Property Ratings at Edgewood Apartments
I have lived in the Quarters for 5 years. The complex is very dog friendly which is Great! Waiting to see what the new owners do, A LOT of thing need to be updated. Hallways and grounds are a mess and they are suppose to put a gym and club house in, have not heard anything. Would be nice if they would have a Quarters News Letter with updates about what there plans are. The new office manager is friendly and the new maintenance guy is quick to help.
THE QUARTERS APARTMENTS Management changes the rules weekly?, not apart of your lease. They feel they can enter your apartment when the feel. ? The Office Manager t?ells everyone your business - NO tenant's privacy. ?The rent goes up ?at least $50. ?every year and puts nothing back into the apartments. ? ?This place is getting run down (needs Paint,? ?Carpet ?stinks ?in halls) Nosy dog walker S she has keys to the whole place, and gossips about all tenants?. ??For what they were charging - you could find something a lot nicer. ?PARKING absolutely terrible?, would have your guest towed for $300. after 9:01 pm even on the weekends, RIDICULOUS. STAY AWAY
Looked at apartments on this property and had to walk away from them because the management is so rude. You can tell management gossips because the main lady was telling me things about other renters that I would not like others knowing about me. Saw a lady attack someone with their personal business that was most likely leaked from office lady. No stars, would like to give less than 1 star. Please think again about this place.
I have lived in the Quarters for 7 years. The apartment complex is very nice. I have never had any problems with neighbors. I have a dog and have never felt afraid to walk him at night. The complex is very dog friendly too! Chris, the apartment manager, is amazing! She is always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you. The apartments are clean and if there are any maintenance issues they are taken care of quickly.
i lived here for two years and it was ok i guess. there were always new rules being posted the the neighborhood kids actually took candy from strangers. there were always an abundance of bugs in the pool. and the management cared more about the dogs that lived there than the families. the walls between apartments are so thin i think i know a little too much about my old neighbors.
yes on the outside its a quaint little place but believe me when I say that there is a a dark side. 1 Clean are you kidding there was days where no cleaning was done (I don't expect perfection but still) 2 Playground is demolished and the kids can't hardly do anything 3 all the rules I mean i'm pretty low key on stuff you know don't cause any trouble but it's a little ridiculous after a while 4 Community well I can't speak for everyone but we actually went to the police after a neighbor because of harrasment (note you can hear and smell everything) 5 The office did nothing about it. 6 Do not tell anyone your personal bussines (and believe me I hate to be this way) because believe me it will be told to others (gossip is one thing) but i knew stuff about people i never met and it will be used against you 7 People are two face so be careful 8 people may seem nice to get you in but once you are they change so do what you want with that information it might look nice but theres more going on and i could go on but you get the idea
Very quite surroundings, managment staff get things done. People are very friendly.
Nice and quiet. After driving around the local area, this place gives you the most bang for your dollar. My friend invited me over for the weekend. And let me tell you, the complex is quiet. And it seems thatanagment is always cleaning.
