Property Ratings at Elevate Apartments
Management is always MIA or has an excuse as to why they aren't answering their phones or email. Dumpsters are always overfilled and tenants will continue to pile trash in front of the canister causing trash to blow everywhere. Nobody picks up their dog's waste when they walk them around the property. Management sent out several emails but nothing changed. Georgetown High School Band Auditorium is literally next to the property and you can hear them practicing during the week and playing at the football games. Not worth what they are charging because even the apartments aren't "upgraded" with amenities that other complexes have for the same price but better quality.

My washer and dryer are old and look terrible, thank goodness I have doors to cover them. Hot water heater is so full of sediment of lime, I aadvise them and they only turn the heat up. Stove oven door does not close all the way and handle held on with a screw. There are several plugins that do not work at all.

I love living here!! The community is small, there is a dog park for my dog babies, a nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs, grills throughout the property that we love to cook out on, and it's located in a convenient area of Georgetown. One of my favorite things about Parkview Place is how well kept the landscaping is. There are always beautiful flowers blooming and the grass is always cut in a timely manner. Very Beautiful community! :) We are happy residents!!
I've been living here since 2013, and honestly think it's one of the best values for money in Gtown. It's in a good location if you work in Round Rock (which I do), because getting to work takes around fifteen minutes at most each day, but the apartments are also not RIGHT near the freeway, so it feels quite suburban as well. Requesting maintenance is never a hassle, as long as it's reasonable, which I really appreciate. Plus it's clear that they try to give the place a facelift pretty often, so the complex always looks cared for. The mail system is a bit annoying at times, because the office closes at 5:30. If you work late and have a package you have to wait until the stars align in order to pick it up. Some of the other neighbors can be pretty loud and annoying, especially if you have an apartment near the pool in summer. But for the most part I'm more than happy to be here. Management will do whatever they can to help you. Have reasonable expectations and standards and you'll probably like it here too.
Although the complex is older and, in some renters' opinions, the apartments could do with some inside updating, I prefer older homes so it works great for me. For the price, it's a great size compared to smaller, newer apartments in which I have previously lived. To me, the layout makes it feel more like a house and having a nice size balcony allows me to have a nice gardening/sitting area outside. The storage is incredible with three utility closets with shelves in the kitchen/dining area alone. There is so much cabinet space in the kitchen I don't utilize all of it. The bedrooms and baths are a nice size and the bedroom closets provide ample space for couples. This apartment feels really cozy to me and, although I probably won't be here in a couple of years, I have really loved living here for the last few years.
