Property Ratings at Edgewater Walk Apartments
The 1br unit is spacious except for the kitchen. The high speed internet is great. Other than that, there's not much good to say. Parking lots are always overfull and you will get towed for being on the street. The spaces are small and your doors will get dented. Neighbors are loud and no one enforces the no smoking rule. W/D are always broken and are expensive to use. The building is always too warm even with the thermostat set as low as it goes, rooms are always 80+°F. Vehicles get broken into and someone tried to break into my apartment from the patio when I first moved in.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and keep on looking. The place is just as much of a joke as the “staff” that “runs” it. My lease is almost up and I CANNOT wait to leave. What a complete disappointment of an apartment complex.
I was told 3 times by Julie and Josenia that a 1 bed apartment would be available on Saturday, Monday, and then Friday 08-01-2020. So I make an appointment on 07-26-2020 to come in on Sunday 08-02-2020 to view a mode apartment and submit an application. Then I receive a call today from a leasing agent saying the apartment was not available. She didn’t give a reason as to why! Didn’t apologize for wasting my time or for whatever confusion that was going on within the leasing office. I think this was extremely unprofessional. I was told that Edgewater Walk was a upscale apartment complex. I guess they lied... Complete was of my time.
I love it here, quiet, great futures such as dish washer, AC, nice appliances, carpet, big mirrors in bathrooms, etc. really great place to live even with multiple people
