The property is a beautifully maintained and well loved Art Deco apartment building, with ample covered parking, elevator, and brand new card operated and cell phone monitored laundry facilities . We are blocks from Delaware park, The Buffalo Zoo, shopping and dining options on Hertel avenue, as well as Elmwood Village. We are also minutes from Buffalo State College, Albright Knox Gallery, and the Penny Birchfield Gallery. We have a full time superintendent on site who is available 24 hours.
