month to month because my closing date was pushed back. I told the agent my lease expires on Jan 31st & a written notice was submitted nov 1st 2020.The young lady came back on the phone stating “we don’t have the 60 day notice so you’ll be responsible for paying for sixty day.” They recently just changed management for the 16th time...& I’m assuming they lost the written notice. I’ve searched up and down for a copy but can’t seem to find it. Now I’ve been living here for the last 5 years simply to get my credit in shape to prepare for the next step in my life of becoming a homeowner. This behavior is no acceptable & I think it’s horrible business to force me to pay for the additional time because the leasing clerk didn’t put the info in the system in nov 2020. I’ve never had one late payment in 5 years & this is how they treat their residents. Not only is that bad business. These people NEVER fix anything in my apt. I have videos and pics of water running inside my apt from the roof. I’ve submitted several work orders ...nothing has been done. Every other week my packages are stolen off the front door. It’s always gun shots throughout the night. This place is horrible. The building is VERY old & maintenance request are ignored daily. Don’t waste your time,..this rental property is trash.

The office staff are friendly and the apartments seem nice.

I have a hole in my ceiling and it’s been there 4 days. I pray to God the RACCOONS RUNNING AROUND UP THERE DON’T GET IN. This has been the worst and most inhuman living experience I’ve ever had in my life. It is extremely apparent that they DON’T VALUE MY HEALTH AND I AM TIRED OF IT. Im just ready to leave at this point Smh!!!! This apartment complex has the worse tenant service. I went to the office to voice my concern and the door was slammed in my face!!! I must get into contact with corporate!!!

If you are a single woman please do not move here! There are gunshots nearly every night. A friend came over and told me I needed to move out early because she was scared for me to continue to stay in the area. Lots of fun activity in the complex adjacent to this one as well. Security gate is NEVER closed. There used to be a police officer that would stay overnight but the officer no longer comes. Feels like a war zone at night. Have also heard gunshots during the day. Don’t do it! Management is nice but did not warn me about crime even when I explicitly asked.

If you are a single woman with children please do not move here property very unsafe office people are very unprofessional was trying to get the corporate office information from a management staff in the office and was told to ... Google it They do not care please don’t waste your money .

Mislead me in regards to the application, told me to apply without submitting some information and they would fix it on their end. I got denied for those reasons!! Kia was out of the office for days and no one else could work with me. Claimed to have rented out all two bedrooms when she came back to work.

The management is nice but they’re trying to renovate however the main focus should be the tenants they already have. Rent is reasonable but at the same time it’s too much money to be spending to have unwanted guest last popping up all the time. Have never had a bug problem anywhere else. I go into the kitchen and it turns into a bug killing spree. One even got in my hair. They basically NEST in the cabinet and walls. They need to demolish this place and just start over.

I still have bedbugs. They're still blaming me. On 2 different occasions, I was told about the plethora of people in and out of the apartment. I was told about the carpet people, the painters, and the leasing agent herself all in the apartment and never saw any evidence of a problem. None of these people are licensed exterminators, so to me, all she was saying was null and void. I did not see any evidence either, however they were there. They're treating the apartment, but haven't told me anything about the process, because my emails were 'too aggressive'. She'd be aggressive too, if she was waking up with new bug bites every morning and was being ignored.

There are bedbugs, and I was ignored until yesterday. I asked why my emails went unanswered, they claimed they never saw the one from last week. Then they blamed me for the infestation. The only good thing about this place is that it's cheap, but any amount of money is too much to be eaten alive by bedbugs. Literally rent any place else.

Current tenant, I’ve complained about mold in my apartment twice and no one has addressed it. They are so busy renovating and not worried about the tenants they do have. Also charge for pest control and increased water rate without notifying tenants. Save your time and money do not lease here.
