I lived here for a year….. it was an absolute horrible. We had holes everywhere in the apartment. In the walls, under the sinks, everywhere and rats and mice came out to play all the time. When we called about the holes and mice their solution was to stuff foam in the holes and put down traps which did absolutely nothing as we had a mice problem the WHOLE TIME we lived there. We even bought things Personally and nothing helped. We also had to call 4-5 times before they finally did this and promised to have an exterminator come out which NEVER HAPPENED. Back to talking about the holes… we had a gigantic hole in the Dining room floor, where the floor literally was sunken in and after calling them a couple times they came in “reinforced it“ and began to sink and sag again, not even a month later. At one point, we had a leak from the AC unit near where that hole was in the floor and a mushroom grew out of the wall where the hole was. Our upstairs neighbors were super loud and always making noise all hours of the night. The management company is absolutely terrible to work with and I would highly recommend just avoiding this place altogether. We made a deal with them for rent and they still tried to Evict us . Oh and the pool is like never open so if you think oh a pool nice amenity it’s not. The only positive thing I have to say about living here is that the maintenance men are very friendly and there’s a lot of places to walk your dog.

If you love roaches and mouses come here !!! You will have roaches in your closet or plate and mice poop in every corner. The office manager doesn’t care if you have issues the only thing that matter is PAY YOUR RENT - The maintenance team are horrible they are intrusive and incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I’ve been living here for 2 years now. Currently, the AC has not been working and it’s been 1 and a half weeks since I informed the maintenance guys. The office barely responds and I always get forwarded to the operator line. It feels like living in a sauna in this summer heat. And it is freezing cold in the winter months. The rent is also ridiculous for this place. Don’t let the renovations fool you. The pool has not been open since I moved here. The gym is small. Trash is everywhere. I also smell cigarette smoke and marijuana coming through my vents. The price is not worth it. They do not even upkeep the property. It’s ridiculous

I have been living here for 24 years. Since Olivetree Management has taken over I have seen more improvements in the past few years then when the other owner had it this place is looking better then it ever has. i have raised my children here and they have also rented here when they became adults.

I haven’t lived here a a year and I’m already looking for new places. The get you with an affordable rent and updated look. It was okay for a while then I started to notice the roach problem, thin walls and noisy neighbors who play music through all hours of the night, cops here frequently. My ac unit has had to be looked at three times before they decide to replace it barely had ac this whole summer. Didn’t give any updates had to call each time, and there excuse is we only have on hvac technician. Place is decent service not so much, would rather pay more for amenities and security. They promised updates haven’t seen anything since I’ve been here

“Resort Style Pool” was just updated and it’s been closed all summer. It’s green. They can’t keep their word. Trash everywhere. Apartment building falling apart.

Complex is dangerous. Take a look in the parking lot to see for yourself. People will key your car in a heartbeat. Apartment complex only enforces rules for new tenants while old tenants run this place like its their home block. Strangers in and out same apartments every single day. Renovations are nice, but do not let them fool you into thinking this is a good place to live. Police always in and out especially at O building. Unsafe for children.

Not a safe place for you and your family! Neighbors are nasty and will key your car. Needs public security and or police patrol every night.

This place sucks and I cannot wait to move. Don’t let the renovated grounds and apartments fool you. I would rather pay the extra money somewhere else and actually have management listen to the concerns of the residents.

The upgraded units are really nice , fairly priced Great office staff onsite. We love the upgrades around the property

Since the day I moved in it’s been a disaster management sucks !! Apartments are falling apart mean while they are newly renovated !! Property is filthy !! Maintenance is lazy

This place is not worth the money. I cannot wait to leave. The “newly renovated” apartments are poorly done. The floor boards are shifting and falling apart and not to mention the floor isn’t leveled to begin with. There are bugs everywhere from dirty tenants. Don’t even bother calling maintenance because you will receive an attitude from the woman in the office and then who knows when they will show up. This neighborhood has always been trash and they are nearly doubling the old rent because they threw some cheap floor & cabinets in here. I have had 4 incidents in the last few months where my water is turned off for hours without warning. The new management sucks along with everything else here. Save yourself some money and find a place somewhere else.

I have lived here since September 2019, and I am counting down the days to leave. Within a month of living here, my newly renovated apartment had water leaks going into the kitchen below. Maintenance took days to look into and left the horrible water stain on the ceiling. That wasn’t a big deal until the real problems started. I am a newly divorced woman and moved here for a new start as the apartment seemed beautiful. The neighbors have been harassing me for months. I have been receiving threats and have had my car vandalized in the parking lot.. all 4 tires slashed and a vulgar carving on the side of my door at the hands of a neighbor. I feel unsafe to live here. I am leaving my lease early for my own safety. The people here are absolutely insane, and you can’t sacrifice safety over a renovated apartment!

This used to be a decent place to live but new management changed everything. They took down the only map to the complex, which is confusing to navigate otherwise. Maintenance is pretty much nonexistent. They don’t answer your emails. Sure, they put in new trees and I’m assuming they’ll reopen the pool, but I’m worried about randomly not having water or hearing things in my wall and not getting answer from the email listed on the website. The phone numbers on the site don’t even work! What is that?!
