Find your peaceful oasis at the El Sereno Apartments. You will discover a beautiful park-like setting containing a small, 16 unit community, with 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments. There is one entry and exit for minimal traffic and less traffic noise, as well as, a beautiful pool, laundry facility, and private gardening area for residents to utilize all year round. This apartment home offers a spacious living room, dine in kitchen, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and wood cabinets. Cool down in the summer and heat up in the winter with the central heat & air conditioning. Relax and unwind on your outdoor patio with gate. All units have a covered parking space. No smoking and No Pets. Water/Sewer/ Garbage Paid. You can pick up an application outside of the resident manager's unit. You can then drop off the application(s)(everyone 18 or older who plans to live in the unit must fill out an application), along with the application fee(s)($40 per person 18 and over), photocopy of your driver's license or other photo ID, and two months worth of your most recent pay stubs or other items that provide proof of income, to the resident manager during the office hours of 3:30pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday, or through the drop slot of the resident manager's door if it is outside of office hours.
