Moved here from CA, and it couldn't be better. Just signed for another 12 months. Right off the freeway (zero freeway noise), with restaurants and shopping all over. Grocery store a 3 minute walk away. Could not be any pet friendlier. My dog loves it as much as I do. Amazing staff and maintenance crew. Have not had one single issue. Highly recommend.

My experience at Eddyline has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are extremely warm, welcoming, and friendly. They have always been eager to help with any questions that have arisen during my time living here and are genuinely interested in making this community feel like home. The few times I have utilized maintenance they have responded quickly and completed the necessary tasks efficiently. The property is very well maintained and nestled in a cozy and quiet part of Tualatin surrounded with trees. A special thank you to Nick, Hunter, and Emily in the office for all their hard work. We have enjoyed living in Eddyline tremendously. The apartments are well appointed with great sound barriers. The property is safe and well kept and the facilities are great. We love the pool, fitness center and game room. Proximity to Whole Foods is amazing. And the staff is so nice and helpful.

Best apartments I’ve ever lived at. The grounds are beautiful and the community center, pool and gym are always clean and well kept. The staff is wonderful and are on site and have gone above and beyond when I’ve needed help with moving in and large deliveries. They hold cute events for residents for little holidays or just because (like National pie day with free pie) with food, drinks and raffles. It’s super close to anything you can think of, restaurants, groceries, shopping, urgent care etc. I feel safe, secure , it’s quiet and they have so many little extras for the residents just makes it feel special. 10 out of 10 would recommend :)

I searched Tigard, Tualatin, and Lake Oswego looking for a nice place to rent and was shocked at what they were charging for basic places. I checked out Eddyline and was pleasantly surprised by the apartments, the amenities and the value they provided. After living here a month, I can easily recommend Eddyline as an excellent choice for those looking for a great place to live. The staff is great and are very helpful answering all of my questions as I learn more about the place. The maintenance crew does a great job of keeping the place clean and everyone I have met here seems vey nice. It's centrally located near the freeway so it's easy to get most anywhere. There's some great restaurants and shopping nearby at Bridgeport, plus 3 Mermaids tap house and Lugano Cafe are right next door. If you're looking for a great place to live, check out Eddyline!

My wife and I rarely renew a lease. However, we have stayed at Eddyline over 3 years now and that’s mainly due to the management. This property is beautiful, clean, secure, and classy. I love that it has a covered attached parking garage, (protection from Oregon wind, rain, & snow!) and interior elevators. They have a beautiful heated pool, gym, mail room and other wonderful amenities. The office staff are amazing! Especially Alex! They are sincerely friendly, caring, professional, and helpful! The other residents that I’ve met here, are friendly too. So very thankful for this lovely community!

My son and his wife just had a baby and we needed a short term lease (five months) to visit them from Florida. I dealt primarily with Nick and Alex and they were wonderful. I needed to rent furniture and they hooked me up seamlessly. We need to use their loading dock, no issue at all. We found a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the fourth floor, really nice view and surprisingly very quiet. The amenities here are excellent- pool and spa like a resort, great barbecue area, pool room, bocce ball, ping pong and really nice meeting rooms in the reception area. Could not recommend them more. Very happy teneant!

My husband and I have been full time RV living for over 6 years in a beautiful 5th wheel. I was now going to have a major spine surgery in a few weeks. So very last minute decided to find a place and move in before my surgery ??. I wasn’t sure there were anymore people out there that would or could get us a place so fast. I looked on apartments.com and found Eddieline at Bridgeport. We call them and was looking at a lovely apartment within an hour. The wonderful ladies in the office went above and beyond and what do you know we were moving into that apartment within 2days!! My back surgery went very well and am recouping in this great apartment. So very happy we found this place.

The Eddyline property and staff exceeds expectations! During COVID, we found a home - and not because we were in more - but because the staff took the time to check in and provide activities and meals during a challenging time. The Eddyline at Bridgeport has been an incredible place to live. The staff is very accommodating and quick to respond. The amenities are wonderful with the clubhouse and pool area. The facility is always kept very clean and the residents are friendly. The restaurants outside of the Eddyline are wonderful and very convenient as well as having Bridgeport right across the street. I would recommend the Eddyline to everyone!

I've been living here for five years and I recently needed to move into a two bedroom apartment from a one bedroom on the property. Alex helped me find an apartment that met all of my needs and I love it. It is quiet, clean and safe. Highly recommend.

In December of 2020, after our only child moved out, we decided to sell our home, payoff our debt and enjoy a simpler life with less yardwork/housecleaning and more time for vacations and fun. We were looking for a luxury complex with top of the line amenities, and spent quite a few months looking at numerous facilities in the Lake Oswego, South Waterfront Park, Johns Landing and Wilsonville areas. While the complexes we looked at were all well located with very nice amenities, we could not find a place that felt like home… until we met with Alex at Eddyline. Alex was so friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. She made us feel so welcome and answered our myriad of follow-up questions and/or emails promptly and thoroughly. We corresponded with Alex for a few weeks until we felt like we had finally found our home. We became a part of the Eddyline Community in July of 2021. The move-in process was so easy, Alex and her Team were ready for us and the unit was in perfect condition. Not only is Eddyline a beautiful and well maintained facility, the staff (including Alex) continues to be top notch and quick to respond to any questions or needs. So today, when we are not on vacation, we are enjoying everyday at Eddyline… exercising, grilling on the community BBQ’s, having drinks on our balcony, swimming, playing Bocce ball with friends and/or relaxing in our new home. My family of 5 had a great lease at Eddyline. Front office staff were very friendly and worked with me to find the lease (short-term) that worked for us. Entire family enjoyed all the modern and well-maintained amenities. My family's favorites were fitness center, swimming pool and billiards room! :) Maintenance crew were also super responsive and professional to our needs. The location is very conveniently located with I-5 access and walking distance to REI, Whole Foods and Bridgeport shopping center! Definite recommendation!

