A real home- fantastic rental team

I have lived in this community for 4 years now as a renter. The entire time I have felt safe, comfortable, and like it was a real home. Renting you have two options. One is to rent direct from condo owners and the other is to go through Melcor. 10/10 times I’d highly recommend Melcor. They handle HOA through the rent, have an incredible team for maintenance that is consistently prompt and friendly with repairs if they come up, and I had the pleasure of working with Denise when anything came up. I have never worked with someone so friendly, professional, and caring when it comes to taking care of tenants. If I hadn't bought my first home I would have been very happy to stay there for years and I will be sad to go. If you are looking for a good location and a wonderful team, I’d highly recommend them.

Wonderful Experience!

I had a wonderful tour experience with manager Denise! She helped answer all my questions and we had a blast. The community is beautiful and in a great location that meets my needs. I’m looking forward to calling Edge at Greyhawk my next home! Thanks Denise!

Horrible recepetion

I was signing in with my Realtor and accompanied by my "Service dog" and was practically assaulted by a 30 something spewing venom that in Arizona "Service dogs" are not allowed where there is food. I tried to explain to this extremely ignorant man while the leasing manager ran to her office to hide that "service dogs" are allowed anywhere by Federal law and this idiot stood in our path to not let us in the lobby, so I grabbed my Realtor and left with nothing from the leasing manager. I filed a complaint by phone and all I heard was" It's not my responsibility" from them.. If you want to live in a community where steroid gorillas make the rules and are only the tenants , than this is your place. All human beings should stay clear of this place , even though it looks nice , who would want neighbors like this or management that does nothing about it...

Why living at The Edge apartments is like having a home of my own

I live at The Edge, in Scottsdale , AZ. Since these were originally condos, they really don't feel like an apartment.The unusual architecture, the winding walking trails, my spiral staircase..make this feel like a luxury community. I have lived here for over 3 years, and have noticed that I have a lot of the same neighbors..people don't leave here! There is a gourmet chef who cooks us dinners several nights a week, and a state of the art gym(right next to my apt!!)that I work out in weekly. The grounds are landscaped beautifully, with desert foliage, and lighted trails..and the staff is prompt and super friendly!..what more could you ask for?
