You'll never run out of things to do in Suburban Melbourne, located along Florida's Atlantic coast just south of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Property Ratings at Eden Heritage Lakes
Eden Heritage Lakes is a great community to live in.
We have been living at Eden Heritage Lakes for a few months and couldn’t be more pleased with our decision! This community is brand new, well-designed, and we are enjoying the amenities. The entire property is visually pleasing—well-maintained, modern, and comfortable. As with any new construction, there were a few minor issues early on, but Jimmy and his team have been absolutely fantastic in addressing them. They’ve been incredibly responsive, fixing any problems right away. Their commitment to ensuring residents are happy has made our experience here even better. Overall, we are very happy with our townhouse and the community!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MOLD ACCUMULATION FROM WATER INTRUSION. Property manager is incredibly unhelpful. They never answer the phone if you have questions or concerns. Only Robert ever answers the phone. Even called Cassie’s number attached to her email, Robert answers. She runs from her actual job responsibilities. This place is TRASH. From the floors peeling up, to the cabinets coming loose, to the spider infestation, the flooding, and the crap build quality over all. The floors are peeling so badly. It ruins your stuff from the glue seeping out. My dog constantly has glue on his paws. We are always throwing socks away from the glue getting stuck on our socks. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve just offered goo gone but the glue continues to seep out. One of our kitchen cabinets keeps coming loose. We constantly have to screw it back in. The spiders. Oh so many spiders. You don’t see them at first when you move in, but they come crawling out. Not just one type of spider, I’m talking different variations. Big ones, small ones, orange ones, black ones, jumping ones. So many spiders. The build quality is so crap they’ve had to repair the master bedroom showers because they’ve obviously cut corners. Your house will flood. They blame it on high winds. I have no faith in this place, our garage, it floods a good 6-8 feet back. My apartment has flooded inside from rain. One time it came in so far it managed to come in and turn a corner into my half bath downstairs. The manager Cassie, will tell you, that’s why you have renters insurance. Clearly she knows this place is trash because instead of fixing it, let’s just claim on my insurance. Make it make sense. I guess common sense really is taught and learned because surely if she was in my spot she’d want a solution not a bandaid. My toilet is constantly backing up, it’s not even a number 2. Your AC? It’s a joke. Your living room will not cool down. The fridge? The ice maker works but doesn’t produce enough ice to fill a child’s cup up. The washer and dryer are the cheapest ones they could find, they squeak and squeal. Yet this place is supposed to be brand new? To call this luxury is very far off. I lived in better in worse neighborhoods. To top it all off we ALWAYS smell cigarettes IN our apartment, yet no one in my home smokes. If I wanted to live in trash, I would have picked the dumpster behind the Walmart parking lot.
I highly recommend Eden at Heritage Lakes. The renal units are individual houses, so there are no neighbors through the walls, or above/below. Office and Maintenance staff are outstanding. And the appliances are Whirlpool!
This was the right move for me and my family. The quality and quiet of the property was number one. Also, the staff in and out of the office.
I’ve been living at Eden Heritage Lakes for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. I love that the villas are single-story with no shared walls—it's so peaceful and private compared to traditional apartment living. The amenities are excellent—resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and even a dog park for pet owners like me. My home came with modern finishes, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fenced-in backyard, which is perfect for my dog and for added privacy. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and very professional, and the office staff has been helpful and friendly since day one. It’s clear they care about the residents here. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and upscale rental community in West Melbourne, I’d highly recommend Eden Heritage Lakes. It really stands out from other places I’ve lived.

Heritage Lakes is a great community to call home. It is fresh, new and the management and staff are always friendly and helpful. Its a beautiful place and conveniently located off I-95 - easy to hop on and get to where you need to be!

I absolutely love living in Eden at Heritage Lakes. It's very close to my work and shopping. My little dog loves it as well. She has her own yard to play in. I feel like I live in a villa in a Key West style resort! I often use the individual office areas located at the clubhouse for conference calls. Eden at Heritage Lakes is an amazing place to live!

I picked the Eden because it was very close to work and it's wonderful living here. With the perks of living in a new home and the competitive pricing, I think it's a wonderful place to live. It's really nice to not have upstairs neighbors, as the villas are either a duplex or standalone.

What I love about Eden: 1.) Each unit is an individual structure, so there are no common walls, and I have no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. 2.) The staff is excellent, in all respects. 3.) The appliances are Whirlpool, which are American made and very high quality (how many people reading this are tired of having a noisy dishwasher that doesn't clean dishes well?)