I've lived at 8 different apartments before and Eddyline was by far the WORST experience. PROS: Responsive office staff & air conditioning CONS: 1. SAFETY: The parking garages are NOT safe (despite residents paying $75/month for it - there are no options for free parking for residents). Sometimes there were car break-ins multiple times per month, I saw numerous windows smashed in the guest parking spots, there are NO security cameras (or 24/7 security guards), and people drive SO fast in the garages that I was almost hit on a few occasions. There were also numerous residents complaining about stolen packages, and on some occasions, folks even had their patio furniture stolen. There's minimal security here and it *really* shows in the lack of enforcing neighborly conduct, garage safety, and even internal safety. 2. NEIGHBORS: There are some *breathtakingly* rude, obnoxious, selfish, entitled people who live here. This doesn't apply to everyone, but in my 2 years of living at Eddyline, I had countless negative experiences with "neighbors" that ranged from hurtful to downright hostile. Just one of many examples: I was screamed at by a large group of teens in the hallway for simply asking them to put on masks (as all the signs "required") or keep their distance from me at the height of the pandemic. This was one of MANY experiences with anti-maskers. 3. DOGS: Some dog owners are truly atrocious here. One guy never leashes his large dog & on multiple occasions, the dog launched out of the elevator and jumped at my rescue dog (who's already terrified of other dogs). We reported incidents of unleashed, unruly (and sometimes aggressive) dogs to the office staff, but despite claiming they would contact the owners, no changes happened and the issues continued. There's also poop piles galore on the grass and don't even get me started on how many times I saw puddles of urine in the elevator and in the stairways.... 4. COSTS: They entice new residents with favorable move-in offers, but beware the move-out fees. We lived in one unit for just a year and they charged us to fully replace the carpets despite there being no damage to them at all (just some dog hair - ever heard of this wonderful technology called a vacuum?). The rent you pay is also astonishingly high compared to other communities in the same area. Seriously, do your research and I guarantee you'll find a better, more affordable, comfortable place to live than Eddyline.

My wife and I were looking to downsize from our large home of 15 years to have more freedom to travel and see grandkids - we found our new home at Eddyline. We checked out several other locations but the great communication and quick feedback from Alexandra made all the difference. We asked a dozen questions and got a dozen well thought out answers. Once we actually toured the property and saw the great layout, features, covered garage parking and easy walk to shops, grocery and more, this was the only choice, and a great value too.

A well maintained and operated apartment complex. I’ve been here for 3 years, maintenance requests are handled promptly. The management and staff are always helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough positive things about Eddyline! Glad to call it home!
Do not live here. Had multiple issues Safety Mold Noise Than the place was bought out by a California developer. Who took a rental out from under me and raised the rent $250. After a bunch of back and forth they let me out of the lease, no charge, no penalty. They then tried to say I had to hire a professional cleaner, and other obstacles that weren't in my lease with the original company. I pushed back stating it wasn't in my lease and they relented and told me ok, I could clean it. We left the place spotless, took photos and video, and then I was charged a full cleaning fee, with no explanation, no itemized list of what I didn't clean, and multiple requests were made to provide me with proof of damages or anything unclean. I was also charged a pro rated cleaning fee. Which also isn't in my lease, and also was offered no explanation for. My apartment was also removed from the listing for available rentals and they charged me for rent in February, and took it out of my deposit, instead of waiting for February to charge me. I complained, and for a week kept getting told someone would contact me, that they needed an action plan and approvals. Approvals for what? To not charge me for stuff that wasn't in the lease? To sum it up, this place looks nice on the outside, but it has major issues. It was cheaply built, you will have mold, you will have leaks, you will have air drafts, your electric will skyrocket. I paid more to heat this 600 sq foot apartment then I did a 1200 sq foot 2 bedroom. There are major noise issues due to bad insulation. Get the top floor, don't worry if you make noise, if your neighbors complain, no one will do anything. There are crazy parties in the summer, so unless that is your thing, don't plan on using the pool. And once you complain and they run out of excuses, they will offer to let you leave, and act like they are doing you a favor. And then watch your security deposit get taken away.
The positives: A/c, Great apartments, resort style decor, nicely maintained property with great outdoor areas (the pool and hot tub). The negatives: the office staff, particularly management. They would have 4 stars if that front office wasn't a disaster! Also, very limited parking. You must pay for parking (75 a month) to use garage otherwise there are literally a handful of spots for 300 residents. There is however "retail only" parking. An interesting tactic by the office is to have paying residents towed while parking in the retail only parking. Granted it is totally marked retail only BUT there are NO retail businesses on the west building side. So you have all these empty parking spaces with zero retail businesses occupying the building. Personally, if there are no businesses why shouldn't you be able to park there? I completely get it if you're hindering a business but that's not the case. The office wants your 75 a month! So they strong arm you by having your vehicles towed. Bad business all around with those tactics.

I absolutely love my apartment! We are the first residents in my unit and everything is top notch. We love the finishes, the layout, the amenities, the location in Bridgeport- even the price. It's affordable considering all that we are getting. I only would like that parking was a little less expensive. $75 per spot per month is what makes the cost a little on the pricier side. But overall we just love our home and we are so greatfull to be residentsure at Eddyline.
