Management is amazing. Office staff are nice. Office has nice events. Won't give 5 starts only bc of a revolving issue within with the yard.

We just moved here 2 weeks ago and have already made friends and my kids love it! So glad we made this decision. We also went to our first event Grill and Chill which was so fun and yummy food too. I'm looking forward to my family's future here together.
Overall, I think our community culture is great. My children and I enjoy the events, amenities, and the neighborhood, and we are making friends. I also appreciate management and his helpful and on top of things they are. Thank you for all you do!

Living here has been an amazing experience. The apartments are modern and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the community vibe with the neighbors is great. They also host fun activities that make you feel truly part of a community. I’m so happy I chose this place!
Quiet apartment. Friendly neighborhood and staff. Repairs are done quickly and efficiently. The only problem I have is that pet owners do not clean up after their animals.
Everything here is so convenient and easy. The management and team are efficient and effective. It is so close to all the needs to live in Northeast Florida via the proximity to 95 and downtown Saint Augustine.
We are very satisfied. Had a major refrigeration priblem and Nicole and Carlos, did a great job and Carlos trackef fown a new one, earpy on Easter Sunday. We greatly appreciated their help and ecpediency with our issue.
Quick turnaround for helping any time a maintenance issue happens. Washer went out and the office immediately helped with the matter and kept me updated.
We have live in the community around 2 years and we love here, the place, our neighbors and all the activities that you guys always have to us. Thank you so much for evrething!!
I am loving eight winds so far! The community is clean, the residents are friendly, and the staff are incredibly welcoming! The pool and other amenities, and monthly activities, are a huge plus.

The community is great and we enjoy living here. Our favorite thing is the pool and clubhouse area. I do wish people would be respectful and clean up after themselves as we do and the wifi goes out often but otherwise it’s a great place to live.

Couldn’t be more thankful for where we live! Management is great, and so many of our friends live here now! You won’t be dissatisfied living especially with so much right near by!

Love living here. Stuff I do appreciate are the staff being punctual and the system working. The man who comes to take the garbage out is super friendly and kind. Do not appreciate Wi-Fi going in and out. Do not appreciate dirty hallways full of trash and sometimes dog poo. and sprinklers that smell like sulfur. The music at the pool is the bad and too loud. When I asked for it to be lowered for 40 minutes, I was met with “No” because of what the owner prefers. I think that is a little silly, because of how expensive the amenity fee is. It’s not a dealbreaker and the good outweighs the bad every single time but I wanted to be honest for this for this review.
Life is good for me at Eight Winds. I am as involved in the community as I can. I do wish to see more community events extended before 8:00am and after 6:00 on weekdays/nights, or more on weekends.
So far we love it. Everything is close by and walking distance, the neighbors are friendly, and it's quiet. The staff and maintenance are also very kind and professional
Great community. Excellent amenities. Love the Neighborhood and the staff. Events like movie night and club events boost morale. Summer fun in the pool or playing pool or pickle ball. Dog friendly. Eight Winds is an experience worth living.
So far it has been pretty good. After an incident (that happened with my roommate and another renter)a month or so ago the staff has been rather stand offish towards me. In turn due to the looks and being ignored when just saying hi I have not attended anything as I did not want to feel the uncomfortable air. It's okay though.
As a new resident, Kate has been fabulous to work with. The community is beautiful and loving my new apartment! Looking forward to finish unpacking to be able to utilize the community amenities a bit more.
I have been living here for a year. There’s no better community than 8 Winds. The staff are wonderful people who really care about their residents and the community. They make it a special place to live and enjoy.
Great place to live! The building is new, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Management is responsive, and the community is welcoming.
So far we absolutely love it here at Eight Winds and we are very confident we will continue to love it! Kate was super helpful during the application and move in process and so was Nicole. Everyone is super friendly and helpful from moving in down to simple things like assisting with using the complimentary coffee maker, not to mention the community is beautiful, highly impressed!
I have lived here for 2 months so far and love it! The area is great and I love all the amenities. The gym is my favorite tho! Everyone I have come across is very friendly and nice. Looking forward to seeing what activities eight winds does next!
The amenities are slightly superior to some nearby properties, such as the heated pool, and indoor and outdoor gym spaces. However, management leaves much to be desired. They have no process for handling noise complaints outside of beating around the bush and recommending a courtesy officer who is slow to respond and lacks communication skills. Beyond pushing to fill the units, they serve no purpose. The walls are paper thin, and apparently some people have never been exposed to apartment living. The BlueStream Fiber Internet service which all residents must use is constantly interrupted. If you work remotely, you will have to eventually put in a service call to hardwire your connection, and even then the service is intermittent and lagging.
I enjoy living at Eight Winds. The staff here goes out of their way to plan events and include everyone. Also, the amenities are amazing, there is always something to do.
I love the community and the management. Everyone is so friendly and efficient, I’ve lived in many condo and they don’t care about the residence. Always clean and the amenities are amazing.
We moved in at the end of August and it has been absolutely amazing. Coming from AZ, we felt out of place in FL but Eight winds helped us feel so welcome and at home. The leasing staff are kind and always willing to help. I definitely recommend this complex if you’re looking to move!

staff is very friendly. trash valet is a bit inconvenient at times as well as the compactor being a very far walk to take large trash out. Wish the dog poop wasn’t a constant issue.
I had a very disappointing experience with the management here. They seem to operate like robots, completely disconnected from the needs and concerns of the residents. Communication is poor, and when you try to work through issues, they come off as indifferent and even condescending, rather than being helpful. It's as if they forget that we, the residents, are the ones who are supporting their income. Their attitude is harsh, and there's no sense of understanding or empathy. It feels like dealing with machines, not actual people. I truly believe they need to work on being kinder and more professional—after all, without the residents, they wouldn’t be in business.
So far my experience has been very nice. The complex is clean and the apartment itself is cozy. The staff is helpful and the amenities are up to date and accessible.
Great management and maintenance. Apartments are in great condition and spacious. I love it here! The amenities are great, I specifically like the gym and pickleball courts. Can’t wait for summer here.
Office staff and maintenance are on top of their game! Had a surprise bathroom leak and maintenance hired a plumbing technician fix the issue the next day.
The experience so far is been great. The people in the office no matter how busy they are they make time to help us in anything we need. Maintenance people is great. So far we have a great experience

We have been here 4 months and have been loving it! The front desk is very kind and always willing to work out any problems. The facilities are awesome and it makes for a great place to live.
