It’s been almost a year. We have been staying here and trust me. This has become become our second home amazing and environment. I’m using staff and a great place to live.
The staff…..absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and they make you feel like you’re family! Fitness center is always clean, and I love the pool area – great for relaxing.". Location/Community: "Perfect location with easy access to shops," “Love the quiet, pet-friendly atmosphere here.". Just wish some pet owners would pick up their own dogs crap! Seriously, you are supplied with bags and trash cans by the Complex!! The kids play in the grass!!!!
I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is great, the staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The amenities are well-kept and the location is super convenient. Overall, a comfortable place to call home.

It’s been nothing short of perfect living at Eight Winds. Staff is beyond helpful in many areas. Thank you for always making this complex enjoyable. Also Alexis the maintenance guy is always helpful and works very efficient.
It’s been a please experience so far. Moving in was very easy. Low noise around the complex. Fresh smells around the complex and inside my apartment. The grounds are kept very clean and no trash. There is always parking available in front of my building. Maintenance is very helpful with any needs you may have in your unit. Front staff is friendly and always happy to help with any issues. I love the gym and the coffee machine in the front building. Also my son loves the pool. I also love that the WiFi is complementary with the price of your rent. Very happy with my experience so far. Have nothing negative to say.

We’ve been living here for over a year, and honestly, it’s been such a great experience. The amenities are beautiful, everything is always clean and well taken care of, and the staff truly makes you feel at home. Our neighbors are kind and respectful, and the community events are always fun they really bring everyone together. It just feels like a place where you want to come home to.
So far its been good. I love the community location is nice and practical. I wish there was a actual movie theater near by or a Aldi supermarket. Also trying to locate the nearest farmers market. But I love it here.
Quiet and lovely community. I’m looking forward to meeting new neighbors and taking a relaxing swim by the pool, maybe even putting something on the grill. We love to cook and spend time with our fury cat!

The staff here made it very easy to move in here.Everyone is so helpful. Alex the maintenance worker was polite and took care of all the issues we had. Hopefully we will be here for a long time.
I just moved in within the last week and am enjoying it a lot so far. Being able to have my own space has been a great change of pace. The amenities seem phenomenal and the whole facility is extremely clean. I also love how welcoming the community has been to my dog.
Everyone so far is very nice and respectful, we have had a few issues with our apartment with the door lock and the ac but the staff and maintenance have been so helpful everything has been handled immediately even late at night maintenance was willing to drive an hour to come help us with out lock issues. I love how well kept the property is and even though there are a lot of dogs you would never know because it is so quiet during the day and night time it’s because so peaceful

Beautiful apartments, grounds, personnel and close proximity to everything. Neighbor’s are very nice. Accommodations are outstanding. The front office personnel are amazing. Very helpful with everything you need to do. From the time the lease was signed to the day we moved in… the staff was right there beside us for anything we needed.
I enjoy living at the Eight Winds apartment community. The events are centered around what the community asks for, there are family friendly events and also adult socials. My family and I love it here. Everyone is so friendly.
We have enjoyed our time here so far, the maintenance people are very helpful and keep the area very clean. The office helps out wherever they can with my questions and making sure that the tenants feel welcomed and comfortable where we live. I have had no issues at Eight Winds and my family loves the pool and community shared areas. My 8 year old finds plenty of things to do without a park. Thank you eight winds!
So far the entire staff has been five star from top to bottom. Everybody has been super nice and welcoming. I look forward to spending the next year here.
Overall love the community so far. Very nice amenities, comfortable apartment and friendly people. Only one complaint is the auto entries to everything. Its a big inconvenience waiting on maintenance when the fobs aren't working on your home door or around the property.
It’s a great place to live. Every place is going to have its things that bother you but they really try and fix and issue if you have one. I would recommend it.
Living her has been overall a good experience. Location is nice right off of 95. My only complaint is the rent I pay is more expensive then what they are offering to new signers which is frustrating.

Such a great and safe community! The events that happen at the community centre are always so fun and unique! From baking competitions to cpr classes, this community has everything!
We have loved living here. Everyone is so kind and helpful, our maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and the grounds stay clean. We just renewed for another year and the ladies at the front office were so very helpful with any questions we had!

Sometimes there's only one form used (I missed pressure washing notice because I hadn't opened my door for several days). Also, proactive communication about important things like big waste disposal (like furniture, mattresses, etc.) and special parking.

I like the floor plan and the patio. Lots of grass for the dog, plenty of places to walk, close to so many things. Maintenance has been prompt and helpful. Residents have been friendly.
