Faucet Replacement My kitchen faucet was replaced with a beautiful new fixture. Although it was a bit of a delay, but probably due to shipping because of the LA fires. Once it arrived, Mr. Super Duper maintenance man, Danny installed it immediately!

LOVE Living at the El Gato Penthouse has been a wonderful experience. Although it's an older building, its charm is complemented by a prime location, with easy access to hiking trails, downtown shops, restaurants, and local events, including those at the nearby library. There's always something happening in the area. While the freeway noise can be noticeable at times, the convenience and vibrant atmosphere more than make up for it. The staff is fantastic—attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated to making sure residents feel heard and supported. Highly recommend it to those looking for a downtown lifestyle.

Almost Heaven
This is absolutely Heaven on earth. It is a penthouse so everyone has a view. It is in the middle of town so you can walk to restaurants and shops, bakeries and more. The town is quaint and trendy with world class restaurants. It is nestled between the beautiful mountains and Silicon Valley. I have actually lived here for over 30 years. There are huge closets ( 17 ft), and 2 air conditioners, beautiful stainless steel refrigerators, and kitchen sinks. It has a large beautiful well kept pool and the upkeep outside is flawless. Management has always been friendly and they never blame you if you overflow your sink . . The people are friendly. I think the beauty helps our mood. We are 20 . minutes from the ocean and closer to the the 200 year old redwoods. We are a close trip to San Francisco and closer to the Monterey Aquarium, or a day in the snow. The town still has that small town feel. There is still a downtown that you can walk to. The town is filled with beautiful Victorians. They have many festivals, including a Christmas parade, Music in the park and more. Artists are revered and honored. Yes it is a classy town and The El Gato Penthouse is a classy and friendly and beautiful place to live. Almost Heaven
