I wish the carpet were washed more often as it sometimes smells terrible. Otherwise, it is a great place. The location is right off I94 and conveniently close to Cermark.

The Element team has been great! Moved to MKE about a month ago. The building and location are great. They were even flexible with my move-in time as I would be arriving from out of state very early morning. Had one minor maintenance request that was answered immediately. I would recommend Element to anyone seeking friendly, walkable, affordable living in Walker’s Point.
