Gate always broke, dogs poop everywhere, bugs inside my apartment from outside hallway trash....dogs noise early in the morning. Sad situation.
I am one of the first residents to move in at this property. I have nothing but positive feedback for the leasing office as well as the maintenance department. I went from being in an apartment that was 1500 ft.² to living here with 715 ft.² and thought it was gonna be a tough transition. The staff assured me that I would be happy here and they were 100% correct.
Love it here and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. The staff is amazing and everything is clean and beautiful and feels like I’m on a permanent spa getaway.

Elan Polo Gardens has honestly been a great place to live! The location is absolutely amazing, Aldi and the car wash are just across the street, and it’s super close to the Turnpike, plenty of restaurants, gas stations (usually cheaper than others in the area), and medical offices, so everything I need is right nearby. The community itself is really peaceful with tons of parking, which is a plus. You will always find parking here! The staff in the office are always friendly and ready to help with anything, and I feel really safe here, especially as a woman living on my own. Maintenance has been great too—they respond quickly and get things done right. Overall, it’s just a really comfortable, convenient place to call home.

A wonderful new community, beautiful comfortable apartments with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. I like the gym, it's not big, but it has everything you need for a great workout. I really like the grill areas, they are comfortable, always clean and there are many places where you can have a good time with family or friends. The pool is comfortable, children love to have fun there. My son and I like to walk or ride bikes around the lake. In general, the community has an excellent location, a couple of minutes from Wellington, a minute from the supermarket, all banks, shops, schools are very close. A calm, quiet area and at the same time everything is within easy reach. And the most important thing here is excellent management and in general all staff, friendly and ready to help on any issue.

Loving the area as well as the property, I enjoy my twilight hours working out I wished that the pool area was open during those hours as well giving that I do work late and arrive home late, but at time when I do arrive home within time I get to enjoy time with my kids walking on the property or going for a late night snack to racetrack which is right next door within walking distance. Over all our experience so have as been very nice.

I give Elan Polo Gardens 5/5 stars. From speaking with the employees in the front office and maintenance workers I have been satisfied with everyone’s attitude and work performance. I reported an issue within my unit, the issue was fixed in a manner of a day. Ron shared update with me and kept me informed with the process of my service request. The amenities and club house is very nice. My guest has given great compliments about Elan Polo Gardens.

Elan Polo Gardens has been everything we'd hoped for in a new community. The grounds and building designs/colors are beautiful, the pool and grilling areas are so inviting, and the gym is more than adequate. There are a few different layouts to choose from and they are all very comfortable. Fixtures and other details (floors, cabinets, etc) are all modern and great quality We are very happy here.

Location Perfection: The location couldn't be better. I'm close to everything I need – shops, restaurants, entertainment, and even walking trails. Plus, you have Chipotle, Dunkin and the Sppedway conveniente store at a walking distance is a huge plus! Soon there will be medical offices at walking distance too. My Dream Apartment: My apartment itself is stunning. The beautiful finishes and thoughtful design create a luxurious and comfortable space I truly enjoy coming home to. Staff: The staff at Elan Polo Gardens deserve a standing ovation! They're incredibly friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported.
