Beautiful, clean, modern apartments. Love the high ceilings and rooftop. Very walkable in the Tremont neighborhood.
I have been living here since June and I love it. The location is perfect as well as the amenities. Bars and resturant and walkable and building is always doing fun events for residents. As a female I feel safe living here and I couldn't imagine living at any other building in the area. Dog friendly as well and my dog loves the green space!
I am on my third year at Electric Gardens. Nobody bothers me, very little noise, other tenants are friendly. Maintenance is very quick to fix anything. Overall great experience
I've lived here for about 3 years now and have loved my experience! Located right in Tremont, it's in walking distance to many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Electric Gardens is also right on the towpath, which is perfect for long walks with scenic views of downtown. I also enjoy the amenities of Electric Gardens: a beautiful rooftop overlooking downtown, a modern gym right downstairs, and a coffeeshop/bar in the lobby. I also love the modern, luxurious look of my apartment unit! You can't beat the new appliances and ample closet space.

I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex! From the moment I moved to Cleveland, I’ve felt completely at home. The amenities are top-notch – the fitness center is great, and the rooftop is amazing to enjoy the beautiful view of the Cleveland skyline. The best part? The staff. They are so friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. One of the most unexpected but wonderful surprises was the sense of community. I’ve met so many amazing people here and have made some great friends. Not to mention the layout of my apartment is spacious, modern, and just perfect for my needs
've been living here for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment offers an amazing view of the city, which is definitely one of the highlights. Every morning, I wake up to a breathtaking panorama that never gets old. The building itself is always well-maintained. The cleanliness is top-notch, and I really appreciate how the common areas are kept spotless. It's clear that the management takes pride in the property. Another standout feature is the customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. Whether I have a maintenance request or just need help with something, they’re always quick to assist. It's refreshing to live somewhere where the management truly cares about their residents. Additionally, the community here is great. There are frequent social events that make it easy to meet neighbors and stay connected. It creates a real sense of community, which I love. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and am planning to stay for another two years, God willing. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed apartment with great amenities and an unbeatable view.
Really loving my experience at Electric Gardens! I just moved in recently and everything was seamless. I especially loved how the property manager was here to help me get set up, (delivered my packages to me even), and gave me free goodies. The best parts are: the access to the Tow Path, the dog friendly complex, and the quiet atmosphere. And it’s got THE best city skyline views! Really looking forward to staying here long term :)
I love living at Electric Gardens! My partner moved in this past summer & from our tour to move in everything was handled with fantastic communication and professionalism. Rushil the property manager has really put an innovative in promoting resident events which has been amazing! From the amenities, to the apartments, to the management— Electric Gardens is a place to be!
I've lived at Electric Gardens since the building opened and I absolutely love it. The location and views are unbeatable, and I love having a coffee shop and wine bar in the lobby for those work from home days when I need to get out of my apartment. Rushil, the property manager is AMAZING and so attentive to resident's needs. If you are looking for a new place to live, I would definitely recommend EG.
By far the best apartment that has a great location. You are minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, highways, and right in the center of Cleveland! You are close (even walking distance) - I love living here!!
This place is so amazing. The views are fantastic, but the care put into design are what really sold me. Truly the best place to rent right now in Cleveland! Can’t wait for the summer time here with the rooftop views!!!
Amazing property nestled in the center of Tremont with direct access to the Metroparks Tow Path and all the local restaurants. The design of the building feels more like a boutique hotel with 5 star amenities (fitness center, co working space, AND AIRBNB!). The building manager, Hannah, has been great to work with and answers questions quickly. We got postponed for our move-in but the developers (Jroc) have been transparent and uber-accommodating! Can’t wait to be apart of this project.
This is a special property right on the towpath. Very unique. Like a boutique hotel with sweeping panoramic views and lots of deck space.
Electric Gardens is in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Cleveland - Tremont. Both of the roof decks have panoramic views of downtown which are incredible. The coworking space (Limelight) on the first floor is a huge value add, especially with working from home becoming more of the norm. The units are decked out with everything you would want and expect + more. Customer service from Hannah, the property manager, is first-class.
