Property Ratings at Eight Winds
So far its been good. I love the community location is nice and practical. I wish there was a actual movie theater near by or a Aldi supermarket. Also trying to locate the nearest farmers market. But I love it here.
Quiet and lovely community. I’m looking forward to meeting new neighbors and taking a relaxing swim by the pool, maybe even putting something on the grill. We love to cook and spend time with our fury cat!
I have been living here for almost one month, and so far we haven’t had any major issues. Location is nice and close to 7-11 which is very convenient.
Awesome place. Staff is accommodating. Facilities are just what you need and happy with the amenities they provide. Definitely made the right choice moving here.

Love living at Eight Winds! The place is super clean and quiet, and the staff is always really helpful. My apartment feels modern and comfortable, and the location is great for getting around St. Augustine. Definitely happy I chose to live here!
The staff here made it very easy to move in here.Everyone is so helpful. Alex the maintenance worker was polite and took care of all the issues we had. Hopefully we will be here for a long time.
I just moved in within the last week and am enjoying it a lot so far. Being able to have my own space has been a great change of pace. The amenities seem phenomenal and the whole facility is extremely clean. I also love how welcoming the community has been to my dog.
Everyone so far is very nice and respectful, we have had a few issues with our apartment with the door lock and the ac but the staff and maintenance have been so helpful everything has been handled immediately even late at night maintenance was willing to drive an hour to come help us with out lock issues. I love how well kept the property is and even though there are a lot of dogs you would never know because it is so quiet during the day and night time it’s because so peaceful

The events and community are fantastic and multiple areas for walking your furry friend The dog parks accommodate small or large dogs. Great heated pool and cabana. Beautiful apartments, grounds, personnel and close proximity to everything. Neighbor’s are very nice. Accommodations are outstanding. The front office personnel are amazing. Very helpful with everything you need to do. From the time the lease was signed to the day we moved in… the staff was right there beside us for anything we needed.
I enjoy living at the Eight Winds apartment community. The events are centered around what the community asks for, there are family friendly events and also adult socials. My family and I love it here. Everyone is so friendly.
We have enjoyed our time here so far, the maintenance people are very helpful and keep the area very clean. The office helps out wherever they can with my questions and making sure that the tenants feel welcomed and comfortable where we live. I have had no issues at Eight Winds and my family loves the pool and community shared areas. My 8 year old finds plenty of things to do without a park. Thank you eight winds!
So far the entire staff has been five star from top to bottom. Everybody has been super nice and welcoming. I look forward to spending the next year here.
Overall love the community so far. Very nice amenities, comfortable apartment and friendly people. Only one complaint is the auto entries to everything. Its a big inconvenience waiting on maintenance when the fobs aren't working on your home door or around the property.
It’s a great place to live. Every place is going to have its things that bother you but they really try and fix and issue if you have one. I would recommend it.
Living her has been overall a good experience. Location is nice right off of 95. My only complaint is the rent I pay is more expensive then what they are offering to new signers which is frustrating.
In the past few months that I've been at Eight Winds the experience has been excellent! The amenities are well kept and the staff is wonderful to work with.

Eight Winds has fantastic amenities, with a full indoor and outdoor gym and a massive pool area. The neighbors are respectful of quiet hours and the front office staff is wonderful.

Such a great and safe community! The events that happen at the community centre are always so fun and unique! From baking competitions to cpr classes, this community has everything!
We have loved living here. Everyone is so kind and helpful, our maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and the grounds stay clean. We just renewed for another year and the ladies at the front office were so very helpful with any questions we had!

Sometimes there's only one form used (I missed pressure washing notice because I hadn't opened my door for several days). Also, proactive communication about important things like big waste disposal (like furniture, mattresses, etc.) and special parking.

I like the floor plan and the patio. Lots of grass for the dog, plenty of places to walk, close to so many things. Maintenance has been prompt and helpful. Residents have been friendly.
Management is amazing. Office staff are nice. Office has nice events. Won't give 5 starts only bc of a revolving issue within with the yard.
I recently had some handicap accessible items added to our apartment and I have to say, everyone involved was helpful, nice AND quick! Thank you!

We just moved here 2 weeks ago and have already made friends and my kids love it! So glad we made this decision. We also went to our first event Grill and Chill which was so fun and yummy food too. I'm looking forward to my family's future here together.

Living here has been an amazing experience. The apartments are modern and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the community vibe with the neighbors is great. They also host fun activities that make you feel truly part of a community. I’m so happy I chose this place!
Quiet apartment. Friendly neighborhood and staff. Repairs are done quickly and efficiently. The only problem I have is that pet owners do not clean up after their animals.
Everything here is so convenient and easy. The management and team are efficient and effective. It is so close to all the needs to live in Northeast Florida via the proximity to 95 and downtown Saint Augustine.
We are very satisfied. Had a major refrigeration priblem and Nicole and Carlos, did a great job and Carlos trackef fown a new one, earpy on Easter Sunday. We greatly appreciated their help and ecpediency with our issue.
