About Edgewater Terrace Apartments

Edgewater Terrace offers studio, one and two bedroom apartments for rent in a central area of North Kamloops, close to amenities and shopping, restaurants, parks and nature trails. Edgewater Terrace, located at 150 Kitchener Crescent has undergone a significant building upgrade, recently, including new carpeting, floor repairs, painting in common areas and other aesthetic improvements. All suites are air conditioned with individual thermostats, and include window coverings, in-suite storage, and are cable and Internet ready. Kitchens come with fridges and stoves, and dishwashers are available. There are also laundry facilities in this secure building with intercom entry, and there's plenty of outdoor parking. The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood with elementary and secondary schools, nearby, while downtown Kamloops is a short 10-minute drive away. Many stores and other businesses are also within a short walk and public transit is also easily accessible from the building. The property is a few minutes walk from the scenic Millennium Trail, accessible just off the Overlanders Bridge, which runs the length of Schubert Drive and offers stunning views and scenery of the North Thompson River and hill surrounding the City. McArthur Island Park, with walking paths, a skateboard park and outdoor fitness area, are also within a 10-15 minute walk away.
