The staff here is great. But the owners are reluctant in doing major care in community areas (ie.hallway, entrance). The smell of dog urine is bad especially on warmer days.

My experience here is amazing and its like living in three or four different homes in my unit. It gives a condo, townhouse, hotel, and a timeshare place vibe, not just an apartment vibe. I love it!

I was able to move in quick and easy thanks to management talk and easy layout of the phone application process. Love to use all amenities here and haven’t seen to have an issue. Tenants are respectful and the area is super great since it’s close to downtown life.

High rent

Thrash shoots for 3 weeks have not been emptied Causing hallways to smell like complete garbage. Management will not respond to any emails or complaints to fix any issues in apt. No hot water for days on end management refuses to fix.. management disrespectful to tenants.. mold on walls causing me to clean constantly.. hallway carpet full of stains … pet urine constant… car break ins normal inside secured garage.. parcels stolen frequently… again thrash shoots completely disregarded causing fire hazard and health problems in which management will not do anything about but will charge and arm and a leg to rent

The Staff is great & has been consistent compared to when we moved in 3 years ago. I wish all the apartments were the same as far as upgrades go but I understand that is dependent upon vacancy. Ours was remodeled 3 years ago or so but I know there are more improved apartments in the building. It would be nice if it was all hard wood flooring & no carpet. The washer & dryers are better than before however still not the best & it gets very expensive. Apart from those details, we've been happy living here for the past few years. I give it a 7 only because when we moved in 2 years ago we were told the washers and dryers were being replaced which we felt was a way for them to persuade us to choose this apartment as our home. They don't wash well & they're even worse , breaking down. I've had issues with the water staying Hott or warm Over the last couple of years, In our bathroom sinks & baths, so we had to take cold showers a few times. Other than those two issues, the apartment staff has been great. We're still happy to call this home.

Washer & dryer... (Verified Renter)

Washer & dryer units. The shared laundry machines are old, always breaking down . I’ve spent money on a dryer that turns on but was never cycling. The paycard machine was down one night that required me to buy another $10 card and scramble for exact change . I had to lay out a large load all over the house to dry. At times all units are full and I have to find another day to fit in laundry.

The only problem we have is the hallway carpet cleanliness. There are many dogs in the community who soil the rugs on a daily basis. There should be very frequent cleaning in halls. The Lobby is cleaned frequently. Halls could be on same schedule. When we asked to have halls cleaned, they were. Makes all the difference!

There were definite issues with the apartment itself when I moved in, all of which I listed on the inspection form and a few of which I had been told would be fixed before I moved in, but everything outside the actual apartment has been great, and the staff has been wonderful.

The leasing agent (Jason) was super friendly, and honestly I loved the apartment and complex. However, I just don't think it's worth the price to still have community laundry facilities. I ended up finding a cheaper apartment with an in-unit washer instead.

I tell friends and family how much I love living here all the time. The first question people usually ask is "How much is rent?" When I tell them the cost, they usually Gasp. For me it's worth it, even tho it is on the expensive end of the spectrum compared to similar units in the area.

Great residence but... (Verified Renter)

Great residence but communication seems to be extremely slow, non-existance. I am still waiting on a response on a few issues that I ended up solving by finding a leasing staff member. Whilst the issues a solved it would be nice to have these issues closed by email too. That said, this wouldn't impede on me recommending the apartment :)

It is a great location and allows pets. The price is a little high for the space, but understand that pets are only allowed in certain areas.

Would recommend because... (Verified Renter)

Would recommend because of good location, newer interiors of units. Would not recommend because sq ft / rent ratio. Also, kitchens are insanely small and the cabinets don't fit half of my cookware in them because they are so narrow. For people who spend a lot of time in the kitchen like me, it's really not fun.
