Property Ratings at Edge 1120
They do not have cameras in the overflow lot and there are many parking issues. Walking back and forth from that area Is scary and many past issues have arrived from theft to personal danger. Management needs to step up a lot. There are very long waiting times for maintenance and they do not care about those living here.
It is too expensive for what they have, they are always adding new unreasonable rules. Took maintenance 2 weeks to fixe locks on the door and to fix the washer and dryer. Parking is horrible and not reliable. The property is unsafe, there has been many incidents and when you see the safety patrol they are just sitting the office.
Maintenance took 2 weeks to change my light bulb. Security is nowhere to be found and will not answer the phone. Manager is blatantly rude and makes everything difficult.
The great thing about Edge 1120 is the management and maintenance team. They are so quick in helping me fix any problems I have right the first time!
I have lived here a year and it is good. Any issue we had the management was able to help and accommodate. Close to campus and fun atmosphere in the summer!

I wish I never renewed my lease for another year so soon. Likes to charge for no reason. Claims there’s damage but there’s none. We even filled out the inspection form before hand. Provides misleading information. There’s a whole list of negatives wrong with them. If you’re looking for a place to live close to UT, this place IS NOT it
I would not suggest living at edge. They will find miscellaneous fees to charge and truly don’t care about their residents. There is zero parking and many times I had to walk from overflow in the winter or late at night. I didn’t feel safe and there was no cameras around. I had many instances of going to overflow and seeing cars broken into at least 4 different times in the 6months that I lived there. It may seem nice with all the amenities, but the random fees are obnoxious. The property manager Tyler is very rude and they are not very accommodating.
