This is my first apartment while going to NIU. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. My roommate and I like the good space it has and nice size bedrooms. It is close to campus which is nice as well.

This property is great because the staff are so nice and helpful. I’ve never had a problem that didn’t do their best to help me. I wish the apartments were a little more updated, but the maintenance has been great to fix anything that I have requested.

Really enjoyed living here. I like that they don't nickle and dime you here. I only paid once for a parking pass, guest passes were free and the the things we did get charged for made sense and Jessica explained them clearly upfront. There were no surprises, which I really appreciated as a student trying to budget everything I needed to pay for. Would recommend to any 1st time renter.

I moved to dekalb for work and this place is super close, so can't beat the location. No complaints about the apartment, but I will probably look for something further away from the college now that I know the area better.

Moved in a couple of weeks ago and I really like it so far. Pretty quiet compared to some of the other apartments I've lived in and the neighbors I've met have been really nice. I like that all the moving in seems to happen around the same time. It makes it easier to meet people.

I liked living here, but it would be so much easier if they had some furnished apartments. There isn't much available in DeKalb for that. Apartment was good overall and I loved when maintenance stopped by because he would always take the time to give my cats cuddles.

I would tell anyone with a freshman to go to Eco Park. I was really nervous sending my son away for the first time, but they were wonderful through the whole process. Everything was clearly explained for every step when we moved it and he had a great experience here. Couldn't ask for better.

Very good first apartment or place for college students. Doesn't quite work for me anymore now that I've been out of school for a bit and am looking to take the next steps with my girlfriend. Like it well enough, but we are looking for a townhouse now with a yard. Would recommend if you are going to NIU though.
Eco has been a very nice place to live and I like the company. Moving out of Dekalb, but I am looking at some of their other places.
This is my first place and I can't wait to get rhe keys! Eco Park is exactly what me and my friends were looking for and we are so excited to have our own space. They have been great through the whole process. It's going to be a great year.
Easy to walk to campus and is quite close for my classes as I don't have a car is very important to me. Maintenance is good too when I have a complaint.
Looking forward to moving in this summer. Getting set up was all online. My schedule is packed, so Iiked the convenience of it.
Checked this place out recently and everyone I met was really nice. The tour apartment was clean and I loved how they decorated it. It was nice to be able to see an example unit that no one lived in instead of going into someone's house. That always feels kind of awkward to me and I can't look around the way I want. Especially if someone is home.
I like that it is big enough for me to live with all of my friends. Eco Park has been very helpful when people need to move out to go home too and adding new people on.
Living here has been good for me. My last place wasn't great. Eco Park is so much better in every category. I tell all my friends to move here.
I've really liked living here so far. Only 15 or 20 minutes to get to work, which is great for me. I don't love how all the school buses bunch up right on the way out of the parking. There are 5 of them there backing up traffic in the mornings sometimes, which makes it hard to get out on time. But I like this place otherwise.
Eco Park is a good place to live. I've enjoyed living here and don't have any complaints.Eveyone is nice and they are always trying to make things better, like adding a package room. I get stuff all the time and I've never had to worry about anything being stolen.
Toured here last week and I was impressed with the whole place. Everything was clean and the office smelled amazing. Both people in the office were helpful. I wish they had a pool, but not a deal breaker for me. I'm not deciding on anywere until after spring break, but so far this is at the top of my list.
When I 1st emailed them they called me within 15 minutes. Some places I emailed didn't get back to me at all. They have never been hard to get a hold of and always call back if I leave a message.
This will be me and my roommate's 3rd time renewing with Eco Park. We've had a great experience here and have nothing but good things to say. Would recommend it to any of my friends if they were looking for a place to live.
Good for students. Am telling my friends to come here as soon as they can so they can be my neighbors. Always sold out.
They are very nice and accommodate what we need. Is easy to switch roommates when you need to and they are helpful and upfront about the process and what you need to do.
I've never lived at a place that holds food drives for the holidays and cookie tastings in the office before. Makes a difference for people. More places on Dekalb should do this.
Have lived here the last 2 years and really like it. I don't plan on moving unless I can find a house, which will be a few years still. Highly recommend.
Nice place to live. I like that there are other kids for my kids to play with here and that there is a yard that they can play with.
Totally an upgrade from my last place and my kids have their own rooms now and they don't have a to share a bathroom with me, which they love. I love being able to fit a table in the apartment so we can do family dinners again. Didn't have the space in my last apartment. Works well for our family and we don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon.
Always easy to get a hold of somebody here. I almost always get through to an actual person, and if not they return calls, which I appreciate. It's really annoying when you have to jump through all the hoops you have to jump through to talk to an real person.
Moved here from out of state over the summer and having everything online they way they did made the process easy and they were good about answering any questions and walking us through all the paperwork. I may find something different next year once I learn about the area, closer to work would be nice, but I don't have any complaints about the apartment.
Our apartment is nice and it is good size. It was clean when we got it. The ladies in the office made it easy to sign up. We would recommend moving here if coming to Dekalb.

