Property Ratings at Edgewater East
This locale is inundated with the most unpleasant aspects imaginable, permeating every level of experience. From the dreary atmosphere that envelops the surroundings to the unwelcoming nature of the people, every element contributes to an overwhelming sense of dissatisfaction. The facilities are poorly maintained, with peeling paint and flickering lights creating a gloomy ambiance. Even the air feels heavy, filled with the scent of neglect and despair. It's a place that encapsulates the very worst of each conceivable characteristic, leaving a lasting impression of discontent.
My wife and I drove through here, and it is very sloppy. In addition, read these reviews! Wow, there's too much drama here. It's built like its an island, with no sidewalks in site. Lots of speeders at the intersection. Can you imagine getting stuck here with these folks acting so poorly? When we went inside it really is noisy too. No way to renting here.
Great place to rent at! Super clean and luxurious, well maintained. Management attentive and friendly, and great with dealing with the occasional crazy lady neighbor . We bought a house, but sad to leave! Overall great experience and Kevin is super helpful. Some of the reviews listed are dramatic and childish, don't let it defer you from renting! :D
We have had deliveries stolen also bikes from our porch. Opposite of luxe.
Good luck if you decide to move in here. Thankfully we just purchased a house and will be out very soon!
Dog mess everywhere. Our place is falling apart. It's sooo noisy. Tenants have dog peeing from patio to porch often. Management not helpful. People here act like entitled children
It’s actually quite peaceful more than I thought apartment living would be. Other tenants get mad at a pin drop sometimes but I’m guessing they are “elderly” and don’t appreciate community living and co community living with households that have children…the neighbors are very kind and respectful I see alot of dogs and their humans do in fact clean up after them which is also another plus the only thing I wish we had all the amenities at our location rather than having to go to the sister property. But all in all this company is definitely trying their best in the middle of a high housing crisis and I applaud them. I will definitely be renewing my lease here and won’t be looking elsewhere.
Too many issues with other tenants, not acting right and change of management, is constant. Grievance after Grievance. I advise looking elsewhere.
My dog is ecstatic about our beautiful fenced in dog park and the lots are well lit in the evening for walking and him taking care of business. The property supplies disposal bags and there are pet waste containers throughout the property to keep things tidy. It’s a beautiful and quiet location with mild traffic noise. The property managers are wonderful and a pleasure to work with. All staff have been courteous and friendly as well. We just moved in a week ago, the garage has been a blessing to store items as we unpack and the patio is a great size to enjoy the fall weather. The property landscaping is gorgeous and our apartment has already become “home” to us. Well done, Edgewater East and Young Development! It’s been a blessing to have a new place with all the wonderful, new amenities provided.
