All interactions we've had with management so far have been courteous and to-the-point. Myself and my partner agree that management is critical to consider when moving into a complex, and compared to several other local management teams we spoke with, Edgebrook's has been the easiest to work with.

Don't live here, it's an awful place the floors above you are so loud there's no way to get any sleep.

The worst apartment I’ve ever rented. First red flag, they told me I couldn’t see my actual apartment until move in day because the previous tenant left it dirty but really they half fix things and don’t clean before you move in. The apartment was still dirty on move in day. My dishwasher still had food in it from the previous tenant. So they expect you to sign a lease and give them money without even seeing what you’re moving into. The central air worked for 3 weeks out of the summer and they finally ended up giving us a window AC at the end because they didn’t want to spend the money to fix the central air. I had to call the office everyday for them to do something. Don’t expect to get in the pool, it’s never open. The hallways stink and carpets are dirty. The parking lot has trash, mice and broken glass everywhere. They only keep the front entrance clean but once you move in you’ll see they barely keep up with the apartments and lots that are in the back. The washers and dryers don’t work, my clothes were still dirty & wet even after multiple washes and dries. The walls are also very thin and if someone smokes in other apartments, you’ll smell it in yours. The office people are rude and don’t try to help you. And your packages will be stolen. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I visited this property 6 months before I opted to move here. It met all my requirements which included a walk-in closet and a patio with two bedrooms for the price I wanted. The price includes cable and internet which I appreciated as someone who was moving to Buffalo from out of state. They had issue with keeping the pool staff during the summer which I hope is rectified and two of my packages were stolen over the holiday. I do not like the set up of mail but other than that I have had no issues.

Moving from out of state, we visited many properties, but Edgebrook appealed to us immediately with its community style building arrangement and well-maintained landscaped grounds. The entire friendly office staff welcomed us and provided all the info needed for our decision process. Living here now for nearly two years, the office staff is very accessible and attentive to our needs. Maintenance requests have been responded to promptly. The convenience of having several utilities included in the rental amount is also a plus and we continue to know that we made the right choice.

2022 putting money hand over fist into the landscaping, but nothing done inside apartments. Rundown and shoddy. General upkeep is a joke. Maintenance will tell you if it 'ain't" broke, it "ain't" gettin fixed. so if you have something that needs repair forget it, just suffer with it until it totally breaks.. Another thing is if you say something to staff about anything, their response is--if you don't like it---move out....but better yet, office staff's response to anything is....nothing we can do...

Do not rent here! Very shady management. A couple of quick stories about my experience... 1. My closet collapsed not once but 3 times after their maintenance team came and "fixed" it. When I asked why it kept doing this the maintenance guy said... well we use cheap materials and you get what you pay for. 2. A tree fell over in their lot which blocked an entire entrance to the property. When I reported it they said... yeah we know. When asked how long it was going to be before they removed it... who knows. 3. I left the apartment after 8 months because I lost my employment due to Covid and found employment elsewhere. I continued to pay my rent through my entire lease. Afterwards I was denied my security deposit because I had abandoned my apartment. While I was paying rent after I moved out I was told they would try to rent my apartment out so I wouldn't have to continue paying. This didn't happen. Then I was told that they were going to do me a favor and let me out of the lease 1 month early. Come to find out they did so but kept the security deposit so they did me no such favor. The entire time dealing with this I was told... well we're working on it for you... well I need to ask my higher boss about this... well we aren't sure what to do in a situation like this. NO ONE on property had a clue on what was going on. SO unprofessional. I'd definitely advise to stay away!

My wife, 6mo old, and I have lived her for almost a year, and have not had a single problem. The leasing office agents are absolutely fantastic, professional, and kind. Our apartment itself has been a perfect size and the layout gives you a lot of creative freedom for those who enjoy decorating. I think the living room is my favorite room though, we rent the 2 bed 1 bath apartment and it had so much room for entertaining guests. I would recommend Edgebrook to ANYONE looking for a new home. We can’t wait to keep making memories here.

Knowing they rented the apartment I was looking for they still proceeded to take my credit app and run it costing me $55. If the apartment was already taken why take my money to do the app? Very in professional!!!

Just don't bother, low maintenace, has issues in back buildings with bedbugs, loud parties, parked cars robbed