Moving my son in this week and the whole process was very streamlined. Great experience. She showed us where the apartment was and they included extra parking passes for us,which I appreciate because we could leave the trailer parked overnight. It took a lot of stress out of the day. We have a couple of more loads to bring up, but the passes are good for a week, so I don't have to worry about it or rush to do it all at once. Should have him all moved in this weekend and we're looking forward to the year.
The office always smells like a bakery or coffee shop. Makes me smile every time. A company that takes care of the little things takes care of the big things too, in my experience, and that has been the case here.
I lived in this complex for two years and I'm left with nothing but good things to say. If it weren't for relocating closer to work, I wouldn't have left. Brittany and Jessica in the office have been wonderful to work with over the years - quick to respond, always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. From the day I started my application process, before I was even a tenant, I felt welcomed into the community. Maintenance was always on top of fixing issues, although I didn't have many in my time here. The unit was very affordable, large, clean, no issues with bugs. Even though I'm not a student, the free computer lab was so convenient! I wish I didnt have to leave, highly recommend this apartment complex!
I really like my apartment. THe 2-bedroom is just enough space for me and my girl. We really only needed a 1 bedroom ,but we can each have our own closet and bathroom this way, which has been awesome, and the the 2nd bedroom makes a a great work from home/crafting space. We even have enough space to throw a futon in there for guests. Works really well for us.
The people are really nice here. Friendly neighborhood and I like that they allow my dog.
The place could use some updating. The kitchen is straight out of the 90s, but it is a good layout, he appliances are newer, and everything works. It could just use a little sprucing.
All the green space is amazing and I Iike that its tucked into a neighborhood instead of right on the highway or a big road. Very little traffic noise and I rarely hear the trains that are always going through town. There are walking paths in a nature area right behind the garages too that I really like to walk in.
My master bedroom is my oasis and gives me plenty of space for yoga, without having to rearrange things or kick everyone out of the living room and kitchen so I can have a little me time to do it.
Stoff is friendly and it is close to work and school, so good place for me. I don't have to drive far.

This is our first apartment and it has been a good experience. The apartment has a washer and dryrr in it and the space is plenty. We will probably be here a couple years.
I've like living here overall. My only issue is that the parking by my building fills up by the time I get home most nights. I work late. There is another lot across the street I can park in, so It's not like there's no where to go, but it's not my favorite.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Maintenance very on top of things. The apartment was obviously lived in before, but felt clean and new for us when we moved in. There is plenty of space and we've already had a number of people come over for visits. We always have parking right outside our door. It's conveniently located. It's a great first place for this newly married couple. The staff being so amazing truly is the best perk about being here. It is clear they care about us as people, not just a paycheck. If you have the opportunity to do it, just do it!
