Property Ratings at Edge Estates
I recently stayed at Edge Estates and while the accommodation itself was satisfactory, my experience was significantly marred by the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff, particularly one individual. The rooms at Edge Estates are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a decent living space. However, the lack of responsiveness to maintenance issues is concerning. I have repeatedly reported problems with my windows over the course of five months, yet they remain unresolved despite multiple requests. This neglect of basic maintenance reflects poorly on the management's commitment to tenant satisfaction. Furthermore, the behavior of the front desk lady was particularly disappointing. On two separate occasions, I approached her to collect a parcel, only to be met with indifference as she engaged in gossip with colleagues. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, she dismissed my concerns, citing her lunch break as a priority over attending to my needs. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. In light of these experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend Edge Estates to others. It is evident that there are systemic issues within the management and staffing of the establishment that need to be addressed promptly. I urge the authorities to take notice of this review and consider reevaluating the staff, particularly the front desk employee whose demeanor and behavior detract from the overall experience of residents. Until these issues are resolved, potential tenants may want to explore alternative accommodation options.
Cockroaches everywhere. I haven’t seen any noticeable pest control service since my stay here. Only seen one time a guy came he sprayed like nothing. 2 drops of water maybe who knows. My door lock was not unlocking properly, she(property manager) told me she'll fix it. Its been two months passed nothing changed. And i haven't seen any unprofessional Frontdesk agents in my entire life. They don't know anything about customer service. They paint outside to make it shiny.
Love love love staying here, we moved in sophomore year and stayed through our senior! Wonderful amenities and management is responsive and great. 10/10 would rent again!

if you want to live with bed bugs and roaches this is the place for you!!! a guy came and sprayed once in the past year, for bugs and i’m pretty sure he sprayed water, it did nothing. this place is disgusting. they painted the outside to make it more presentable but on the inside nothing has changed.
