Everything has been mostly good - some things I haven’t been happy with are my doors being left unlocked after pest control comes. Maintenance has been fine and the staff are great but just one of the things I haven’t been happy with was coming back from a trip and finding my door to be unlocked.

Love the location, it is so easy to walk to downtown or the gulch! Not to mention being able to walk to Publix for groceries or Dunkin, which if you’re like me is every day.

Living here is still the best decision and apartment in downtown area. What I mostly like is just near to Publix where I can buy my necessities easily and also the neighbors are not that loud compared to my past apartment. As always, highly recommended!

Love it here, but for the price it would be nice to have more modern kitchens, gates/gate codes that work consistently, and less pet waste. Other than that staff and maintenance are great people are friendly but also not loud, can't beat the location and although it is expensive, it's still way lower than a lot of apartments in the area.

Location is great and staff is very friendly. Maintenance is hit or miss, some days it’s immediate and others it takes a few days. I understand they are understaffed which drives some of the late fixes

For the most part it is a good and convenient place to live. They sometimes add random charges to your account for breaking poorly defined community rules such as valet trash being left out 20 minutes early.

Eleven North is located in the perfect spot for residents who want to live downtown without all the hullabaloo of Broadway. The maintenance team is spectacular alongside the community events. Generally decent amenities, however, the pool being located in the parking lot is a major letdown. Additionally, I would advise anyone against renting a first-floor apartment in this building as the smell from the trash chute travels you sometimes get bugs in between pest treatments - Any other floor is fine and does not experience these issues. Overall, Eleven North is a great place to live!

It is a Great place to live. It has a Great pool and hot tub and amenities . Good community. Walls are thick and rooms are great size.

The application process was extremely easy. The building is great. An excellent location! Close to anything you need in Nashville. The Staff at Eleven North have been warm and welcoming. They are professional and courteous for all of our needs and questions. Couldnt be happier!
I just recently moved here to Eleven N. I must say that this place is an outstanding gn upgrade on accessibility, cleanliness, and price. I love how I’m downtown now and not breaking my bank to be downtown. I plan on living here for awhile!
Home was clean while move-in to the apartment. Move-in process was really very smooth. My concerns related to my move-in were resolved very quickly.
Good apartment complex. The maintenance staff here is the best part of living here. They are very responsive and helpful. Good bit of dog poop around the apartment, some people just don't know how to clean up after themselves.

Staff has been great, having a gym and a pool has also been a life saver. Only downside I feel like the grills are either working or not working.
It’s been very nice so far. All residents are kind and the services have been good. Very clean and always making improvements. There have been holiday gatherings which have been fun to attend.

The parking is a parking lot not a parking garage which I love. It is super dog friendly. My dog loves living here. The gym is nice, valet trash is nice. And I love the office manager.

Really nice apartment complex in a wonderful location. Only a 10-15 minute walk away from downtown, the Gulch, and Broadway. In an adorable up-and-coming area with a ton of amazing restaurants within a couple of blocks. Complex itself is really nice and well-kept. Maintenance crew is amazing and so friendly. Having a balcony has been wonderful. Really can’t think of many downsides to living here, it’s everything I wanted it to be.
