I’ve lived here for just under 4 months now and it’s been amazing from the day I moved in. I just wish there was more stations for one to throw their dog poop in (I saw they added one at the lake now but one on the other side would be great too!)

It really hasn't been the best. The day I was supposed to move, they didn't have the apartment ready, and I had to move to a more expensive one. Afterward, they simply say it's not their fault. It's a difficult situation with the mail; it doesn't arrive or they take a while to put it in the mailbox. Since they're new constructions, the address is simply difficult for all the delivery people. But everything structurally is fine, everything is new, and everything looks great.

Love the spot. Super clean all around and the neighbors are cool. The gym is open 24/7 and the pool is always at the right temperature. I forgot to mention it’s only 15 mins from downtown.

So far it’s been good just wish the walls were a little thicker but Nieghbors aren’t too rowdy so it’s ok, everything else is nice the amenities get boring after while and you can tell stuff’s been used up and not replaced and sometimes the gates are open for weeks at a time and a fence has been broken for awhile but besides that it’s chill no one really steals

Very good attention, impeccable cleaning. I love living there. The neighbors are super nice. The pool is always clean. Good maintenance service always picks up the garbage every day. Cleans the stairs.

Everyone here has been very cordial and welcoming. The maintenance crew always takes time to help me out if I need assistance and even if they overhear me talking, they’re more than happy to help out. The only thing I wish was fixed is the mail situation.

First of all, I would like to congratulate the designer and architect of the project. The apartments are perfectly structurized. The spaces are all very functional and the Edera staff provides excellent service.

So far so great, I’m home all day. It’s beautiful here and peaceful. Quiet and clean lots of scenery. The only thing I don’t like are the spiders and centipedes everywhere but it’s a brand new building.
