Property Ratings at Elevation Station
This Campus Crossing complex is nice. The apartments are taken care of and large for their price. The amenities included are awesome too. The clubhouse is amazing and always has something to offer for the residents. The ONLY issue I ever had here was the parking, especially on weekends. There were a lot of days where I had to walk across the entire complex because there were no parking spots near my building.
This is my first apartment, and I love it. I feel so comfortable and happy here. I have great amenities, such as my own washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a beautiful balcony patio. I have one roommate who I love and adore. We love how spacious our rooms are and how much sunlight we get overall in the apartment. Everything works and is in great shape as well. We also each have our own bathrooms and each has a full tub. The rent is very fair and the apartment is in excellent condition. Our neighbors are nice and respectful. The apartment is also super close to school so I can walk every day to classes. I also was allowed to bring my car at no extra cost which is also great! By signing with Campus Crosing, I also have access to a pool, gym, game room, and all other features the clubhouse provides. I am already looking into signing on for another year at this apartment complex.
