Conveniently located just nine miles east of Tuscaloosa, residents of Cottondale live in a premier location in the suburbs of Alabama. Property Ratings at Eddins Estates Apartments
I have been living at Eddins Estate for almost two years. The managers are very professional and amicable. The units are clean, spacious, and fairly free of vermin - pest control comes out monthly. When needed, maintenance has been swift and effective. The only negative is that the premises are not always in the best of care and neighbors have been noisy.
Great location, quiet neighbors, great maintenance, and friendly managers. They have helped me a lot due to my rent being late at times, they work with you. This is just an all around great place of living. There is washer and dryer hook up, and a nice clean pool. I would encourage anyone to come check these apartments out.
This is the perfect complex if you want a home like feel without the responsibilities of "maintenance" costs and repairs. It is out of the business of the city but has a quick commute to the city and offers stores within a 1 to 5 mile radius. The management is excellent with handling any concerns you may have. There is a large pool to enjoy during those hot summers here in Alabama. The grounds are always very well manicured and the apartments are quite spacious with affordable rent.
I went to visit this complex and it is very nice. It would be perfect for a small family. I'm really considering moving here and I think I just might.
