The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Edmond at Twenty500
During my term here of 1 miserable year at 610, I was breathing my loser neighbor's smoke from downstairs nearly the whole time. When the A/C kicked in, it went from slow smothering to full on in your face smoke. Probably took literal years off my life living here. Water is horrid and rusted metal incredibly quickly. 100% unusable without filtering. Water temperature went from ice to boiling in seconds. Never had a nice relaxing warm shower here. Neighbors fighting at least once a week, usually at midnight or past that. Low quality and inconsiderate. During my walkthrough when I was finally being released from this horrid place, I introduced management to the horrible smoke constantly being pushed through the apartment, and they would only respond with, "Yeah we will have to ask them to clear our their balcony." I assume they were trying to gaslight me into believing my neighbors were only smoking outside since they weren't supposed to be smoking in the apartment. This same character also had rudely dismissed me several times when I asked questions about packages I was expecting. She'd give one word answers then get back to videos on her monitor without another word. The only thing positive I would say about this place is that maintenance actually tries. When I submitted a request about the smoke, the maintenance team actually went under the sinks to foam fill cracks and potentials gaps where the smoke could be coming through, although it didn't end up helping. I appreciate them nonetheless. The rotten cherry on top of this whole experience, is that I cleaned the apartment, filled drywall holes (some of which were before me), bought a carpet wet vacuum, deep cleaned the carpets, mopped, cleaned out the fridge, freezer, bought new stovetop metal inserts, everything. These cretins send me back a measly 70 bucks out of my entire deposit. And the double whammy, the check is misprinted and can't be deposited. It's not even dirt cheap to live here. It's a pretty average price. Don't do it.
We have only lived here a short while. We moved in August 2022 and the problems began when it started to rain. The windows all leaked, mold started to collect at the bottom and sides of all the windows. It is apparent to us that this has been a issue that was painted over before we got here. The maintenance guy that came to put new seals in said the windows are comprised and should be replaced. The new seals did nothing and since the mold is rampant now and the water is leaking onto the carpet we can no longer take living here. They do nothing to resolve this issue and I guarantee once we move out at the end of December they just paint over the issue again. We also had a issue with the neighbors upstairs guest bath raining into our utility closet. I called emergency maintenance and he did nothing he said wait till the morning. Then they came back and discovered the upstairs neighbors had a tub hole which was leaking down into my apartment. HOW GROSS! The apartment never said sorry, never came to clean it up. It ruined the closet and the door, and nothing. They did not care. I have lived at four pervious apartments with no experience like this. Don’t let the price fool you. This headache is not worth it. Now they are going to charge me one months rent to terminate the lease. They were not willing to negotiate with me even after all the issues. There is no way I could ever recommend this apartment. Beware!
Crownridge's management team is amazing. I have no complaints. Just keep up the good work.

A great and quiet place to live
I have been living on this property for around 10 years. I have seen my son grow from a boy to a man. He will be going away to the military very soon. Thanks Crownridge Of Edmond and its management team for your love and support.
I have lived here since September of 2019. I love living here its quiet and very clean. Any time I have a issue it is taken care of promptly. The office staff are amazing and very friendly as well as helpful. The maintenance staff are very good and do their work fast and always clean up behind themselves. This is a very nice apartment complex.
Wonderful people
Office and maintenance staff are professional and friendly.
