Todo bien con el espacio y la comunidad, estoy a gusto con la ubicación que es cerca al freeway y de tener cerca un parque grande donde puedo ir por las mañanas a correr o hacer ejercicio

Its one of the best communities to live in moreno valley and things are getting alot batter and hope ffulley they will keep working on to get more secure and batter specially parking

We are so excited to be apart of ReNew Towngate apartment community. The grounds are beautiful and I do not think we could have asked for better amenities. The fifth star is not too far behind. I believe it’s just waiting for some second floor balconies. ??

Friendly environment felt welcomed by neighbors and kids made friends very fast with othe children. Like how the place has many activities for everyone.

this is a very calm environment and attentive staff. appreciate the fast and efficient maintenance requests! located in a perfect place in town near all the necessary stores!

I the care of the community is wonderful and appreciated also maintenance and the upgrades have been amazing and can’t wait to see what else is to come

Es un condominio excelente. Mantienen limpio siempre las áreas, tienen buen espacio para los Parking de los autos y tambien mantienen los apartamentos en Excelentes maneras y tenemos cerca muchas tiendas importantes para las compras en general.

office employees were super nice and helpful. they answered every question my partner and i had to ask. havent had any issues with the community.

Loving the apartments so far besides the towing i believe this community is great especially for small children once your inside you can’t hear anything outside so i believe that’s a win win

So far all my encounters with my new neighbors has been friendly. Smiles and hellos! It's quiet and peaceful! Even during the asphalt repaving, I didn't know where to park but my neighbors showed me what was acceptable.

Love living here because the community feels safe and secure. We got a 2 bedroom and it is very spacious which makes us feel secure on being able to have room for all our belongings. Very happy to have a good home and community to build our life around.

I enjoy living here nobody bothers you I haven't had any problems with anyone in the Apartments everyone that I see are very friendly and kind I like all the new changes and the Apartment complex is looking better then when I moved in

Since new management has taken over all my concerns are answered in a timely manner, the complex looks great. I see less and less bugs. Tr cherry on the top would to give us actual A/C units with vents because it does get stuffy in here and maybe redo the apartments in the inside.

Love the new improvements, so much potential for this community. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to see what other things are brought to this community

We have been living here for a little over a year. Once new management took over, we are extremely happy with all of the changes they are making. Our experience has been great and we can't wait to see what else new management has in store for the complex.

Renew is a breath of fresh air. The staff is amazing, I love what they've done with the property. If I have a issue its fix immediately. Im glad I gave them a chance vs moving back home.

I like the upgrades and the bug situation has been handled thank you and your communication has been on point a first for me overall thank you

The staff are nice friendly and helpful here. The maintenence will handle the matter same day as needed. I. So happy that management is doing a great job here. This place was infected bad with roaches a year ago when I moved in. Now there is none. There was stray cats lingering everywhere from people always feeding them. They would even lay by your front door. Not anymore they are gone now. Thanks for the new paint jobs lights playground swimming pools gym and we now have a dog park we just have much more for the nice area we live in thanks to the entire renew team. Thank you so much!

I like it here it's are first apartment we've had my kids love it the office people are nice and friendly. I like how everything is so close

Honestly, it’s been a little inconvenient but the building and all the renovations is looking very nice and the management team has been nothing but nice since they took over.

Quiet, peaceful and close to the shopping area if you need to buy gifts. The staff here is very friendly and will communicate with you about any issues

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment! It’s clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. Maintenance is responsive and the neighbors are friendly. Overall, a comfortable and safe place to call home.

It could be safer but overall good experience and nice staff. I was sad about the gym getting vandalized hopefully it’s up working soon. The laundry amenities are always dirty and get my clothes either stained or with lint because of the left behind lint in the washers/dryers

I love the environment here at renew. The staff is very helpful and Ashly helps me right away right when I walk into the door. I’m glad I made the decision to move here.

It’s been a lot of changes and charges my dishwasher hasn’t worked since I moved in and it seems like it’s not a priority the community is nice it’s just a lot of last minute changes

I’ve had a mostly positive experience living in this apartment. The location is convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe. Maintenance is generally responsive, and the building is kept fairly clean. The apartment itself has a good layout with decent natural light. There are a few minor issues, like occasional noise from neighbors, but overall it’s been a comfortable place to live.

Great staff & community. Maintenance shows priority for work to be done. ReNewing the property has been accomplishing great remodeled work through the complex.

If people knew how to throw their trash away, this community would be a lot nicer & cleaner. A few issues here & there, but once brought to attention to maintenance & the office, all is fixed.

Love it here, so calm and peaceful. Management is so friendly and kind. I have been in other apartments but this one seems to be just right for my kids and I. I do recommend it to a family looking for a good apartment.

Staff is friendly, reminders are sent ahead of time, and maintenance is quick! Recently moved in and the community has been extremely helpful and friendly.

Roaches everywhere had to clean my own apartment when moving in the property is sprayed every week for roaches but it doesn't help at all there is so many .

Staff has been so attentive and helpful since the day we moved in. The apartments are nice and a great price.

DONT move here these apartments are full of roaches very dirty place you will regret it

Contacted the management and requested to apply for the listing. I was told that the rent is the incorrect ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE and the actual rent is is $490 more than what’s posted. Nice bait advertising!

I’ve Lived here almost a month though their hard to get of hold of (I’d like to blame covid) they are a great residence to live I’ve been facing hardship && they are very understanding && willing to help during this pandemic I have no disturbance issues the apartments are quiet && the apartments stay clean so I say if your willing to move here do it only thing I say is bad is parking && the towing they tow like crazy other than that I love my home here Q.Brown

I went to tour these apartments almost two years ago and didn't rent. I moved into a nearby apartment but due to a large increase in rent, I decided to go back and take a second look at these apartments. They look completely different! They painted the exterior and it looks much trendier. They renovated the interiors with new cabinets and now they have all stainless steel appliances. Melissa, the sales girl, was so sweet and helpful through my move in process. She told me that they have a new owner and that is why it looks better. Just last week I walked to the Clubhouse and that is now under renovation and so is the leasing office. They said that they are expanding the gym and upgrading the resident lounge area. I cannot wait to see it!

It is a nice place to live. They have Neighborhood watch meetings every month to see if they are areas for improvement.
