Property Ratings at El Dorado Apartments
Honestly, growing up in San Dimas, everyone knew that if someone lived in the El Dorado Apartments, they were not the common apartment dwellers. No, instead, the Mayor lived here after his divorce, and my neighbors are doctors, lawyers, Judges, Boeing Information Systems, and my own husband, department of corrections. The rent used to be much higher then any other in the area, this beautiful Spanish style complex located one block from downtown of this bedroom community near the hills, one block from the Sheriffs Station and Fire Department, and wonderful quaint dinning and shopping. The rent is very reasonable and compared to the complex down the street that houses the exact same design in every unit, no air conditioning, and no garages. We have two car garages and the management team seeks out only the best credit to live her. My apartment is gorgeous very well maintained. The clubhouse and pool offers a feeling of being on vacation every weekend.
