Roach Infested. I paid for my own pest control through orkin and the orkin man said it's no getting rid of these. There were hundreds of dead roaches in the glue trap. It was absolutely gross. This place should be condemned

The process started off great, they would contact me every other day about touring / applying. I applied about a month after and things flipped. I initially applied for a unit with washer/dry connection which was not ready when I moved in but was guaranteed on multiple that contractors would come and take care of uncovering the connection port. The contractors came about 3 1/2 weeks after I moved in just to uncover that there was no piping for my unit, however the units beside me had connection. Communication is terrible, I had to reach out to the office each time. For small maintenance requests , it was obvious that I was a bother to the leasing office and maintenance. I waited a week for them to reach out to me with some type of solution and did not receive one so I contacted them today only to find out that the full issue had not even been communicated from maintenance and leasing. Then to top it off, they did not even have the correct address in their system for my unit , as I had to get it from a neighbor or I could not have changed my mail. If I could do this process over again , I would not have even wasted my time. However I would to thank Rikkia as she has been helpful in whatever she has been able to help with.

I was running behind, however, leasing agent Chelsea was quite accommodating. She was very informative. She knew her stuff, and she was quite honest with me with all the concerns that I had really look forward to living here based on the service given. Also upon arriving I was received warmly by Rikia. Great experience I’ve received thus far!

This apartment complex is filled with liars. After two months of telling me I was approved and they were waiting on apartments to be cleaned they called and said I wasn’t approved. They wasted my time and my life and ran off with my money.

I went to go tour the apartment before submitting the administrative fee. Thank God I did. The model apartment is nothing like the pictures. The layout is the same but the apartment is falling apartment. There are big holes when you open the cabinets. It was not clean. I can only imagine what your actual apartment will look like if the model looks that bad.

I moved in and they did not give me any walk through just handed me the keys. First I didn’t get the style I asked for that was shown to me in the staged apartment ( by the way looks nothing like what they will put you in) first night roaches came out of everywhere it was disgusting I asked for an exterminated they never came so within in a week of moving in I had to move right out I’m now stuck in an Airbnb until I can find a new place since I lost all my money. I would advise not moving here.

The apartment setup is cute (although the renovations are very noticeable. I was not able to do a walk through due to their COVID policy. Therefore, I was not able to see everything until I moved in.. In addition, complex has a roach issue. I have been in correspondence with the office via email and visiting the office due to the fact, they do not often answer the phone. This is now the 3rd week my unit has not been fumigated per my request. Maintenance also takes a substantial amount of time to complete orders. I am speaking weeks. I have only been here 2 months. I am very unhappy. I am in the process of exploring options for leaving at the end of the year. I'm really sad to be so dissatisfied so early on. Atleast if it was time down the line I could offer the benefit of the doubt. But nope, maintenance, management, pest control, and the unit itself are all an issue for me. The layout is still cute though and the leasing agents I have been in contact with have great customer service skills even when dealing with complaints. That's why I'm comfortable giving 1 star. Apartment office people were pretty nice. Set up of apartment is not the nicest. Paint and appliances were thrown any kind of way. You can hear everyone moving in apartments next door you think someone is in your apartment. Me and my bf car was broken into within two months of living here, they busted both of our windows out while we were sleeping and our front door was messed with. No cameras around and no neighbors saw anything. We do not feel safe. They are moving two policemen into the complex just because it is so bad. People walk all day and all night long. It’s uncomfortable. Most of them speak and are friendly but you never know people at all. If you want to live here just be assured you have some steel of weapon cause nobody wants to see you with anything in this area and although the office staff are nice with “Get Out” vibes. It’s still about MONEY!

The staff is bad as well, don’t move here please. I think there’s dead rats in the wall, I have massive amounts of flies.I’m moving.

If I could give this place a negative star I would!! I have never, in life, seen an apartment complex so broken down, beat up, and poorly managed!! Just Saturday, my entire ceiling caved in due to negligence from the rent office staff!! My entire apartment is flooded because of broken pipes, which caused the ceiling to fall. I have been contacting the property managers for four months now to fix the leaking problem, and this is the end result! My furniture is completely destroyed! I have been sleeping in a small dry corner of the apartment for 3 days now! The roof of the apartment is still leaking! There is also mold— which triggers my asthma. This has been one of the worst experiences that I’ve had to deal with. Not to mention that I moved here in January and still haven’t received a single mailbox key!! Please run far far away from this establishment!!!! Otherwise, in about 4 months, pulling your hair out and back on here writing a similar review!

For all the reviews that were written 3-8 months ago, they are all LIES! Beginning of the year they paint a pretty picture on the outside for new residences. The lake is full, and flowing. Staff is polite, apt smells of fresh paint. 3 months into the year the lake was dried out looked like a swamp, ducks all over the road! There is no playground!!! Kids play in the streets! Constant shoot outs and drug distributions. The pool is DISGUSTING! Air conditioning unit was broken from May-July. Roach and bug infested(pest control SUCKS!). Old, Old, OLD appliances! Leaks, and holes! Paper thin walls ugh I can hear full conversations through the wall. Floors squeak something serious I sometimes think someone is sneaking into my house but it’s just my neighbors moving around. Huge rooms tiny closets! I think only 1 section of the townhouses were renovated! Definitely NOT my section! New shower heads, and faucets placed on sinks suck so bad! The water pressure is super duper hard! And let’s not get started on electricity! College Park power is THE DEVIL! Power bill has never been below $400. (Mainly due to air being broken long before realization). Their billing system is behind so be prepared to pay December’s electric bill in February because that’s when you will be billed. Word of advice just go ahead and put money on it doesn’t matter how much they don’t care. Staff has changed quite a bit, can’t teally say I’ve had any issues with anyone in the office. Maintenance is pretty cool no issues there other than they’re lazy and just “quicker fixer upper” everything just to keep it pushing. They’ve pretty much gotten rid of the bad ones. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! This place NEED major work!

My apartment is nice, but the upkeep on the location is terrible. It looks like no one is maintaining the area. Garbage is just piling up everywhere

Everybody is so nice. The apartments are very large. My baby girl loves it here to. She has lots of friends. It is real nice.

I have lived here for past 2 years. The new owners are great. They are fixing this place up real nice. getting married soon and future wife said we will be staying. Happy wife, Happy life !!!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! HAD A WHOLE IN MY CEILING FOR 4 MONTHS THAT LEAKED WATER EVERY TIME IT RAINED. THEY SENT SOMEONE TO PATCH IT UP AND THEY DID JUST THAT SO THE NEXT TIME IT RAINED WATER CAME RIGHT BACK! THE PROPERTY MANAGER I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY RUDE AND MADE IT SEEM A IF I WAS THE PROBLEM AS WELL AS THE LEASING STAFF BEING RUDE! CORPORATE OFFICE HAS NO KIND OF PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL!!! I'VE EMAILED AND CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO NOT HEAR BACK FROM THEM OR TO BE HUNG UP ON WHEN I CALL! THERE HASN'T BEEN 1 MONTH THAT'S GONE BY THAT SOMETHING IN THIS RAGEDY APARTMENT HASN'T FALL OFF OR STOPPED WORKING AND THEY SEND SOMEONE TO FIX IT "FOR NOW" NEVER PERMANENT!I'LL BE SO GLAD WHEN THIS LEASE IS UP IN 3 MONTHS I'M MOVING SO FAR AWAY! OH BTW, IM STILL WAITING ON THEM TO COME FIX MY REFRIGERATOR I CALLED ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO!!
